Booked a same day appointment on their website, which I thought was awesome online booking made it super easy. Only feedback I would give is to please explain what each service includes on the website. Mark did my pedicure and he was amazing. I feel I got exactly what I paid for (which is rare). He was kind, professional and detail oriented. I always get ingrown toenails and the way he cut it was not painful at all which I'm so thankful for. The color I picked was neon and Mark used a white base coat underneath so that the polish would pop, I really appreciated that! Other salons barely want to do an extra coat if the color doesn't look like how they've displayed it in the book. The chairs were comfortable and I thought the salon was cute and had a relaxing vibe. We just moved to the neighborhood and I was looking for a place to get pedicures. I made a reservation, but when I arrived there was only one other person there ( 10am on a Tuesday). I was seated right away, my chair was comfortable and easy to get into, I decided to spoil myself and did the paraffin pedicure. V was my technician and was friendly. The service was great with a relaxed non rushed atmosphere, our nails (2 French toes and fingernails) and the other as shown in the picture. The nails looked great BUT less than a week later one of my daughter's nail extensions broke off putting her shoe on and they would not fix it for her for no charge. The 2 French manicures have chipped in just a week. For 3 people I spent almost $400 and they do not stand behind their services/products. We will not be returning. I'd say it's a solid three star experience. I paid $35 for a basic pedicure plus and $8 to repair a toe thought that $8 was a bit much. I had a acrylic fill with clear gel on top. That was $45. I have one cut on a finger. I have very thin cuticles and I'm always having to remind technicians to please be careful so we had one casualty.. The place is a bit outdated compared to most local shops.Think they've been there for about fifteen years. The staff was friendly enough. Everything was very basic. There was no manicure. And I've noticed that more shops are doing that. When you get an acrylic fill or gel nails, they're skipping the whole manicure. It's very strange. There's no massage. There's none of the lotion. There's no steps for a manicure. They just aren't doing your nails. Not trimming or pushing back cuticles.I thought that's very odd, but I've noticed. More and more shops are skipping the steps that are traditionally associated with the manicure, not sure why. Easy to book online and plenty of parking. No offer of cold beverages which is always nice when it's 100 plus outside. read more

When I scheduled my appointment online I explained that I am a RN and haven't had my nails done in years. But I have an event to go to this weekend. As a healthcare professional I didn't want to have artificial acrylic nails done. I use my hands a lot, lift weights and frequently wash my hands, so I wanted something that will last. I opted for a manicure and dipped powder with gel over my nails. Rose was great in recommending the shape that looks most natural and compliments the shape of my fingers. Love going here to get my nails done snow does an amazing job. The quality of my nails is definitely top notch. I like that I am able to go in and I know that whoever takes care of me that I'm gonna have quality service. I always get all the compliments on my nails. I don't ever cheat on my nail salon, But I needed just a basic manicure, I have read many reviews about this nail shop and everything has been positive and the quality of work looks phenomenal, I called today as soon as they opened at 9:30am 5/6/2024 to see if they had availability, the girl on the phone said they were busy and to come in at 12:00pm so I said okay. This nail shop is literally 3 minutes driving from my house, I got there at 11:50am and got seated immediately she removed the gel polish I had and immediately started the manicure, I picked a shimmer pink I decided to not do a gel manicure because I plan on getting my nails done for a trip in a few weeks, nails are not cheap and I didn't want to waste money for something I'm just going to take off soon. She did an amazing job they only part that took long was waiting for them to dry, man how did we ever survive without gel nails in the past? lol this was a wonderful experience and this will now be my go to spot if I can't make it to Summerlin to my nail shop. Honestly will never be coming back! It was my first time coming in as my regular nail salon was booked and this was near by and immediately was greeted by the smell of cigarettes My friend also got a gel manicure and her nail tech was very rude and on her phone the entire time the man doing my nails had open wounds on his hands while doing mine and it felt very unsanitary my natural nails are detaching from the hard gel and the gel polish was not cured all the way i noticed as soon as i was home and when i called to let them know they only offered to fix the one nail to which i explained i was not comfortable with coming back and wanted my money back and got no solution read more

I think the picture speaks for itself... this was done on Friday and it's only Sunday. Look at the sides of my nails. If classic nail polish starts lifting/coming off after two days and costs $30+ to have done? Might as well do it yourself and save your money, it'll last longer anyways. read more

