When I moved to this side of town I tried quite a few salons looking for the right place. I love it here! Yes the name is different, Polished Nails now. Not sure why it's still Sassy on yelp. I love the cleanliness and everyone is so kind! There's always good music playing and fun things to see on the TVs. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and happy. They do prefer customers pay cash (credit card fees are expensive) but never complain when I forget to get cash. I don't go anywhere else for pedicures! read more

I've been going to Sassy Nails for about five years now and they never disappoint. The team always does an excellent job--super detailed and consistent every time. They also offer wine while you're being pampered, which makes the experience feel extra luxurious. Their pedicures are top-tier and truly feel like a treat. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality and a little bit of indulgence! read more

Maille was very sweet and gives a great pedicure message, taking her time and pressure points.

NO FOOD MOOD: NAIL TIME: I did receive a coupon in mail and it so happens that this business is still on my Apple Maps as, "Sassy Nails" but it is the old name as I was told by front when I walked it. Win win for both of us it is the coupon received in the mail just now is polished not sassy nails! This nail place is very clean open and the staff is very friendly. One guy here is pretty funny don't j is his name but everyone will know who works there reading this review will know! There is ALOT to select from and special nail packages. The staff speaks clear English (sorry but I prefer to understand what staff is going to be doing on my nails) I can see by the nail brand they use quality is of the top brands as well! There's about 10 pedicure chairs and they are very nice! You can turn up or down the intensity which that's nice for your back! Can't wait to see San again he was great! read more

I called to get a quick appt which they got us in. First off I learned always ask prices before service. Should be a known of course BUT I took my 2 nieces to get their nails and toes done which are ages 7 and 9 for gel nail polish for their fingers and toes. Not a full pedicure just put their feet in cold water and polished their toes. Not a full manicure just gel polish. Mind you their nails and toes are tiny. Me, I got hard gel fill, short nails no tips just my nails with gel polish and 1 design which is squiggly lines in the middle of the finger nothing crazy. Also a pedicure with white gel polish. Never in my life with even getting my girls a full set of gel nails have I ever paid $80 each for the girls and $75 each for my nails and toes. You know you are getting taken advantage of when he say ok "are you ready for this" as your checking out. I usually tip really good but after these prices I'm good with the tip I gave. On my part, lesson learned ASK PRICES.. $305 for our services today with no full sets or anything crazy done. First and last time visiting this place.. Not to say they were nice but this is why because they were getting me with the pricing. Also so many people walking in that had appointments that had to wait a while so it was rush rush rush and was like we will get done what we can. read more

I started with nubs for nails in late October and had acrylics put on for an event. Explained that I was hoping to grow out my own nails as they are strong. It's now May I've gone several times. At first I was not happy because they kept using the drill. Finally I found Evan, he understands exactly what I want. I finally have my own strong nails manicured with gel polish. No more nails so thick they look they're wearing helmets. Check out the pics, he put a special swipe of something that added a. Hint of sparkle. read more

Heads up, this is called Polished now but shows up as its old name. I recently moved to North Las Vegas and am testing quite a few salons around my home, I'm in my bridal era so I'm testing for bridal shower, Bach, and big day. I started off loving my experience, my pedicure with Tracy (I hope that was her name) was amazing. She was fun to talk to, she offered me wine, and I'm more than happy with my cute French tip toes. I paid $75 because she has to remove previous gel, which felt crazy but I was willing because I had a great experience. Then I got to my acrylic full set. This is for my bachelorette. I'm pretty sad because it felt super rushed, and she never even took the time to match up each nail like I usually see with a full set. The sizes and shapes were different on the matching nail (for example, one pointer was much longer than the other). The painting was rushed as well, I had to ask for her to correct a few, and some of my nails are crooked. The shape is in consistent and the acrylic isn't on some of my nails fully (see pictures) I'm sad because they didn't seem that busy (she was also the one answering phones) so I'm not sure why she rushed through it. Paying $70 bucks (I even tipped lol) for a "meh" full set for an important event is pretty disappointing. If I give this salon a chance again I hope I get a different tech. read more

