There's many reasons I wouldn't recommend this nail salon. They advertise complex designs but cannot execute them at all. It is also very hard to get the nail tech you MAKE the appointment with. My nails have been done by the man in the headphones (he was very nice and did a good job on the pumpkin nails) and any defects were minor, but not great for the price. My nails were also done by Brian weeks later and I was disappointed. I asked for a fairly simple design but he couldn't draw the stars and didn't have accurate stickers, but I accepted it because i needed my nails done quickly. The vibe in the salon is nice and there's always people talking and smiling and laughing, but you're probably better off finding somewhere else. I have been coming to Blazin Nails every 2 weeks for nearly six months and today I had an experience that no paying customer should have. My nail tech Yupi is amaing and why I come back faithfully. She is careful, detailed and does an amazing job on my nails. I call the shop and speak with the male shop owner to schedule my appointments and because they know me at this point I dont even have to provide my name. It normally takes 2.5 hours to do my nails and they are so beautiful I regularly have them photographed. Today while getting my nails done the male shop owner comes up and asks Yupi how much longer. This was 1 hour and 15 minutes into my service. She was trying to do a new technique and was feeling rushed because the owner had over booked (Im assuming). I jokingly mention that Im being a problem today and the male shop owner agrees. He wasnt joking. That was problematic because I feel as a business owner, you shouldnt let the customer know you deem them "a problem". When I was finishing up, they were talking to another upset client who had been waiting and were blaming the delay on Yupi and me. I mentioned that I regularly come in and my services always take 2.5 hours. The female shop owner told me I should start calling Yupi and having her book the correct anount of time. However I never call her to schedule. I call them, the business owners. When I mentioned this she made a comment that it was because "I'm special". I dont know if this was a snide remark, or she was trying to passify the situation, but it was an acknowledgment thet she knew how long my nails normally take to have done. Their mismanagement of time caused an uncomfortable scene for multiple clients in their establishment and they blamed their employee and customer because of it, even though they profit from having both of us there. I will not be back to Blazin Nails, and hope that Yupi finds another shop where her extreme talents will be appreciated. Older man performed pedicure with no gloves and used a wooden brush to brush off dust from gel removal that looked not clean at all. I got my pedicure maybe 5 days ago and noticed there was a weird spot on my big toe, well when I barely touched it the top layer of gel removed which revealed the gel polish was not fully cured because the layer beneath was completely wet. Yesterday I decided to give this place one last try and get my wedding nails done, I showed the guy (idk his name but the one that wears the earphones) doing my nails a picture of my inspo which I'll put below and what he did was nowhere near the photo. I asked if he could change it to something else and he got upset at me and started saying it was my fault. How is it my fault you can't do a design? So then I asked if he could change it to just simple flowers and he couldn't even do that design !!!!!!! (Again I'll show pictures) at this point I was annoyed and then he had the nerve to take a picture of the first nails he did and while I'm sitting there he goes and talks crap about me to Van and they both stare me down. After this I still had to get a pedicure done and the guy doing my nails didn't talk to me the rest of the time. After the way I was treated I'm deciding not to go back here , they do not care about their customers and are extremely rude. 3.5 I needed my nails done in a pinch, and Blazin' Nails was one of the closest places I could find that were open late on a Sunday. I was able to get an appointment with relative ease and just about an hour before closing time. My appointment was for an acrylic fill with gel polish. I was pleased to see that masks were required and there was plexiglass separating myself and the tech. The techs were all friendly and I had a large variety of colors to choose from. I chose my color without much thought since it was close to closing time and I didn't want to keep them late. The skin around my nails was snagged a few times, which is never fun for anyone. The acrylic itself was done well enough, however, my issue was mainly with the polish job. The polish was put on very thick and pooled over the sides of my nails. A few days after I got my nails done, the polish was starting to lift and peel. I ended up having to get my nails done again just over a week later (somewhere else) since the polish was in such poor shape. While I'm glad I was able to get in for an appointment on such short notice, I wish my nails would've been done well. I probably will not return. read more

I took my 16 year old son here to get his eyebrows waxed before prom and when he came out to the front to pay I could not believe what they did! They left wax on his eye and upon inspection, I noticed red lines both above and below his eyebrow! I asked the lady if she had burned him and she said no that I needed to take him home and put cooling gel on it. Then another man approached me and said their wax is too hot at the salon. But the manager guy and this dude with headphones are very sassy and rude. I was wanting this specific nail design but they say they couldn't because they weren't wanting to... personally it's unexceptional. I only ever go for Ms. B, Lili, and Makayla. The worst service I have ever received in my life. I called prior to coming and asked if they had time for my specific services which they said yes. The man who was doing my nails was rushing to the point of huffing and puffing just rude. I thought about leaving and I don't know why u didn't. When finished with my nails he sat me down to the pedi chair removes my gel polish from toes, fill the acrylic on my 2 big toes then comes to me and says he won't have time to complete the services I asked for from the beginning.
