I had my first mani-pedi experience with Mimi and Tony today, and it was wonderful! They're both incredibly friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in on a hot afternoon, they made me feel welcome by offering me a bottle of water and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of service was outstanding. What impressed me most was their willingness to accommodate me when I decided to change my nail color after my pedicure was already completed. Mimi didn't hesitate at all and made me feel completely comfortable with my decision. That level of customer care shows that making their clients happy is truly their top priority. Thank you, Mimi and Tony, for such a great experience. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for friendly service, quality work, and a welcoming atmosphere. read more

Did a walk in for a gel manicure and pedicure. Their basic pedicure is $50!!! Which is more than I pay for in California. You don't even get a hot stone or paraffin. Lele did my pedicure and she cut me a few times... she also seems like she hasn't been doing this for too long because it was a little messy. But I had patience for her. Now, Mimi on the other hand, did my manicure while I'm still getting my pedicure done and used my lap as her table. She had the machine on my lap and had me reaching to my right so she can do my nails... instead of relaxing, it was so uncomfortable. She also didn't clean my nails, there's still lots of skin around my nails and she did a white under my yellow which makes the color ugly (I didn't ask for this). She said to "trust" her.. yeah, not again. She rushed her job, didn't clean up the mess, and the manicure didn't even feel like a manicure. I paid $90 plus tip. I think it was too expensive for a very poor job. I pay $70 for mani and pedi in California so the price here is too much, especially when they don't produce a good or at least decent outcome. read more

Only place I'll get my toes done in town. My feet feel so much better after I leave here. Staff is very nice

I requested the spa gel manicure and it was the worst manicure I ever had in my life. I got a man named Frankie. I will say that they are very nice people which is probably the only reason why I stuck around. He could kept forgetting which finger he was working on and he doesn't know how to file at all. They didn't give me any lotion and my hands look worse than when I got there. I will never ever ever in my life come back here, and I don't think you should either if you value your hands and the look of your nails. Again, very nice people, but oh my goodness I'm not sure how they're still in business. I write this as I sit in the car because I can't believe the experience I just had. If I could give it zero stars, I probably would do that for the actual service but they get one star for being nice. read more

Ryan and Ana, tip top service from entering the salon. I loved every minute of it. I had my baby with me and they were so caring towards him. I have been living here for 7 years now and I haven't been to a salon where I go home happy with my nails. Ryan did everything I asked for and the shape was woooohhh so damn good!!! They Overprice you on everything. How is a fill the same amount as a full set acrylic. And when they do the apex, it's flat. Don't know how to file. Rushing my nails because she was ready to go that my nails came out ugly. Can't understand me when I try to explain how I want it. They don't care about how you want it because they make you pay BEFORE the shitty service. Now I see why so many choose home based nail techs. For the same price they make you pay I promise you can find better. I already gave them a second chance because the first time was trash but they just can't get it right. I'm sorry read more

I came in just to check how busy they were, and I'm glad I did. I got the deluxe pedicure and a full gel set. The pedicure was amazing, Shauwna used hot stones, warm towels and massaged my feet and legs. My feet felt so soft after and still do. She also did my nails and they look so great! She was very attentive to detail using a small brush to wipe away any imperfections. I loved the color I picked and the shape she did. I will definitely come back. Shauwna was also really friendly. This is my favorite nail place!! I was led here due to the glistening reviews of this place, and I was not let down! I started off getting a french gel mani. The last time I got a french gel mani in Texas, it cost me $40 ($35 for gel+$5 for french), I was so put off! The nail tech made it look soooo thick! The white tips looked like they were just painted across. I ended up with extremely thick unevenly-tipped gel nails! I was so afraid I was going to experience the same thing here since prices here are only $30 flat for gel or french gel! Oh my gosh they came out beauuuutiful! Tips are perfect, and my nails are so shiny and even! I also got a pedicure (the basic $25), and it was the BEST pedicure of my life!! About a quarter into my pedicure, I thought he heard me say the wrong package because the pedicure was soo thorough and amazing! They cut your cuticles, scrub ur calluses, exfoliate your legs, massage your legs with hot rocks(!!), anddd they color your toesies! This just became my to-go nail place!! My only gripe about this place is that they do tend to shut down the place a bit early if it's a slow night! Plan to come 1.5 hours before closing! I also only saw 3 licenses on the wall so I assume there's only 3 nail techs there! Cross your fingers it doesnt become busy by the time ou go! read more

