In town for work & needed a pedi. I read reviews and decided to try it. Don't let the look of the salon fool you. It's not flashy or very large but the people are super nice, the prices are very reasonable and the technician that did my pedi gave a GREAT foot massage! I chose the $55 Candy Pedicure with lavender scent. It included all the expected things plus hot towel wrap during the extremely relaxing foot massage and hot stone massage on feet afterward. My toes were finished with the pretty OPI regular polish I chose and no one hassled me about how much better gel polish is after I made my decision. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area! It is clean and I had an extremely pleasant experience! If I'm ever here for work again, I will book another pedi here and request the same technician. I came here yesterday with my daughter hoping for a nice little outing together, but unfortunately the experience was really disappointing especially for the $100 we paid. Before we even left the salon, half of my daughter's toenail polish was already chipped or completely off. That should not be happening immediately after getting them painted. For my nails, I specifically asked for tips on two of my nails and the technician didn't do what I asked. The clear polish is also all over my cuticles, which makes the manicure look messy and rushed. I also got gems put on four of my nails and one of them has already fallen off after just one day. While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway. Overall the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the quality did not match what we paid. I was really hoping for a good experience doing something fun with my daughter, but we left disappointed. read more

I came in for a fill and already had white tips with pink clear acrylic and I ask for the same thing. Just shorter. The lady that did my nails agree. I don't know how I went in for same style on my nails and left unpleasant with my nails and I got cut with the filer. I hate that I even pay $45 for this! Everything went well. The servicewas great. The workers are really nice. It was my boyfriend first time and he enjoyed all of it. I didnt get the name of the young girl who did my nails but she really did a great job with my gel nails. I rarely get them because all the other nail salon techs ive been to made it where it was too thick and didn't feel natural. The young woman who did my gel made it feel natural and as if I dont have gel nails on, feels like my natural nails. I definitely need to go back and ask for her. The place was spacious and clean. Went in as a walk in. Don't know the name of the girl I saw, but she did a crap job. I asked for a dip manicure...didn't get the manicure part. No cuticle care. Didn't shape my nails. She got top coat around my nails and didn't even bother to remove it. The picture I took is after I did some removal myself. The shop was dirty looking and the unused stations just had stuff stacked and put all over. Not impressed. At all. Won't ever go here again. read more

I have tried and tried again with them and I just can not deal. There is literally 2 good techs and if they're not there don't go. One is Ashley. She's amazing. She did my nails the time before this 3/30/24 and has done my daughters nails before all with great experiences. Shaped them great. We went back for a fill this weekend (4/13/2024) and Ashley was sick. I wanted to leave but how bad can a fill be? I sat down with Tina or Nina and she asked me if I wanted them shorter. I asked her if she knew how to keep the shape. She wasn't sure. So I said no. Maybe next time. Well she couldn't keep the shape even with them shaped. We got all the way through for her to realize she can't French tip them because the shapes are all wrong. One side of the finger is one way and the other is a different shape. So the French wouldn't French right - so she said she couldn't do the French no asked her to take it all off. She did and still charged me full price for a fill and I left with no polish. We went the two of us and my daughter had a fill too. When she said $125 I asked for an itemized receipt and they tried to charge me $5 to shape my daughters nails... they were supposed to be the same shape they she didn't want them shaped... overall my daughter was happy despite not getting the nails she was looking for so I'm not to upset about that. I paid her $120 and left I'll be calling the nail board and the better business bureau. We will probably go back to the salon that fixed this mess Ken was so nice and accommodating. He asked me if she was young or just started doing nails because literally each nail individually had a different shape on each side. Except 2. Literally. Which I think she misshaped them a little more as she was taking off the polish she did. She was also talking smack in her native language to the tech doing my kids nails because I know the impolite words in most languages and the live translation on my iPhone is on point. read more

I booked an pedicure appointment for me and my friend this Saturday, and it was super easy to do online. We immediately got a text with the confirmation. When i showed up today for my appointment, we were almost immediately attended to. We both chose the special "Candy Pedicure" which was $55. It wasn't until after that we found out that $15 was going to be added on top of the $55 for gel polish. :/ We decided to go forward with it anyway since the pedicure seemed to include a ton of features. Bottom line, the pedicure was just okay. It honestly felt like an express pedicure... with how quick everything was. The added features weren't extra special and we didn't get a foot scrub (because apparently it's a separate pedicure choice). To be clear, no complaints about my technician or the salon itself. She was super nice, efficient, and careful. The store was decently clean. My main complaint is that there are so many other nail spots in LV that sell their pedicure services with the gel polish included. $70 is steep for a mediocre pedicure. This spot deserves at least once chance, by everyone. But, make sure you go in knowing what you want... Maybe an express pedicure with gel and it might be worth your $ and time ($45). read more

i can't say enough goof things about the quality customer service i got from the girls running this place. Ashley was super sweet just as Ruby (who did my nails), and her sister Nina were beyond sweet . They were personable and professional . I wanted to post this after my nails fell off, 5 weeks later and we're STILL hanging on STRONG!! I'm literally peeling them on my way to my appointment but it's so hard. They made my 5 year old feel at home and super super grown up even after she fell asleep in the pedi chair. These girls are amazing, can't recommend them right enough! read more

I'm not a usual customer of a nail salon, I get my nails done maybe once a year, if that. I had a huge interview coming up and thought I would get a mani/pedi to prepare! My boyfriend and I have been to Candy Nails before, they have a very nice and friendly atmosphere so I decided to go again! Their staff is very nice, and luckily they all speak English, so you don't have to worry if they're talking bad about your dry skin, haha! Their prices are very reasonable as well! For my basic manicure and deluxe pedicure I paid about $50! I am impressed! The only reason why I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the decorations in the store, they're a little tacky and you can get sick of looking at them when you're there for a few hours. Since I work down the street from this place; it has become my favorite nail shop, everyone is always nice and bubbly. There are some new faces and one of them regrettably did my nails. My appointment was at 11:00. I got there around 11:15 or so. I was seen by Diamond (new face to me) it was rocky from beginning to end. I had to point out several times how crooked her filing job was, and there were a few times I jerked my hand a bit because she was hurting me. At one point I pulled my hand completely away because she cut me. To make matters worse she asked if her file was too sharp . It took 2 1/2 hours just to file, the acrylic was globed on and spread unevenly and if that wasn't enough, her brush or maybe the monomer jar she worked out of smelled like mildew. Then we get to the polish. She put two maybe three coats on and was asking Son questions about the glitter I wanted. At that point, I just asked if he could take over cause I was done with her and didn't want her to do anything else. Thank god he did . I love the design he did and I'm completely satisfied with the outcome. This place really is five star, but with the time it took and the cut I received this round... I have to give them two stars. I will be back cause everyone else is bomb, but I'll never sit in Diamonds chair again. read more
