Terrible service & quality. My lashes fell out more than 1/2 by the end of the first week. When I texted to move up my 2 week appt to 1 week because so many fell out I was told it was better to find somewhere else. No admission of using a cheap product. I cared for them properly. It's my $ & o choose where I take my business. Don't waste your time here. Now that Mai is gone the other lash techs are nowhere as good as she was. Owner is not accountable. Bad service. Very funny! I got an eyelash lift and tint with Lauryn and she was amazing! They were kind enough to accommodate me the same day on short notice, which I really appreciated. The salon is super cute, clean and has a relaxing vibe. Lauryn was very warm and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions. She did an incredible job , this is the first time I have had such a noticeable difference from a lash lift! The business owner does not allow comments to her responses so I have to post another review. I only had 2 or 3 appointments at her salon before I was hospitalized needing abdominal surgery. This was a major surgical procedure. I scheduled an appointment after spending 10 days in the hospital but wasn't able to keep the appointment. I canceled appointments with notice to the "artist". The last appointment I made, the "artist" texted me at 7 am the morning of the appointment and said she was sick. The owner has no policy for such a situation apparently. So my appointment was canceled on the same day because the owner is unprofessional and her policies have no regard to her customers. Her policies are only to protect her. Later when the owner kept my $75 deposit even though I provided 6 days advance notice of a cancellation and her "artist" had plenty of available dates, it showed the owners greed. Do not go here. There are other options with very excellent artists where the owner is not greedy. The owner of Winked has very little business and is so in need of money that she will keep your deposit. There are other salons with very professional artists. Don't go here. read more

MAI was my last artist for months but sadly I will be leaving WINKED . I had been seeing MAI LOVE HER MISS HER She moved back to New York, Yay for her! However the last four times I have been in to have my lashes done they have been HORRIBLE. 1. I know EXACTLY the #'s lengths etc lashes I have used for years. I see the first NEW GIRL that owner RAVES about. She goes off on her own and places instead of 8,10,12/ 14,15 lengths that immediately begin falling off because the next girl at same location I saw per RAVE REVIEWS by OWNER stated that she has no idea why but can confirm lash artist Angelica just did what ever she wanted. I have short lashes any lash artist would know that the weight of those lashes would cause all the shedding almost immediately. I contact owner and she say's its okay she understands and gives me a RAVE REVIEW for her favorite artist. I still have text for proof of this statement. When I go in to see this artist my lashes turn out looking like crap again. Seriously she glued my bottom lashes to my top more times than I have had in 10 years of having extensions. The WORST part of the whole experience is this GIRL THAT THE OWNER RAVED ABOUT AND SAID IT WAS HER FAVORITE LASH ARTIST, HER ARTIST. When I am talking to her she advises me she is so excited to be at WINKED it's HER 4th DAY!!!!!!!! She has only worked here for 4 days but the owner RAVED her as her own lash artist.
