This was my first time getting my nails here, I called around 11am to ask for an 12pm appointment. When I arrived at 12pm, they had no nail tech ready, there was another lady who had an appointment the same time as me. She went first and they made me wait, which to me, if your not available at 12pm, let me know. The reason I was a little hurry was because I had another appointment at 1:30pm for my birthday hair and make up. What gave them the 3 star was the question this lady ask, I didn't get a chance to ask for her name , I remember she was wearing a dark colored shirt that day with glasses and a mess up on her finger. So what got me upset was that she asked me "You got money?" I looked at her like at first I wanted to make sure I understood her right, does your repeat the same message again. I told her "Yes I have money. Why would I come and not pay?"Then she looked at me and continued the job. The vibe was a bit unwelcoming. I also felt like I was integrating her time because I was in a little bit of a hurry. I did apologize to her and I explained to her about the situation so she understand it better. She still looked at me bit unwanted and was talking to me. I noticed she was even paying attention to the conversation cuz she asked the same question twice. Overall my nails turned out great for the night. I was hoping she would paint the cherries on my nail instead she put a sticker on my nail. I would rather go to a high quality nail shop than this place. I will say the price is great for the service but I feel like the service was way too cheap and offensive. Listed below is my ratings in detail and hopefully the nail shop will read this and do better. Customer service- 2star Interior of location-3 star Service provided-4 star Price for service-5 star Altogether I gave them a three star just because it wasn't all bad but it was still okay to go through but for people who are doing this for the first time. My nails were done correctly but the service felt rushed and I felt unappreciated as a customer. I was explaining I wanted a soak which they don't provide unless you get a $75 pedicure so my feet was just sitting in warm water with nothing in it. I was explaining my big toe had been dug into too deep and Kamy responded with it doesn't hurt it tickles when using the drill on my toes. I stated my foot was sensitive. Then upon leaving I got my receipt and was told over and over again that they prefer you to sign even though the transaction was cleared by the merchant because it may decline later or if there is a chargeback then they have me signing on camera. I was very disappointed in the lack of care for customers and the need to say that to me. I am an educator in town and I am disappointed deeply. read more

on my birthday i was rudely treated and had to walk out with my nails undone. the lady on stall #3 didn't want to do my nails because she was rushing to go home. they had me sit for 30min after i got my eyelashes done. the owner agreed 60 and the lady who was with a bad attitude didn't want to do the color i selected. then after adding tip she wanted to charge extra for shaping my nails instead of the agreement i had with the owner. the bad service and attitude made me cancel so look at my undone nails. this shop will never prosper. read more

I came here on a whim (needed a new full set and my regular girl was booked). My appointment was at 5:30. I was seated at a table at 6:05. (If I didn't have to serve food/drinks the next morning I would have left). The entire experience was lets say...interesting. I asked for coffin shaped/pink powder with white ombré tips. I do this often (rather than color) because I don't like attention drawn to my hands. The very painful removal process took FOREVER and he only had to do one hand! I had broken and removed the acrylic from my entire right hand after working in the yard the previous day. Rather than trimming the tips to shape them he very aggressively filed them (not comfortable to say the least). Did I mention that he sighed continuously, appeared very inconvenienced and irritated? The application of the powder is unlike any full set I have ever had. There is no uniformity. Unfortunately, I didn't realize how bad it really was until the next morning in the sunlight. By the time I left 7:40(!!) I was late meeting my family for dinner so I had to rush. And on top of it all I was charged $75! My normal place charges $55. So why so much more here??? With prices like that I would think you could afford a broom/mop/duster. The place is FILTHY!! Everything is falling apart!! Like I mentioned I was desperate. Bottom line never again. read more

I'd visited this place a few times when I lived in Aliante and recently went back when my mother in law treated us to our Christmas gifts. She's a regular here and enjoys her treatments and pampering with Donna. I got a dip manicure and pedicure. The pedi was great- massage chair isn't bad and they use lining on the basin. There are clear shower curtains between each chair (although they weren't pulled fully between all chairs - nor more than 2 feet of space between chairs). Each nail station also has plexiglass. They were quite busy with several appointments and a string of walk ins. My final resulting pedicure came out nice. They have a large selection of colors which come in regular, gel, or dip powder. Unfortunately dip doesn't seem to be their forte as only 1 manicurist seemed to be trained-- and she was busy-- so she rushed through me a bit. I'll admit I may have sprung the dip versus gel on them. As a result I did get a couple of cuts on my thumb when she was cutting my cuticles. I am pleased with the end result though surprisingly. read more

