I went in yesterday to get a short acrylic full set. I noticed once I got home that a couple of my nail tips aren't even fully attached to the entire nail. I have gaps in between which if water gets trapped in there mold can grow. I also noticed that on one of my hand there is acrylic all in the inside of my nail. He didn't remove it on the other hand. Then to top it off the top coat is all over my cuticles and on my skin which hurts when I try to peel it off. I spent $57 and left a $5 dollar tip but I'll say this isn't worth it! Some people don't have money to just throw away for a service that's sub par. I understand it's about how fast you can get the customer in and out but I'm also paying for a service to be done right. This was my first time at Vivi and the worst pedi I've ever gotten.#1 THEY DON'T SANITIZE THEIR TOOLS BETWEEN CLIENTS! That alone would have deterred my visit, but I didn't know until I saw her take a tool out of her box, and then return it to her box. I watched all of the other techs, using the same tools on everyone. #2 The entire experience lasted less than 25 minutes and she didn't do what she was supposed to do. She cleaned underneath the corner of one nail, she didn't remove the cuticles from all of my toes, she only scrubbed, with the callus thing, on one side of each foot. #3 They don't tell you this, but they charge you additional money to pay with a credit card. So I paid $37 for a 25 minute crappy job. read more

The gentleman cut back my toe nails way too far through the pedicure did not take his time when my attitude changed halfway through the pedicure. He did not stop to ask what's wrong or how he could fix the issue. I told him I like my toe nails square and now they aren't. He barely cleaned around my toes. read more

I've been looking for a nail tech for years and I finally found Bao! He's absolutely amazing. I've gotten my nails done by him every two weeks for the last couple months. I get kinda complicated and detailed designs and he always takes his time and is soooo patient and focused. I've never been unhappy with his work. My nails are PERFECT everytime. Wow... I've been all around Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson & Summerlin looking to find a great nail spa that is 5/5!! This place was definitely not it. When you walk in, you can almost feel the judges from the workers. Came in wanting a nice relaxing pedicure and 3 minutes in & I knew that wasn't going to happen. This spa is loud... the 1st two chairs, customers were sharing personal family trauma and parenting advice with their nail tech. The rest of the workers were having equally as loud conversations with their clients. The workers collectively looked up at customers who were walking in. One would say something not in English, and the rest would laugh before anyone greeted the customers. My nail techs name was Danny, and he's really rough with how he completes his pedicures. I'm sure I have a bruise on my heels. All in all, I won't be back. 0/10 read more

I went in for a regular pedicure because my feet were dirty from camping. My pedicure was less then 15 minutes and Danny didn't even clean out from underneath my nails. I mentioned something and he went to clean out my left foot and was so rough and kept stabbing me with the tool, so I said, forget it. Waste of $35. Just because I didn't want gel pedicure after you asked me multiple times means I get a rushed and poor pedicure? So sad. For a regular pedicure my feet were not even scrubbed for more than 30 sec each. The way my toes were painted was very rushed and I was poked with her own nail the whole time trying to remove paint in my nail folds and cuticles. Do not recommend. Will be returning to my usual place of business that actually takes their time. Too bad they were closed today. Could have saved myself $50 read more

I've been to this place several times and honestly I would never ever return The workers constantly talk trash about their customers in Vietnamese !! And the guy with the funky bun is what did it for me, he seems to have anger issues. All I asked was to not use tip on my toes and only acrylic. Everyone knows tips are not good for toes! Any way he slaps on a crazy amount of acrylic and then tells me he's not going to file town too much and I asked him to make it shorter pls and he just fakes that he's filing down my nail and just shapes it and says there? Unfortunately the pedicure itself lasted maybe 20 minutes and I even paid more (not the basic pedicure) price. The massage was lack luster, which many other reviews stated and the entire experience was mid... The only conversation I had with the lady was her trying to up-sale me to get my eye brows done, which is crazy considering it's not marketed anywhere so there's absolutely no way I was letting them near my face, or to get a manicure.. Overall this was just a mild experience, not really worth the money as I would've wanted a more relaxing pedicure experience. read more