I was in need of finding a good nail salon near my house and found this place. They don't have 5 stars but they should because their customer service is outstanding! Not only are they polite and are attentive but their work is also on point as well. You are greeted when you walk in, instead of walking in and everyone turn and look at you and not even a "hello or how are you." Snow did my gel mani and I couldn't have been happier. I'm one of those that look at it far and near to see if their are any imperfections and I couldn't find one. The thing that I also loved about Snow is she did one nail first and then asked if I liked it before she continued to finish my other nails. Now I only got French tips but let me tell you, I've seen some very messed up work lol Sunny was the one who handled my pedi and they came out the best I've ever had honestly. I live nearby but didn't notice this salon... it's the day before Memorial Day and as you can imagine, most salons are booked out! I called this salon and asked if I could walk in for a pedicure, they immediately accommodated me. I'm very embarrassed because I get thick callouses very easily, but they took the time to help and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. The salon is super cute and relaxing. During my manicure, filing was minimal and uneven, and when I pointed it out, I was met with attitude rather than professionalism. There is one excellent technician here, but she's hard to book. When I later tried to schedule with someone else, the receptionist was vague and unhelpful. After missing an appointment due to a health emergency, the salon stopped responding altogether. The space is beautiful, but the prices are high and feedback doesn't seem welcome. I wouldn't recommend this salon and suggest avoiding booking with Sofia.

Before we even left the salon, half of my daughter's toenail polish was already chipped or completely off. That should not be happening immediately after getting them painted. For my nails, I specifically asked for tips on two of my nails and the technician didn't do what I asked. The clear polish is also all over my cuticles, which makes the manicure look messy and rushed. I also got gems put on four of my nails and one of them has already fallen off after just one day. While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway. Overall the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the quality did not match what we paid. I was really hoping for a good experience doing something fun with my daughter, but we left disappointed.

The amount of attention and care that I got from her down right got a tear shed. We had a wonderful conversation, she massaged my awfully sore calves and made me feel so comfortable and at home. She even shared the info to her tattoo artist after I've inquired about her beautiful tattoos. If i could give this place zero stars i would. i called at 5:40 and asked if they could squeeze me…read morein for a pedicure before they closed at seven. The guy on the phone was kind of hesitant but said yes if I could get there at six. I arrive at 6 o'clock exactly I then proceed to wait for 30 minutes before my feet ever hit the water and then soak an additional tin before they're able to start my pedicure. I wasn't angry about this because I understood I was last minute and they already had appointments they were finishing. I explained to the technician that i get impacted dead skin on the sidewalls of my nail because she began squeezing my toe the second she pulled my foot from the water. the pedicure is just the standard one which i could tell annoyed her but I don't have money to just blow and still wanted to tip. it starts fine and she begings getting the dead skin off the bottom part of my foot. she moves to my cuticles and begins pushing them back WAY too hard. it doesn't hurt me but is uncomfortable. she then proceeds to start with the nippers and pusher on my big toe. i cannot stress enough how painful this was. she was so aggressive it caused me to bleed. i was in so much pain i began profusely sweating, losing my vision, and had ringing in my ears, i was so worried i was going to throw up or pass out. i explained to her that we could skip that as it was just too painful for me. i work as a hostess standing for 8 hours at a time in narrow shoes and compression tights. she kinda disregarded me. and continues on before doing a less intense version on the other toe. she looks up and realizes i wasn't exaggerating and they do notice im red and on the verge of passing out so they bring a can of coke and a nail drying fan. these helped but it was what followed that really floored me. she spent 15 minutes pushing and cutting my cuticles, which was 3x longer than the rest of the service. she immediately after maiming my nail beds slaps on the foam flip flops, gives me exactly one coat of polish on each toe and calls it a day. doesn't even give me top coat or lotion. they knew i was in extreme pain and discomfort and knew they cut my service short and the only reason i received the discount i did was because i was a first time customer there and received 20% off. when it prompted to insert the card the boy at the front told me "and you can tip her here" as if the experience was worth tipping over. Honestly? wasnt even wanting a discount. i was so humiliated and in pain i just wanted an apology. i recieved none. i will be going back with someone i am comfortable with so i can ask for a refund. i hope this wasn't intentionally because I got there an hour before they closed. I even told them it was completely fine if they couldn't get me in last minute.
