Vivian really listens to what the customer wants. She did an amazing job once again! Hero (not sure how to spell his name) does a great pedicure. His massages are wonderful! I highly recommend this salon.

We called on a Friday morning around 10:30am to see if they had room for a pedicure walk in. They did! My daughter was able to get her pedicure. They were super nice and did a great job with her nails! Service with a smile really goes a long way and it's appreciated. I love this nail salon and will keep coming back.

Guys...if you've never had a pedicure or are looking for a change you definitely need to try 4ur Nails & Spa on N. Durango. Their service and quality work makes for an enjoyable and relaxing time. After you go once, you'll definitely be hooked. Foot care is important!! Vivian and her entire staff continue impress this repeat customer, especially Valerie (she's my person)!! Their comfortable massage chairs are also an added treat. Fellas, do yourself a favor and book an appointment.

DUSTIN is my awesome nail tech; when he is on vacation, Tanny sits in for him and is just as amazing! I'm a bore when it comes to color for my nails, but they seem to take me out of my comfort zone. I enjoy it when I get compliments! I refer them everyone I know. Thanks guys!

I've been coming here for 10 years. There is no one like Dustin. Everyone here is great but Dustin is next level. You could not pay me to go anywhere else. Everyone here is nice. Making appointments is easy and they get you in quick. But above all else, my nails are always perfect. They last so well. I do so many projects around the house as well as the normal cleaning, dishes, all of it and they hold up so well. My nails are always looking exactly like I want too. Any time my family comes to town they come here because they know there's no one like Dustin!! I'd give 100 stars if I could.

I've been a regular customer (updating this review from 2020) for over four years. Change of ownership often brings change, sometimes good and sometimes bad. I continued to get my nails done there watching the changes as they came. The first change I was informed by a posted sign at the desk AFTER I showed up to my appointment there was an additional charge to pay by credit card. I did not appreciate not being informed of this change before I arrived. Had I been told, I would have stopped to get cash. They have the ability to text you as a customer to remind you of an appointment, they should have sent out a warning about the fee. On a second visit I arrived having made an appointment for a mani and a pedi with my regular nail tech Amanda and was told after arriving that "management" had assigned my pedicure to some other tech I didn't know, so Amanda could do another person's manicure. I should have just told them never mind but I really wanted a nice pedicure and was disappointed by the job that was done. Prices went up and service went down. Instead of sanitary paper towels to dry your hands there were re-washable cheap wash clothes. While the new owners were present, they never introduced themselves or even greeted me when I entered as a customer. Final straw was Amanda leaving the salon. Sorry, but she always treated me with respect and made me feel valued as a customer. New owners might want work on relationship with their customers. Update 5/5/24: Tanny T, Answering a negative review with a lie insinuating I have not been in since you took ownership is not a good way to restore good faith in business practice. Your business texted me reminders of my appointments and they are all on my phone. I have attached a picture of the last one. My last appointment was 2/13/2024. Prior to that, 1/16/2024, 12/6/2023, 10/21/2023, 9/28/2023, 8/22/2023, 7/18/2023 and 6/6/2023. You purchased it in June of 2023 correct? I have been a regular customer for 10 years. This in part just proves my point. I have been coming in regularly into your business since the day you purchased it and you either have no idea who I am or you are lying so as to not take responsibility for the poor service and poor customer contact you have provided since you took over. When I say that you might want to work on your relationships with your customers, that would require you take responsibility, apologize, and then make changes to ensure other customers don't have the same experience I had. Instead you accuse me of not having the correct business and say I have not been in.

This business is under new ownership, and Just a heads up, Amanda is no longer working at this salon.. so, if you're going in looking to get your nails done by Amanda, shes gone and you'll be disappointed. The entire atmosphere and vibe has changed and gone downhill. There seems to be a lot of animosity between the new owners and old owners... if you're just looking to get your nails done and want to avoid drama.. search elsewhere... the last set of nails I received were absolutely awful... I had to have them redone... they were bumpy and thick...