Moved to this area 3 months ago. Tried two other places with a higher rating than this and wasn't thrilled. I'm not sure why their rating isn't higher except maybe because they are from previous owners. It was clean, the employees were friendly, and the prices were more reasonable than others. Stephanie took my appointment and greeted me. She made sure I was well taken care of. Lila gave me exactly what I wanted and - pink and white full set - coffin shaped and a pedicure. She was careful and somewhat a perfectionist which I appreciate. I truly enjoyed her and my overall experience! I will definitely be back!!!! Thank you!!!! read more

I brought my husband for a simple mani-pedi and I had gel basic nails and toes. The service was fine and the tech was very nice but I was shocked at the outrageous price. They charged us 185.00 not including the tip! Of course they had to remove my old gel and I had a little acrylic on the tips of my short nails but in all the years I've never paid more to remove your old polish even to soak them a bit. I wish I had asked first before making appointment! The place has changed names so I hope you don't have a Groupon from Sassy nails. read more

A big busy nail shop, fairy clean . I like how they have the disposable plastic ring for the pedicure tub . the lady who did my pedicure did take her time to clean my cuticles . There are 8 to 10 chairs and they were pretty all taken . They are in the Vons supermarket center , easy to find. I will probably will keep coming back here . read more

I've been to a few nail salons in Vegas and my experience here was pretty good. It's a small salon with nothing fancy but very clean. The massage chairs for pedicures are STRONG! When you walk in, there's a strong acetone scent that hits you right away. They have a good selection of colors. Wendy was my tech and she took her time. I didn't feel rushed here at all. There were no customers waiting but she was gentle and took her time cutting my cuticles which is always my least favorite part of mani pedis. She also didn't make me feel pressured in to getting a gel pedicure. I got the spa pedicure and manicure ($50) with gel mani (extra $20). It took about an hour for everything. On the opposite end of the salon I overheard a tech trying to explain to a customer that he had to remove her previous dipped nails in order to apply the new dip she wanted. He said that he can't simply give her a fill because the old nail color could show through. She didn't understand him and ended up saying multiple times to him why he asked her what she wanted to do when he should know how to do his job. Despite her being rude to him, he took his time and didn't say anything back to her, OR anything in Vietnamese about her to the other techs so props to him. read more

Sassy Nails - Myself getting a pedicure with the owner. Whole family comes here including kids. Always great service!!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I'm disappointed with my gel manicure. I got a gel manicure and pedicure yesterday afternoon. My manicure lasted less than 24 hours. I am not sure why the nail polish on my hands hasn't set properly and is peeling. I would love to go back to Sassy's and have it corrected but I got my nails done specifically for vacation and I left this morning. My nails look terrible now. For me it's the end of my time at Sassy's since the nails have peeled and I'm out the money. It's really disappointing since it was a special treat to be able to get mine done before our trip. My mom got a full set and they look great at the same time. She loves her nails. Not feeling sassy after Sassy nails. read more

I've been going to this nail place for over a year but I will not be returning. There is one nail tech that I see consistently, and she does amazing nails! However, on multiple occasions, they have let me book an appointment with her and when I show up, she's not working that day. Or I show up for my appointment and need to wait 30+ min. They are completely disrespectful of your time and I will be finding a new nail place. read more

I have been to this place so many times for pedicures and have always gotten great services. My feet were always soft and I felt amazing when I leave. But this time I did not. I spent 30$ for a 15 min pedicure. My toe nails are rough and catch on my socks. My feet are not soft at all. And still have dead skin hanging from them. I'm so disappointed cause for the last few months I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis. And I am a hair dresser. So I was definitely looking forward to a massage. I didn't get that either. So disappointing and I'm never coming back to this place. read more

