I was a walk in for a mani pedi and was taken right away as it wasn't busy. I came in on a weekday, midday and was greeted kindly by the front desk lady. I got a regular pedi, and my nail tech did great with scrubbing, massaging, and polishing my nails. She also did my gel manicure, and I was pleased with the quality of my manicure. I just wished there was more color options for the cateye style. Other than that, great experience and reasonably priced. I paid $95 for my mani pedi. Overall, a nice,clean, and elegant nail salon. This place definitely exceeds my expectations in the service they provide, how friendly everyone is, good pricing, and the quality of the nail along with their nail artwork. Tracy has been doing my nails every month, she always makes sure I like the color, the style, and length of my nails when she does them. Not only does she always make my nails look bomb at the end of my appt, she also checks in with me and how I'm doing with my life. I love nail techs that try their best get to know their clients. The staff on the inside were quite rude, and I saw them be rude to other people. The worst experience that I had was definitely when I got my eyelashes done. I called her to tell her that I was having some trouble with them as she just put entirely too much glue and I didn't like them when I left because I wanted something that looks natural closer to what she had but what she gave me wasn't what I asked for. But it's eyelashes so I didn't want any trouble and I wanted to keep my natural lashes in my eye. There was no professional stuff in the back. She didn't use any of the stuff that I'm used to seeing people use when they do eyelashes, but I've only had them done one other time. When I called her to tell her what was going on the first time she was kind. I called her back the next day because I was still having trouble with them and she just pretended like she didn't know what I was talking about. They are somewhat difficult to make an appointment with an even when you do make an appointment. You still may have to wait for an extended amount of time. Well after your scheduled appointment time nail and pay for more expensive styles, they don't really appreciate their customers though. The tech, I had the best experience with was Tan. They definitely do nickel and dime you on the price of things. read more

This place is terrible. I should've taken the hint when the people who got their nails done before us walked out upset and requested their nails to be taken off. I gave the tech the inspiration of the nails that I wanted and they said it was doable. I said if it is unachievable, I would pick something else and the design did not seem that hard. Then when she started shaping my nails and doing the length I told her I wanted them longer and she cut them short And I wanted coffin and got square instead and when it came time to do the design, they tried three different things and I said it didn't look right and they got pissy and still did the design wrong and just left it wrong and then I got an up charge as the sign at $35 for a full set and I ended up paying 70 without notice and when my mother-in-law got her pedicure done they charged me $40 And they didn't even do her color and they insulted her. I do not recommend this place at all, and I will never be going back. read more

By far the worst service ever the lady that sits by the door has a bad attitude. I went to this location because of a referral someone told me they do pretty good... so as I'm sitting there, the other Young lady starts to put my tips on I didn't ask her about the powder acrylic and she looked confused but then she said OK and then tells me it'll be 70 I stated to her that online it shows 60 she then tells the lady by the front door and She then she walks over start yelling at me. I put my hands up and said hey I'm just talking to you in the normal tone. Why are you yelling at me? I'm just asking a question but apparently asking her that question made her really mad. So she then proceeds to tell me if you don't want these prices then you can leave. What type of customer service is that. I promise you I will never ever go to this location or recommend anybody to go to this location. She needs an attitude adjustment. People spend their hard earned money to get their nails done and you're coming at me like it was a free service I could've acted a fool, but I held my cool because you know what God don't like ugly and and he's watching every move you make trust me your time will come....... read more