Yes, you can bring your own dip powder. Dip powder is acrylic. You can have dip powder with gel polish. The new set is 55 with regular gel polishes.

So you offer same time service? A mani and a pedi done at the same time? Is there an extra cost?

No extra cost, ma'am.

Yes

How much is a gel builder full set?

It starts at 50 and you get the gel polish for free. Fills are 40 but if you are a student they discount you to 36 during the week days!

From my experience, this resulted in the nail tech RUSHING, clipping my finger tip, sanding top of my toe while removing gel polish from another toe, and drilling my cuticle...in all cases were painful! I understand inflation is on the rise, however that's no excuse! I feel bad for the nail techs being put under this immense pressure, but to compromise the quality of service customer's deserve is never acceptable. Seating in waiting area is limited cramped in general, as the ratio of stations to business space are not adequate. I won't be returning

It's not a huge place but plenty of seats for a pedicure or manicure. I have to say that Judy was the best technician I've had in a very long time. She was thorough, she was very careful in the way she worked and not in a rush. When she was done, I still had 10 toes and none were hurting or bleeding. I got the Green Tea and Honey pedi and it was really great. I will return to this location and will always ask for Judy. Thank you for a great experience.

My pedicure was rushed, the gel polish on my big toe was visibly uneven and left unfixed, and hygiene felt sloppy. Sofia mixed water with lotion and wiped it all over my legs, which felt unsanitary and careless. During my manicure, filing was minimal and uneven, and when I pointed it out, I was met with attitude rather than professionalism. There is one excellent technician here, but she's hard to book. When I later tried to schedule with someone else, the receptionist was vague and unhelpful. After missing an appointment due to a health emergency, the salon stopped responding altogether. The space is beautiful, but the prices are high and feedback doesn't seem welcome. I wouldn't recommend this salon and suggest avoiding booking with Sofia.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. i called at 5:40 and asked if they could squeeze me…read morein for a pedicure before they closed at seven. The guy on the phone was kind of hesitant but said yes if I could get there at six. I arrive at 6 o'clock exactly I then proceed to wait for 30 minutes before my feet ever hit the water and then soak an additional tin before they're able to start my pedicure. I wasn't angry about this because I understood I was last minute and they already had appointments they were finishing. I explained to the technician that i get impacted dead skin on the sidewalls of my nail because she began squeezing my toe the second she pulled my foot from the water. the pedicure is just the standard one which i could tell annoyed her but I don't have money to just blow and still wanted to tip. it starts fine and she begings getting the dead skin off the bottom part of my foot. she moves to my cuticles and begins pushing them back WAY too hard. it doesn't hurt me but is uncomfortable. she then proceeds to start with the nippers and pusher on my big toe. i cannot stress enough how painful this was. she was so aggressive it caused me to bleed. i was in so much pain i began profusely sweating, losing my vision, and had ringing in my ears, i was so worried i was going to throw up or pass out. i explained to her that we could skip that as it was just too painful for me. i work as a hostess standing for 8 hours at a time in narrow shoes and compression tights. she kinda disregarded me. and continues on before doing a less intense version on the other toe. she looks up and realizes i wasn't exaggerating and they do notice im red and on the verge of passing out so they bring a can of coke and a nail drying fan. these helped but it was what followed that really floored me. she spent 15 minutes pushing and cutting my cuticles, which was 3x longer than the rest of the service. she immediately after maiming my nail beds slaps on the foam flip flops, gives me exactly one coat of polish on each toe and calls it a day. doesn't even give me top coat or lotion. they knew i was in extreme pain and discomfort and knew they cut my service short and the only reason i received the discount i did was because i was a first time customer there and received 20% off. when it prompted to insert the card the boy at the front told me "and you can tip her here" as if the experience was worth tipping over. Honestly? wasnt even wanting a discount. i was so humiliated and in pain i just wanted an apology. i recieved none. i will be going back with someone i am comfortable with so i can ask for a refund. i hope this wasn't intentionally because I got there an hour before they closed. I even told them it was completely fine if they couldn't get me in last minute.
