Kris has been my nail lady for YEARS and there is a reason I've stayed loyal ... she is simply the best. Her creativity is unreal. I never walk out with nails that look like someone else's, and I constantly get asked where I get them done. She takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. Plus, she's just fun to be around ...it feels like visiting a friend who also happens to be insanely good at nail art. All the stars for Kris. Kris is absolutely amazing! She is professional, patient, and extremely talented. My nails always come out clean, detailed, and exactly how I ask--sometimes even better than I imagined. She takes her time, pays attention to detail, and makes sure everything is perfect before you leave. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and her work lasts without lifting or chipping. If you're looking for a reliable nail tech who truly cares about her clients and her craft, Kris is the one. She also does flawless eyebrow waving. Highly recommend! read more

This was not good. I got a gel x manicure and after multiple times of giving direct feedback like "they're crooked" and having her ask "how?", or, "the color isn't the same as what I chose" or, "the shape is wrong", I finally gave up. And after paying ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS, I walked away so frustrated and contemplating calling my bank to dispute the charges. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. read more

I was seated right away which was great but I was rushed to pick colors and was so stressed out I actually told the tech I was not enjoying my experience and we hadn't even started. Nails look okay but one finger is still bleeding and a nail has an air bubble, can see some white left under the nails that were supposed to be glitter. Didn't even want to ask for corrections, just wanted out of there. The club music playing and hard as rock chairs didn't help. Will not be returning. read more

We have been going to Kyle for 2-3 years! He really goes above and beyond and the work speaks for itself. I've been able to keep my set on for 4 weeks when I wasn't able to make it without lifting/breaking a nail. As a frequent visitor I've recently decided to do my pedicure with regular polish and not do gel anymore , and I've noticed that it tends to bother the techs when you tell them that you want regular polish and not gel but this last time I went 7/4/25 the tech that helped me wasn't very friendly when I told her I wanted regular polish I wanted a French tip and a light pink base to where the tech said that she couldn't do it like that only with gel polish ( I've always done a linger pink base for my French tip pedicure) and so I said ok clear is fine the. She proceeded to do my pedicure wasn't going to clip my nails until I told her I needed them cut down and she in a bothered way cut them but didn't cut my toe nail proceeded to do my pedicure at this point I was already Annoyed when she finished she said sit there a bit and left not once asked if it was ok, if I liked, usually they offer me water nothing once I got home I noticed what an awful job she had done especially in one of my toes. I'm not one to ever complain I sat there the whole time and even tipped her but I'm definitely not going back spending $60 for a job not well done it's sad because I loved going here never again. If they have regular polish I don't see what the problem is and why it bothers them when you don't get gel in that case they should t have regular polish and say they are a gel only salon read more

I've been thinking about this all weekend, and I can't just let it slide. I really try to support small businesses and avoid leaving negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I went in for a simple eyebrow wax and ended up with my eyelids waxed as well...now I'm walking around looking like I've been physically assaulted. My eyes were burning immediately after the service and are still in pain days later. This wasn't just uncomfortable--it was careless and potentially harmful. While the setting was pleasant, the lack of proper technique and attention to detail is deeply concerning. I wouldn't feel right recommending this place to anyone. I sincerely hope I don't end up with permanent damage or scarring from this visit. read more

I brought my kids to this place to get a ped for us all they put us in chairs 7, 8 and 9. Chair 8 did not work as I told them in the beginning of service and as they spoke in their language and pushing buttons telling me it works I'm telling them it keep going out as I told them again they say we the kids get to enjoy. My kids said they would switch i was like know enjoy i asked them not to put gel polish on my children because the are to young. But they did.. I did not have to pay for the gel polish but the fact that I was not enjoying my ped. They don't listen and dismiss you very rude unprofessional. I will not be returning.. I see why people are doing their own services. read more

I got a dip manicure and 1 week after I got it 1 nail came off. I went there and they fixed the nail. One week after that 2 nails came of and they fixed that and the owner told me that they would not fix the nails anymore. A dip manicure should last more than that. A couple days after I got the 2 nails fixed another polished nail fell off. The owner was rude so I went to a different salon and got another dip manicure after 2 weeks. Kyle is the person that gave me the original dip manicure that I had so much terrible with. It was a terrible experience at DN Nails. read more

I do not recommend this place at all! Unfortunately I got a new lady who not only took over 2 hours on a pedi but did not do a great job. I was very disappointed as there were about 6 people ahead of me and everybody got done before me. I was already cramped up on how long she took and they charged $15 for acrylic toes and they didn't even use acrylic, she used gel x which is wayyy cheaper material. I also asked for gel nail polish and UV wasn't even used she was just blowing air with the salon price sign so my nails smudged. I tried talking to them and still paid $60 but nothing was resolved. Perhaps if they had more empathy they wouldn't get this review. read more

I had a frustrating experience at this salon. The pedicure was supposed to be $40 with an additional $5 for gel removal, which I agreed to. However, when I noticed my big toes were uneven and had thick polish I asked for just those 2 toes to be repolished. Upon removal of polish, The tech insisted I had acrylic on my nails (I have NEVER used acrylic in my entire life and she kept insisting I did. My gel was just a bit thicker than usual on those 2 toes. They want to charge an extra $5 for the removal... again! Which I already paid for GEL REMOVAL. It made absolutely no sense to me. To make matters worse, the technician became rude and condescending afterward calling me "sweetie" and "honey" after trying to upcharge me. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit, and I do not recommend. read more

So I want to share that my recent visit was so unpleasant as two different nail techs spent so much time explaining to me that they could not give me a 2 color French pedi! The lack of courtesy was really hard to take along with the poor service. Hot rocks and massage was less than 2 mins! There was more time spent telling me what they couldn't do then what they actually charged me for. Not cool at all! The deluxe pedi was so basic by any standard. Totally disappointing. read more