Ruby Nails - Gel nails by Shauna after two weeks! They still look good! - Nail Salons Near Me - North Las Vegas, Nevada

I moved to North side and tried new nail places.. couldn't find any good nail shops around here so I was searching and I found this place with Yelp. I went there last night.. I went there kind of late and had only hour left to closing time. Their service was great still and have reasonable price for the designs that I asked.. they charged me cheaper than other places. I love designs so I always get some stones or drawings things like that.. some places are so expensive and they don't know how to make it right.. feels like getting rip off.. But this place is very satisfied! I like the owner Ruby too. She is so nice! I would go back there again. read more

Ruby Nails - $33, fill, re shaped, and gel color - Nail Salons Near Me - North Las Vegas, Nevada

Bao did my nails today and I was not one bit disappointed. I came in at 3pm and I along with another lady were the only customers there. So this might have a lot to do with the fact that Bao was very gentle with my hands and not in a rush like other nail salons do. So I would advice you to go on a weekday during the day. I paid $55+tip on my full set of nails with gel. Bao continuously asked for approval before he did anything with my nails and after he did so he asked if I liked them so far, which is very important to me :) In the end he gave me a $5off for my next visit, which I'm sure I'll be back for something else since they have facials, eyelash extensions, natural foot pedicures, waxing and much more. *The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because I have had other visits to other nail salons were they go the extra mile such as offering tea, coffee, water, and include a hand massage with my gel set of nails or have introduced other services available. (Sure it's up selling but it's nice to know, I just found out about the above mentioned services because I took a look around and read the signs) and well I didn't get that here. Just sort of a "what do you want?" (I showed him a picture" he delivered beautifully and I got out. So I guess if you don't want to be bothered and pampered but still want good nails, just have a clear picture in mind of what you want and this business will deliver. * read more

Ruby Nails - Clear round tip, with a light pink and glitter on top. - Nail Salons Near Me - North Las Vegas, Nevada

Do not go to this salon if you value your time, money, or nails. I came into this salon with my mom to get acrylic sets for both of us on March 30th, a Thursday. That following Sunday night my middle fingernail on my left hand snapped off, then Monday morning my right middle fingernail snapped off as well. So Monday afternoon I went to the salon to see about getting them fixed and arrived to an empty salon when they were supposed to be open. Tuesday I called to tell them my nails were snapping off and was told to come down Wednesday to get them fixed. So I went in to start the removal process of the remaining pieces of my broken nails, and this man literally picked off my nails to remove them. I was expecting him to soak them or dremmel them down or something, but he literally used the thin sharp end of a nail tip and shoved it between my natural nail and the acrylic nail and dug under there until it came off. He asked it if was too hard and I told him "yes that hurts a lot" and he just kept picking at my nail until it popped off. I so badly wanted to just walk out them but wanted my nails fixed once and for all. He redid the 2 broken nails and I assumed all would be good and I would just wait my 2 weeks to go get a fill. Then last night, Thursday night, one will since first applied I had a third nail snap off like nothing. I am so being mad and disappointed with this place. Both mine and my mom's sets cost $95 which they make you pay before they even do any services which should've been my first red flag. And while the 2 people inside were kind, the man that did my actual acrylics did such a terrible job for them to be snapping off the way they are. I unfortunately tipped $25 on top of my bill because I really did love the nail polish job and thought they looked so cute. I am so sad and mad that I paid all of that money just for them to all snap off like this. I wouldn't recommend at all, unless you're going to the woman just for simple nail polish maybe and that's it. The man does not know how to do acrylics properly. Not only that, my moms nails started getting this weird look to them after the 2nd day, like they're lifting away from her cuticles or something is going on with them. The workers seemed nice but the whole thing was such a waste of money read more

