I've been here twice now and did very basic gel and pedi services. The service has been fine. Unfortunately the last time I went, my toe polish was already chipped before I even drove home. I feel like a better drying process is needed. I was instructed to sit in the chair 5 mins and then good to leave, no dryer or anything . This wasn't sufficient timing! I had mixed experiences here. My first two visits were okay, but on my first appointment with Sofia, the gel polish was applied too far from the cuticle, so within a week my manicure already looked grown out. For the price, that was disappointing. The third visit was a problem. I book appointments for myself and my 10-year-old daughter. She had previously been assigned a male technician and later asked to have a female tech instead, which I didn't feel was unreasonable. When I requested this, Sofia became rude and defensive, and the rest of the appointment felt uncomfortable. My pedicure was rushed, the gel polish on my big toe was visibly uneven and left unfixed, and hygiene felt sloppy. Sofia mixed water with lotion and wiped it all over my legs, which felt unsanitary and careless. During my manicure, filing was minimal and uneven, and when I pointed it out, I was met with attitude rather than professionalism. There is one excellent technician here, but she's hard to book. When I later tried to schedule with someone else, the receptionist was vague and unhelpful. After missing an appointment due to a health emergency, the salon stopped responding altogether. The space is beautiful, but the prices are high and feedback doesn't seem welcome. I wouldn't recommend this salon and suggest avoiding booking with Sofia. read more

What am I supposed to do because you don't have enough parking spaces, so I got turned away on Mother's Day to get my nails done because I walked in at 1:17. Then they tell me they only have a 10 minute late policy, but she didn't mention that when she called me. Having no parking is out of my control. That is a your business problem. Why should it become my problem? I would rather have the receptionist tell me that 112 was too late so I could've turned around because I drive from very far to come to you and you just wasted my gas. So just like you called me because I was running five minutes late. You should've called me to tell me it was too late instead, you let me go through the struggle of finding parking and walking in for you to tell me this. read more

I rarely treat myself to manicures/pedicures as it's not something I see as a necessity. That being said, I will indulge for a special occasion, which is what prompted me to try B Nails. I was recently engaged on Christmas and wanted to have a manicure for our engagement photos. I did a Yelp search for nail salons and based on reviews made a reservation at B Nails. The salon is located in a small strip of businesses, in between a super busy Dutch Bros and Taco Bell. The parking lot is tiny, but thankfully I was able to find a spot. The salon is clean and spacious, definitely plenty of room for groups. The girl at the front desk was nice, but seemed a bit unfocused. After picking out my polish color I was promptly seated for my appointment. My nail tech was very cold and rushed through my appointment. My nails were passable, but after two days they are already starting to chip and even day-of you could see spots where she didn't do a proper double coat. The amount of time spent there was not too long, but not rushed either. It's nice and clean and the products seem pretty good. For the both of us it came out to $130 USD (tip not included). We have been going to this salon for years now and yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had. I called to set up and appointment four days before and explained it will be a pedicure and full set. After arriving I asked the front desk if the nail tech would be able to do this design and showed them the photo. She told me she didn't think it would be possible. At that time the tech who was going to be doing my pedicure was standing right there saying I only had an appointment for a pedicure. I explained that was not the fact and she continued to explain that she is booked back to back. After that experience I said I no longer wanted the fill but would continue with the pedicure as I had family joining me. After much back and forth after the pedicure they said someone would do my nails. I'm going on vacation and really didn't have the time to go else where so I went ahead with the tech they said was available. Mind you when I called and made the appointment I didn't even request anyone so I don't know what the confusion was to begin with. Well it's been one day and all the nails are cracking and lifting. After I called they said that the tech who did my nails has over 20 years experience and if I wanted them fixed I would have to see her again. Not only did I waste my time but now I'm out over $100. Update: i lost two more nails. My set is now aboout two weeks old. Im absolutely furious. I paid so and my set just comes off. I tried to just use glue while i was on vacation but unfortunately it only lasted for so long. My set was brand new but has not even lasted two weeks. I believe it has been one week and two days. I'm extremely unhappy. My pedicure was not good. The guy did not listen to what I wanted and just did what he wanted, then seemed to have gotten angry when I told him it was not correct. It was a very uncomfortable experience. For their prices, I would have expected much better work. I got my nails done specifically because I was going out of the country. So I went to them, because I saw that they did really nice designs on their site, but my design did not turn out the way that I wanted and I asked multiple times beef, 4 sitting down to make sure that they were able to do the design I wanted. They all reassured me, including the manager, that they could do it. Instead, they just did some hand drawn work.That does not look anything like the image I wanted. There is nothing I can do about that, but I haveing a broken nail less than two weeks is horrible. I will never return to this place. Paid between $100 - $140 read more