Worst manicures I ever received. I had Evan and I paid for a hard gel manicure. My cuticles aren't even cleaned and it looks so sloppy I'm so annoyed I even paid for this . I see the reviews loving Evan but I don't know if he just was in a rush and didn't wanna take time to do my nails they look so bad. I could've done this myself at home which I should've. I didn't even get the lotion hand massage either . Super disappointed in this horrible job. This was after we already changed the color because he didn't paint half of my nail and only the middle and the sides were bare and he said it was the type of polish so re did it and this was the new color . This just looks so bad and this was done ONE day ago read more

Called before hand to check how much gel mani was and got $37. Saw their sign and said $5 off when getting $30 over so I thought awesome what a deal. Went in, was greeted nicely. Waited for a bit and when sat down, I told them what color I wanted. Didn't have the color I wanted so I went with red. When completed, the lady charged me $40 for gel mani and then gave me the $5 off... the quality of the outcome of my nails was not pleasing as seen in the picture. They are actually rough on the top as you can see and did not look finished. I'm more upset though about the dishonesty of the price more than anything because that sets the tone of how much they care about their customers... read more

My nail tech was kind and had a great personality! I liked the design of my nails but the acrylic was very thick. She did try to file them down but they just wouldn't get to a reasonable size and the owner or coworker seemed to be rushing her. This is where my experience goes downhill. When I arrived someone was sleeping. Another person was cleaning and spilled water on me. The other lady kept looking over my nail tech, guiding her through what to do and seemed a bit overbearing. The shop just seems to relaxed and unprofessional. They were telling me the price of each nail every time they did one. Everyone standing around commenting and another nail tech was saying those nails are suppose to be $250 etc. They stressed me out so bad. I would support my nail tech at another location but this isn't it. read more

Sassy nails recently went under new ownership. I called to request Andy. Who I have been going to for the last 4 years. The new owner Stephanie had told me that he is on vacation until the end of March and that she is taking his clients until then. I went and had my nails done. Looking around, I noticed everyone's station was completely cleaned out besides the only two other employees working. I ended up reaching out to Andy, to find out that he is NOT on vacation. That he has moved salons all together. If anyone is looking for Andy, he is at Sun City Nail & Spa. 7703 N El Capitan Way ste 110 I definitely didn't appreciate being lied to, and no one does nails as good as Andy! Im happy to have found him and wanted to leave this here in case anyone else is looking for him also! read more

I've been here many times through the years for pedicures. Have never really had a bad experience. I currently left my "go to " place due to new management and weird changes. Decided to start coming here again. Walked in and was immediately helped. I only needed the basic pedicure as I didn't have much calluses. That must be signal to them to not put in effort. Im like most people and enjoy the relaxing pampered time. I didn't get that. 20 min and it was over!! No massage and the bottom of my feet still needed pumice. She was also very rough and was over trimming around my toes. It hurt which is a telltale sign that it wasn't dead skin i was looking and expecting to see my toes bleeding honestly. She finished and told me to sit a few min and she'll be back to put my shoes on. 20 min go by as she's doing a manicure and never even looked back my way. I wanted to show her my feet are not smooth at all. I didn't get the chance. I was sitting there with receipt to sign tho and I couldn't for anything leave a tip after that rushed and effortless job. I have never had to do that to a nail tech before. Ever! So time to find the next best place I suppose because I won't go back after that. There's a lot of competition. You'd think they'd want to keep regulars and make people happy. read more

Worst pedicure ever by Nam, all he did was stare at my crotch the whole time smiling at me saying I was his girlfriend WTF! He massaged the side of my ankle instead of my foot! He did not even scrub my foot or heel! Then I go get a full set with Leo and all I get is flirtatious looks and him reading my palms saying I'm a kind person .... Then almost to the end he asked if I wanted a massage .... He said he usually tells his clients to book nail service towards closing time and meet him at his car for a massage And he slips me his number that he had pre written in his drawer and tells me not to tell anyone or let the boss Andy see!!What the entire F$&@ place is this!!! And to top it off the gel on both feet and hands were chipping after day 2! Never going back to this place! Felt so violated ! Overpriced for cheap ass work! read more