Tracy is a rude and arrogant disrespectful person The first picture is what I wanted my nails to be like and y'all can clearly see they wanted to give me a pink base that I didn't like and it's not like the picture and they said cus my names wasn't longer it can't be a clear base and why didn't I say something before he finished the powder. But o did and he dismissed me , Tracy said come to my station I'll fix it and cut my nails off wasn't going to fix them at all you can see on the nails she cut he put the French tip and it blends in with the base this isn't what I wanted I was so upset I was happy to be getting my nails done after months of being depressed and then they did this to me . Their appointments are never on time. But... I suggest you make them if you are picky on your nail tech like I am. Jenni was able to do all nail design requests for me. I have COMPLETELY changed my mind about this place. The owners literally take advantage of their customers every chance they get! I wouldn't bother making an appointment for a set time since they always make you wait a ridiculous amount of time (1 to 1 and a half hours) regardless of appointment. I've been a regular customer going back every two weeks with my two siblings. We end up spending between $150-$220 PLUS TIP. We've worked tip paying jobs and know EXACTLY just how much tipping means to these workers. Well we tip $10 to EACH person EVERYTIME. Mind you the owners Lee and Tracy are usually doing our nails too so we're also tipping them. I go back in yesterday because I was running errands in Summerlin and decided to stop by a nail salon I've heard good things about.. point is the work was HORRENDOUS. I trusted Royal Nails to save my nails and Lee did the work. My nails end up looking only A LITTLE bit better and I am not satisfied with the outcome. I don't like asking for too much so I let them be, but then he tells me my total is $50 FOR A FREAKING FILL. I literally paid $50 to get them done from the other nail salon and I come here to get a FILL (which that's what he said my fixing was considered.) Talk about RIPPING YOUR CUSTOMERS OFF!! You'd think just as loyal as we are to you guys and nice enough to tip well, that you'd have the decency to be good and considerate people. read more

I said it was ok at first but when I stepped outside the cracks and sloppy lines were really obvious. If they weren't so obvious I probably would've let it slide but I decided to call back to get the design removed and hoped they could change the color at least because it was $85 for short/almond nails. Once I got there I waited 20+ minutes our agreed time and then was met with extreme rudeness. I told her the work was slightly messy (I tried to say it as nicely as possible) and that for $85 I was hoping to at least just switch to a solid color. She started to catch an attitude, so I told her calmly that she didn't have to get upset. I was just hoping to get my money's worth. I showed her photos to compare to the reference photos. Tracy is such a sweetheart and always come thru for me. Today was so emotional for me, I was treated so rudely at the other location for no reason and I came to her in tears 30 minutes before closing and she not only got my nails PERFECT but made me feel happy again! She was so apologetic and sweet, even the other women in the shop working were just telling me not to cry and it would be okay. I now live 30 min away but I will continue to make the drive just for Tracy! She loves me and my mom and my sister and remembers us. My birthday is no longer ruined and she actually got the design down to a TEE something the guy could not do at other location !! Tracy is my girl, I've been going to her for almost a year now. Tracy always comes through with my nails, she can truly do any design you ask for, and she takes her time to make sure it's perfect. Some nail technicians are Very rude. You can't tell them you're unhappy with the work. They can only take positive criticisms. And when you do tell them something to change they will start talking with the other technicians in their language. Until one day she booked me (knowing I'm not close by) to get there and she say she doesn't have time for me and she didn't book me. I told her yes you did or I wouldn't have come... she said she told me she was full. I actually came back after a couple months to try again since I was over it. Now usually every time I come in Tracy says how may I help you and I have to say I'm here for you at my appointment time- it's ok I guess since she has millions of clients she can't recognize the face. BUT halfway through she tells me I'm not getting what I usually get (so she really does recognize the face after all) but I did feel the tension as she finished up and just walked off while someone else rang me up. Tried to make another appointment, and she said she doesn't do nails anymore as she is starting a new business. Hmmm, strange! 5 months later: My friend happened to call there to try to get an appointment with her and she's available (this was yesterday) she has appointments yesterday, today etc. I call today since I see she is doing nails and she says I'm booked till next month. Lol!! I said ok so you have availability Sunday because I need a fill Tracy. She said well I have April 24th . I said ok book me, so what time? She then says Oh let me see... took a minute pretending to see what time( didn't she just say she has the 24th- assuming I would say never mind- smh) then she says Oh I don't have nothing. I said excuse me you said the 24th, 4 weeks from now?? Then she says oh just call me on the 22nd cause I may be out of town. Ha! Why was she playing.... Just say you're still mad about me bringing up you booked me, once arrived, then you say you didn't book me- saying I can have someone else help me after driving 25 minutes to get there...Just say you don't want to work on me any longer instead of playing games.