I was a regular here but after my normal tech left they put me with two other techs and both sucked. Milyn cut my cuticles, couldn't do a simple half flower, gave me attitude when I asked for deep French nails and I had to ask to redo the paint to match the other hand. It felt like she was rushing, just rude. The guy who did my toes was just ok, didn't talk at all which sometimes is good but also felt like he was rushing g through. I asked to be scheduled with someone else and the front desk said they were "the best". I came in as a walk in with this reference photo from Pinterest. They have a lot of color options so I felt overwhelmed. Andy took one look at the photo and painted two swatches on my hand for me to choose. He also asked me if I wanted my nails shorter (cause they were long and grown out. I had him do an acrylic fill and he did amazing. I believe he's one of the newer people working there, but he was one of the best. If you have any concerns concerning color or length definitely consult him so you'll be happy!! Don't walk out upset cause you didn't ask them to do what you originally wanted. He gladly helped me choose the color and did the shorter more rounded length I requested. He took his time filing and each nail was well done. I appreciate him doing what I asked!! I recently had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. I booked an appointment for 4:15 pm with Tri, but when I arrived, he was still working with another client. By 4:30 pm, a different nail tech, whom I hadn't seen before, offered to soak off my nails. I let her know I only needed a fill. As I walked to the seat, I noticed Tri was still working nearby, so I greeted him, but he responded very coldly with no apology for making me wait. I politely asked if he could file the nails instead of the other nail tech as I trust the way he uses the drill, especially since I've had painful experiences with other techs in the past. His response was a half-hearted "yeah" that felt more like an obligation than genuine willingness. What really upset me, though, was when he was talking shit about me to the other nail tech in Vietnamese, saying I am difficult. Unaware that I understood the language. That was the breaking point for me so I walked back to the front and told the receptionist I wasn't going to do my nails anymore. Also he still had a long way to go with the other client. Why confirmed my 4:15 appointment in the first place ‍ I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and respect, especially considering I've always been friendly, arrived on time, and tipped generously. It's such a shame because I had high hopes for this place, but after being treated this way, I'll never go back. read more

I got a gel manicure (red) on Friday. By Monday, all of them were fading and a one was peeling. They refused to fix the peeling one unless I found the exact color. They also stated that they would only file the fading ones. I didn't remember the color number and explained to the nail technician it was overwhelming to go through all of the colors. She didn't offer to help me find it either. She kept pushing me to go find it myself, which made me uncomfortable. I asked if she can just redo that one finger (middle finger) on both hands to white. She said no. I asked for a refund and she said no to that as well. She claimed that she was the manager and there was no one else I can talk to. I asked if she can just remove all of my gel. She said she can but it will cost $20. I asked if she can give me half off of that price and she said no the most she can do is 20%. I told her okay just take it off and I won't come back here again. She went in the back for a few minutes and came back and took off the gel. She also kept insisting that it was my fault that the nails had gone bad so quickly. In the end, she did charge me $10 to take off the gel, probably because she realized how poorly she had managed the situation. I definitely will keep my word and not go back there again. I just came in for a gel removal, and it was a very disappointing experience. I didn't catch the name of my nail tech, but he very roughly drilled the gel off and soaked my nails in a bowl of hot water with acetone dumped on top. After the service he had me wash my hands and did not interact with me again, so I didn't realize that he was done while I sat back at the chair. No oil, offer to do cuticles, top coat, or anything. Granted it was only $10, but you definitely get what you pay for. This was the first time in my life I didn't end up leaving a tip. read more

I have lived up here in sky canyon for years and finally tried B nails and lashes. I wish I had tried sooner! It's absolutely gorgeous inside and I love the ability to book online. After 9 years of consistently breaking nails after 1 week, I finally found a nail artist that can keep my nails from breaking for 3 weeks! I usually go in and show them a picture from instagram or Pinterest and Trish can recreate it to perfection. I do long coffin with bling or design and she will do it exactly or change the color or design if I want. Worth every cent. I come here always but wanted to give a special shout out to Tri! I have seen quite a few nail techs here (at least 6) and all have done a great job. Today I saw Tri for the very first time and he is my new fave. He is detailed and cares that you get quality work. He does not want to rush you. I have had issues with my nails chipping in the past because my work is hard on my hands and he explained to me how we can help that by an extra top coat, dip layers, etc. He really knows his stuff. I hate writing this... So long story short I had a gift card for $50. When I asked if I was able to use it towards my bill I was told yes. So on my end it showed $50 to be paid. When I ran the gift card is declined. Mind you this gift card had never been used I just activated it. Thinking that was strange I was like OK maybe we can run it for 45 maybe there's a weird surcharge that they have. Again declined. Long story short because for whatever reason I felt bad I just ran the full amount on my card no big deal it's a weird gift card that I've never had before. So I look at the gift card details in my car and I see that on his end he was actually running it for $60. Mind you I told him there was only $50 on the card. He purposely was running the gift card for a different amount or the credit card machine automatically add some sort of gratuity or surcharge that they do not tell you about. I'm in the industry of service and I'm telling you that I always tip 20% which today I did. However knowing that on their end they're charging more and you only see a certain amount I'm really pissed off. The machine shows you one mount but they're actually charging you a different amount. Went for a pedicure and manicure. I just wanted a regular mail job, cuticle cleanup and clear coat , then regular polish on my feet. They seemed annoyed , and rushed. Didn't really remove any cuticle on either , and my nail shapes were all different/rough. He then sanded the top of my nail beds without buffing them. The clear polish came off within 3 days. I had to go get another pedicure else were. They rushed my sisters acrylic nails, also did no clean up (she runs a small homestead and really need a cuticle clean up) and the acrylic design was super expensive but subpar / crooked and looked not good enough for the amount they charged. read more

I come here very very very often lol like any salon, technicians are hit or miss. But 90% of the time I've had a pleasant satisfactory experience. I come about every other week to get a deluxe pedi, they've really taken their time on the massages the past few times I've come here so that's a plus. I also have been taking my daughter with me for a mani pedi and she LOVES it and the paint seems to last a little longer than a salon her grandma took her to. I also love to get hard gel on my fingers. I'm a simple girl, either a French, ombre or nude but today I had Vi and decided to completely change it up. LOVED it!!! We will be back.
