Very small color selection for dip and regular polish. My appointment was at 2pm, I've been waiting for 30 minutes.... The cleanliness of this salon can use some work. It's dirty. Walls are dirty, windows, equipment is very dusty. My pedicure came out wonderful and so did my nails. 3 starts because of that! Heads up, they don't accept Visa or Mastercards. Under new ownership and not what it used to be.... Sat in cold water for 30 min. Refreshed the water and sat for another 20 min. Rushed through the pedicures and didn't perform the full service. We had a child with us who got her toenails painted and we were charged $25! I understand staff being sick and no babysitting (owners toddler running around and crying), but maybe stop scheduling same day appointments and taking walk ins if you are struggling to tend to the customers already in the shop. read more

Avoid the shop it's a complete rip off called yesterday for an appointment was told for a gel manicure. It would be $40 than I asked about Nail art. So after being so impressed with my first visit here, i decided to return. Now the initial set of nails did break off within 1-2 weeks which is why I never got mad about that. It is about standard. But this time i am livid! First off, my service costs different than before which I do understand inflation, but within a month? I read a lot of reviewers mentioning random prices so I am now noticing the difference I paid was about 20-25 more than previously. What I'm truly upset about is not price, it's the fact that my nails broke off within 48 hours of paying $140 here! I lost the first three nails in 48 hours, and the following two the third day. I mean petting my dog?? Using the restroom? Come on even press on's from target can handle this stuff! I called Miley to get repairs thinking she would see the smooth snap of the nails, and no signs of rough housing and just repair them given i tip well, promote her business reviewing her etc... but i was charged to repair the nails that broke within 48 hours. Ok, I respect small businesses and understand raising costs of goods so I also understand this; although i hoped for these to be repaired for free given I had to block 2 hours, change my schedule, and go BACK to the shop after already spending 3 hours there 3 days prior. Time is too precious for all of this sitting in traffic. She even stated HERE ON YELP that she repairs within 3 days. I guess thats did not ally to me? Why not? Isn't that dishonesty!! Ok, Still not mad... I pay the repair fee, go home.. and BOOM... ANOTHER BROKEN NAIL FROM THE INITAL SET ( not the repaired nails) Now are you really going to expect me to get time off work, sit in traffic, drive back, sit and wait to PAY to repair yet another nail from the horrible full set I just got? This is insane. This is outrageous. I will never ever let someone throw rushed nails on me again! i tipped $20 per technician, positively reviewed and promoted the business, and gave the benefit of the doubt to her but she could not honor her business promises....5 nails falling off smoothly within 3 days and then have to do it all over again (Pictures attached), For a 30% increase in standard nail prices? And worst off, she blamed me and told me i was working too hard and broke my nails off. Check my Yelp page, I've been getting acrylics over 20 years and never ever lost 6 nails in 4 days! I'm sure Miley will not refund me for this horrible service so i will at the least make sure the public is aware of the risks of doing business here. I hate when people treat good clients like this, this whole experience makes me sad cuz Dot is one of the best pedicurists I've ever had and i really wanted to stick with him *24 hours after writing this, two more nails broke. I was pleased with the shape of my acrylics and I also got gel. Two days after my nails looked discolored. Like if I had run them through bleach. I messaged them they asked if I had touched bleach. I said no. Unfortunately, I did not have time to go back until 2 weeks ago. I had them remove the old ones and got new ones. This 2nd time I had no appointment and they sat me down with a lady that had not been there the 1st time. I was not pleased with the shapes. All of them looked different from the next. When I asked for a minor change on my thumb she was quick to send me to wash my hands afterwards. So i was annoyed. The color was good this time. But, overall my experience was nothing special. Emmy did my pedicure and it was amazing!! She paid such close attention to detail. My feet hasn't felt this clean in a while. Way better than my experience at Candy Nails down the road. I did my gel manicure with Miley in a matte white $25. This is the Grand Opening special price right now. Again, she paid such close attention to detail! I was the last customer, but did not feel rushed at all. Even though they don't do those individual tools that you can take home or have tub covers I seen them thoroughly clean/disinfect the entire time I was there. This place is a hidden gem! To be honest, the first round of getting my nails done here left me a little unsatisfied due to the overall color and shine (I asked for matte).