They charge you prior to your service not knowing if you're going to like their work which by the way is very basic nothing out of the ordinary I had brought my daughter in to get her nails done she is 8 years old and has gotten gel nails in the past,as soon as I walked in the lady said "oh no we don't do nails for little girls". I tried this place for the first time today and they were pretty good. Shauna did my nails for both my pedicure and manicure and was very attentive in doing so. I came in for a pedicure - I got the deluxe- and a full set. The pedicure was good and relaxing and it included a scrub, scraping of the feet, hot stone massage, and mud treatment. I got a typical full set, and Shauna was always making sure that I liked what she was doing as far as length and design before she continued, which I liked. Overall the acrylic is even with no bubbles and does not look sloppy. My only complaint is the overall price. After getting the design I wanted (which I was told had to be gel) with the full set and pedicure, I had to pay $90! And that is the reason I'm giving this place only four stars. I've had similar treatments done at other places for a lower price, however I may come back to take advantage of the $5 off I was presented when I need a fill. read more

When I called and asked my questions that I normally ask when I call places like this they told me the price over the phone and I was good with it. So me and my best friend and niece went and when we got there they changed the prices on me. They told me over the phone that they didn't charge for anything extra and that's why I picked them to go to. Overall they were rude and really rough with my niece. This lady was very aggressive with the cuticle cutters on my niece and it really was pissing me off. They talk under their breathe so that you cant hear them well. Ruby Nails - So happy!! With my nails! - Nail Salons Near Me - North Las Vegas, Nevada

If I could give 0 stars I really would, I have never been so disappointed as a customer in my life. I decided to treat my fiancé and get her nails done I wish I would've went somewhere else though. Not only did we have to pay before they would start which was the first turn off, they also did not give her what she asked for. They refused to change it right then and there and also did not want to give a refund of the money I had to pay for upfront. The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful, I stayed calm and respectful to him the entire time yet he continued to disrespect me. I would not recommend anyone do business at this establishment you will greatly regret it, this was the worse experience I've had in a long time please avoid at all cost. read more

This place was terrible!! I just moved to this side of town and I was searching for a new nail place. I found them on Yelp and was so impressed with the comments that I had to try them. There were numerous issues: 1. I called for an appointment and still waited almost 40 minutes past my appointment time...even though I arrived 10 minutes early. 2. I started with the owner, Michelle. She did a fantastic job on two of my nails. Then two regulars came in...who had appointments and she left me to go with one of them. Hardly the way a new customer should be treated...especially if you want them to be a regular. 3. I was handed off to someone with very little to no experience. He was so unaware of what was happening that he tried to use the dremel to file down my nails that had already been filed down because he thought there was already acrylic on them. His hands were shaking...and he didn't listen when I asked for the acrylic to be thin. My nails ended up being very lumpy and very thick. The straw that broke the camels back was when he picked up the dremel and immediately hit my cuticle. I backed up and stated I would wait for Michelle to finish with her customer. 4. Michelle immediately stopped what she was doing to finish up with me. She did what she could to smooth out the ridges and lumps and make the nails as thin as possible. I did have to ask her to go over my nails with the gel twice because she was missing the top corners...and I had to ask her to smooth some lumps and the unevenness of the acrylic. That is something I don't think I should have to ask for. She should be able to see where gel or polish is missing and correct it herself. Instead, I felt like she was in a hurry to get me done and she didn't care. 5. Overall, I considered going back after all that...but today I've noticed the gel is cracking and chipping...not to mention, she didn't file the side edges of my nails and now they are growing out and lifting. Poor quality for sure. Not worth the $30 I paid. read more
