I went for a pedicure yesterday. When the lady put the solution on my feet for calluses, it started to burn it so I asked her wipe it off immediately. Last night it was hurting me and when I checked the bottom of my feet I had burns from the solution. I emailed the salon today and was asked to come in so they can see it. I stopped in and said it hurts when I walk and the lady had the nerve to tell me that I looked like I was walking fine!! She then looked at both of my feet and said that I made the cut on the foot and it was there before I came in which is not true. ZERO STARS!!! I didn't go back to show them my foot with any expectations, but I certainly didn't expect to get insulted by her basically calling me a liar!! I wanted them to see what happened. Needless to say I will never be back and I will tell my friends not to go there either!! Think twice before you go there because they will blame you for what they did.
Booked a same day appointment on their website, which I thought was awesome online booking made it super easy. Only feedback I would give is to please explain what each service includes on the website. Mark did my pedicure and he was amazing. I feel I got exactly what I paid for (which is rare). He was kind, professional and detail oriented. I always get ingrown toenails and the way he cut it was not painful at all which I'm so thankful for. The color I picked was neon and Mark used a white base coat underneath so that the polish would pop, I really appreciated that! Other salons barely want to do an extra coat if the color doesn't look like how they've displayed it in the book. The chairs were comfortable and I thought the salon was cute and had a relaxing vibe. Will definitely come back, thank you Mark!
We just moved to the neighborhood and I was looking for a place to get pedicures. I made a reservation, but when I arrived there was only one other person there ( 10am on a Tuesday). I was seated right away, my chair was comfortable and easy to get into, I decided to spoil myself and did the paraffin pedicure. V was my technician and was friendly. She was very careful and did a great job. I will definitely go back.
I hadn't been to pink Rose nails for quite a while as I was out of town, however, the woman that answered the phone -I believe her name is Snow, got me right in and my Mani Pedi was great with Kimmy. She was probably the best operator I've had in the half dozen visits that I've been there.!!!
Made online appointments for Deluxe Pedicures with my mom and daughter. We all got gel. The nail artists were all friendly and gentle. We will definitely return!
The service was great with a relaxed non rushed atmosphere, our nails (2 French toes and fingernails) and the other as shown in the picture. The nails looked great BUT less than a week later one of my daughter's nail extensions broke off putting her shoe on and they would not fix it for her for no charge. The 2 French manicures have chipped in just a week. For 3 people I spent almost $400 and they do not stand behind their services/products. We will not be returning. Experience: 4 Standing behind product/service: 0
I'd say it's a solid three star experience. I paid $35 for a basic pedicure plus and $8 to repair a toe thought that $8 was a bit much. I had a acrylic fill with clear gel on top. That was $45. I have one cut on a finger. I have very thin cuticles and I'm always having to remind technicians to please be careful so we had one casualty.. The place is a bit outdated compared to most local shops.Think they've been there for about fifteen years. The staff was friendly enough. Everything was very basic. There was no manicure. And I've noticed that more shops are doing that. When you get an acrylic fill or gel nails, they're skipping the whole manicure. It's very strange. There's no massage. There's none of the lotion. There's no steps for a manicure. They just aren't doing your nails. Not trimming or pushing back cuticles.I thought that's very odd, but I've noticed. More and more shops are skipping the steps that are traditionally associated with the manicure, not sure why. Easy to book online and plenty of parking. No offer of cold beverages which is always nice when it's 100 plus outside.

First time here for a pedicure. I got Judy as my technician and she was amazing. The prices are the same as most other places. It's not a huge place but plenty of seats for a pedicure or manicure. I have to say that Judy was the best technician I've had in a very long time. She was thorough, she was very careful in the way she worked and not in a rush. When she was done, I still had 10 toes and none were hurting or bleeding. I got the Green Tea and Honey pedi and it was really great. I will return to this location and will always ask for Judy. The salon and tools are dirty and it was the worst manipedi I've ever gotten. A friend flew in from out of state and my usual spot was booked out so we went here due to the good reviews. Her French pedicure was uneven, scratched, and crooked. When she asked her pedicurist to please fix the mistakes, she was told it was perfect. Scratched white polish is by definition not perfect. My manicure was uneven and somehow left my long natural nails (I've worked hard growing these out!) dented and damaged. I'm left curious about the positive reviewers' standards of quality and cleanliness. read more

I don't ever cheat on my nail salon, But I needed just a basic manicure, I have read many reviews about this nail shop and everything has been positive and the quality of work looks phenomenal, I called today as soon as they opened at 9:30am 5/6/2024 to see if they had availability, the girl on the phone said they were busy and to come in at 12:00pm so I said okay. This nail shop is literally 3 minutes driving from my house, I got there at 11:50am and got seated immediately she removed the gel polish I had and immediately started the manicure, I picked a shimmer pink I decided to not do a gel manicure because I plan on getting my nails done for a trip in a few weeks, nails are not cheap and I didn't want to waste money for something I'm just going to take off soon. She did an amazing job they only part that took long was waiting for them to dry, man how did we ever survive without gel nails in the past? lol this was a wonderful experience and this will now be my go to spot if I can't make it to Summerlin to my nail shop. Snow does amazing nails. she Always make sure you like the shape, length and style as she goes. she's also great if you show her pics of colors/styles you like. she also made a suggestion that i try a different shape, and she was 100% correct. it was way more flattering for my hands. read more

This was my first visit and I absolutely loved it! I had the dip powder with a manicure as well as a jelly pedicure with a stone massage, and everything was absolutely perfect and so relaxing. The attention to detail and the atmosphere made the whole experience wonderful. I will definitely be a return customer! read more

When I scheduled my appointment online I explained that I am a RN and haven't had my nails done in years. But I have an event to go to this weekend. As a healthcare professional I didn't want to have artificial acrylic nails done. I use my hands a lot, lift weights and frequently wash my hands, so I wanted something that will last. I opted for a manicure and dipped powder with gel over my nails. Rose was great in recommending the shape that looks most natural and compliments the shape of my fingers. It happens to be the same way I file my own nails at home, because that's all I know lol. It was such a cool process to watch and my nails turned out so pretty! read more

I have been searching and searching for a good place to get my nails done and finally I have found one! I got a gel pedicure with Mark and it was amazing. My toes came out exactly how I wanted and he was very gentle. I will be coming back for sure! read more

Honestly will never be coming back! It was my first time coming in as my regular nail salon was booked and this was near by and immediately was greeted by the smell of cigarettes My friend also got a gel manicure and her nail tech was very rude and on her phone the entire time the man doing my nails had open wounds on his hands while doing mine and it felt very unsanitary my natural nails are detaching from the hard gel and the gel polish was not cured all the way i noticed as soon as i was home and when i called to let them know they only offered to fix the one nail to which i explained i was not comfortable with coming back and wanted my money back and got no solution read more

I think the picture speaks for itself... this was done on Friday and it's only Sunday. Look at the sides of my nails. If classic nail polish starts lifting/coming off after two days and costs $30+ to have done? Might as well do it yourself and save your money, it'll last longer anyways. read more

Clean relaxing nail salon. Best gel mani and best pedi I've had since moving to Vegas over a year ago & I've tried a LOT of salons. I have ingrown toe nail and the techs here were thorough. My first gel mani lasted a month (!!!!!) without any chips, I'm on my second mani now :) great salons highly recommend from a very picky patron :) read more