they were nice the first time i took my niece with me. but yesterday my experience wasnt good. i at first asked for acrylic on my big toe then changed my mind because i wanted a full set & she kept trying to convince me no my other toes look fine. it doesnt matter what looked fine to them i just wanted it on all of them. the two ladies kept trying to convince me to do a pedicure instead & i just said okay because at this point i was really annoyed. they kept changing the price and it was so confusing. then she cut my cuticle on my toe and it would not stop bleeding at all. my niece even pointed it out & i tried to be discrete saying no thats not blood its okay. she put some stuff on it to keep it from bleeding but she cut me really deep and kept continuing the service. i was so upset at this point and just wanted to cry but my niece was with me enjoying herself. when it got to painting my toe nails, my toe was still bleeding. she squeezed out my toe which hurt so bad while she was trying to get the blood out which i dont know why she did. she painted over my bleeding toe with the nail polish and put it back in the polish, same with the dehydrator, etc. i thought that was so unsanitary. when it came to paying i still had to pay full price even though my toe was cut really bad & bled the rest of the service. i dont care about how much the cost wouldve been regardless but i paid $70 for a half assed pedicure because she didn't really do a whole lot like they usually do. i still tipped her for working on my feet and same with the other lady for working on my niece even though she had an attitude. my experience made me sad read more

She also got oil all over my shorts which really pissed me off! I mean why are you rubbing my legs so high up. This establishment is unsafe, unprofessional and unsanitary. I came here with my cousin and goddaughter while I was visiting and made an appointment for 3 mani pedis. I was cut two times. Once with cuticle removal on my toe and once again with cuticle removal on my pinky during a gel. I told the nail tech ouch 3x on my finger and I don't think he understood me as there may have been a language barrier. The utensils they used did not look sanitary or sanitized. They also did not put anything on the bleeding finger and put some mystery green solution (alcohol) on my toe and put my foot back in my dirty pedicure water. My gel manicure was lumpy, thick and streaky. My goddaughter who is 11 was cut once on her finger during her gel mani. During her pedi the nail tech was extremely pushy. She repeatedly insisted to upsell us saying she needed gel pedicure instead of a regular pedicure because the nail polish would last longer. After two no's she still kept trying. When it came to paying I tried to use Apple Pay as the establishment had the sign on the front if the door saying they accept mobile pay. Surprise! They don't. And asked me to pay them through VenMo. I'm not quite sure why they have the sign on the door when they don't accept it. Luckily I had my card on me. Lastly I had mentioned they cut us while paying all they said was sorry. I'm still feeling pain on my finger and toe where I was cut. read more

Ima just upload the pictures . The 2nd time I had to actually tell them to take all the color off & just paint them clear they were so bad. Went here with my friend after she suggested it. She scheduled a pedicure for herself and a full set/gel for me. To start things out, they didn't have enough people to do both of us, so I had to wait 10-15minutes, that didn't bother me because I understand things can be busy. Once she started my nails, she kept telling me to relax, I explained that I was trying but because the chair sits so low it was hard to relax my arms/wrist. She starting making loud "sighing sounds" and rolling her eyes. It got to the point that she began scolding me to relax; again I explained that I was trying but with her squeezing my fingers, it was basically impossible. She went over to another nail tech and whispered something to him which made me feel even worse. She than said "I'll be back in 5minutes" and disappeared after that. When she came back she continued to be rude and actually smacked my hand a couple times. I've been to many nail salons and have never been treated like that or experienced that. When he cut the nails without any powder they were long and that's why he charged me a total of $70 but towards the end of finishing he kept filing them down more and more and I kept saying "THESE ARE SHORT NOW" he acted like he didn't understand me ! Kept saying "You want them shorter ? " I'm like NO ! then you say you can do ombré so that's why I was ok with $70 ... Had to go in to get the gel fixed as it bubbled and lifted within 48hrs. The lovely tech Lee kept disagreeing with the color to match the one I had and didn't want to listen when I said I believe it's this one...after 20 mins she went with her choice but not before she pressed hard on my nails and dremmeled deep into my actual nail to break the natural ones. Filed two down to a side, I left looking like a kid slapped paint on my hand and destroyed what they could call nails. Very sad. read more
