I LOVE getting my nails done here. I always book with Becca! I've been growing out my nails and she has helped keep them strong and healthy. She also does amazing designs (see photo). I seriously can't rave enough about her and her work. The salon is always super clean and the vibe is always just right.

I've been here twice and the staff is so great and fun. The vibe in there is so chill and judgement free. I love that it's woman owned. First time I went there, I got a pedicure and Fatima was great. She's so fun to talk to. My next appointment I got a manicure with her and she did an amazing job. I showed her my inspo and she nailed it! If you've seen Heated Rivalry, you'll get the inspo.

Truly disappointed. I came in only because my regular nail lady was out of town for the holidays and i really regret not just waiting for her to come back. Nail art was eh but my real issue came down to the lack of accountability and literal green finger nail i got. I have gotten this moisture trap before but NEVER to this extent and from how they described it, this could've been avoided. The nail artist noticed my nail was lifting and instead of fixing it she added more product. I returned simply asking for a removal and refund as it had only been 5 days since my service and was offered a gift certificate for not even half of what i paid. I called and asked to talk to a supervisor or someone who could deal with the issue and was told i would receive a call back and never heard from them again. Save your money and nail health. Incredibly unprofessional.

If you're looking for artists that can do more complex nail art then PHAMV Nail Bar is the nail bar for you. The atmosphere is definitely laid back and very relaxing. I've watched the transformation of the studio. It now features cool wallpaper, mounted televisions and a glam neon light. The nail tables are setup like a bar which I think is really cool. It adds to the vibe as you talk shop with your tech and the person beside you receiving service. There's always laughs. The pedicure bowls received an upgrade as well and are very glam and comfortable. PHAMV Nail Bar offers a rewards program. You earn stars based on the dollars spent. Be sure to input your phone number into the tablet after your service to earn stars. So far I've received $10 off my nail service. The technicians usually participate in contests which relies on us customers voting on the best nail art. It's always fun to participate. First and foremost, the entire staff is amazing!! I first got my nails done from Pookie(did amazing!) but today I came back and a BIG SHOUT OUT TO.... AMAZI!!! she did amazing and fixed my nails from a different salon that did horrible on my fill... she went above and beyond and I love love love my nails! Not only that she has such a great heart and she really does listen to what you really want on your nails. I had gotten my nails done the day before on the other side of town and the chrome on my index finger was already gone. I decided to pop into PHAMV to see if they had anyone who could reapply the chrome. I was seated with Amazi and she tried her best to find chrome that was at least as close as we could get to the original chrome color from the day before. I was even open to it being slightly off since all salons have different brands and knew we might not be able to match it exactly. We picked a chrome, tried it out, and it came out the exact same! They didn't charge me for the one nail which I was not expecting & it was so sweet of them! The nail bar itself was so clean & cute! They have plenty of salon chairs and options of colors to choose from. Everyone was so friendly & polite! I will definitely be back to get another service just based on this experience alone! read more

That miller lady needs to be spoken to by the owner if she wants clients to stay !! , she speaks very loudly and very inappropriately for a salon I couldn't get a pedicure comfortably because all you hear is a big loud woman screaming her conversations out loud, yikes I don't think I'll be coming back . read more

Didn't even get serviced. I called set an appointment for 2 Kids pedi and an adult pedi. Was super excited the young girl greeted us super friendly and attentive to my child. But the manicurist seem to have had some miscommunication with the staff Anyways it made me uncomfortable how she confronted the young lady at the front. Was going to do my usual white gel pedi but I happen to look at her toes and she had French tip. Sooo cute...decided to go with it myself. She finished with a light massage using hot stones on my legs and feet. Love how they turned out. She did not clean under my nails, did not clean cuticles and no massage and left old polish on my nails...This person clearly did not know what she was doing. Never going back to see Elise at this salon ever. And $60 for a non Deluxe pedicure is outrageous. read more

The chairs need new padding. We've gone Phamv Nail Bar for years. It was Diva Nails but changed to Phamv a few years ago. I had a pedicure with a new nail tech today named Anthony. He did a pretty good job but argued with me about the shape of my right big toe nail. I didn't like how he cut it and he argued with me that it was right. I never did figure out his reasoning. I told him it was my toe nail and I knew how I wanted it cut. He finally cut it to my liking but by then it was too short. I was scheduled for a gel manicure but didn't trust him to do it like I wanted. The owner was there but she never said a word. Very poor customer service. read more

Was able to make an appointment for my daughter and I on a Sunday. 1st time here. Jennifer was who I got paired with. She was so friendly and sweet. Took her time-she was explaining to us that she had been sick but and I was her last client for the day-I appreciated that she was masking!!! She did a great job. The owner, Vanessa, took over the salon, previously known as Diva Nails, and completely revamped the space. She wanted to create a salon that made everyone feel welcomed, comfortable, and pampered. The salon team has a shared interest in creating a fun environment that provides quality work.

Growing up in the nail industry my entire life, I developed a deep passion for both the art of nails and the amazing community it creates. I always felt there was a need for a modern salon that not only delivers high-quality, trend-forward nail services but also provides a welcoming, safe space where clients can truly enjoy their self-care experience. I have been going to the Nail Bar for over 6 months. I feel it is a little pricey, but there have…read morealways done a good job, and I get designs on my toes and nails, and they don't make a fuss about doing it.( Usually a flower or polka dots.) I always get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. However, after my experience yesterday I will not be going back. I'm going to my daughter's bachelorette weekend in a few days, so I asked for a design on my nails to go with the theme. Sean, the owner and person who did my nails, told me there wasn't time for anyone to do that design, so I quickly pivoted and instead did a Mediterranean/lemon design for my daughters bridal shower next weekend. I paid $130 for the gel nails with a design and a regular pedicure. I left a $20 tip, so $150 was the total cost. I noticed that a few of my nails leaned a little to the side, but they were busy so I left. I then sat in my car and stewed for a few minutes, and finally went back in. When I pay $150 for a service, I want it to look good. Especially since I got my nails done for 2 upcoming special events. The salon was packed full with clients and workers, it was very busy for a Sunday afternoon. I walked up to Sean and politely asked him if there was anyone that had time then, or the next day after I was done working to fix my index fingernail (The worst offender) as it was leaning to the left. Without even looking up from the women's nails he was working on, he said, "That's not the nail that's crooked. It's your finger. I've noticed it before." I thought he was joking so I looked down at him more closely but he didn't even look up... he was dead serious. I said, " Ummm..... I have never noticed my finger to be crooked before?" He still said nothing , so I left. It was really embarrassing. I Felt humiliated. The whole salon had become silent so they could listen to our conversation. I have had rheumatoid arthritis for the past 25 years, so no, fingers are not perfect. I have joint damage which is one of the reasons I get my nails done so that my nails are at least pretty. But the nail was crooked, not my finger!!! I'm not sure if he was making fun of my arthritic fingers or he just didn't want to fix my nail or what? Frankly, I'm very baffled. A business owner refuses to fix an obvious mistake that he had just done five minutes before? And then he insulted me by telling me my finger is crooked. The pictures of the blue nails are what was done yesterday. The 2 sets of yellow were done in March and June. The red, lady big nails were done in May. Does my index finger look crooked to you?!?!? When I pay $150 for my nails for a special event in my life, I expect them to look great. I don't appreciate being gas lit and insulted.

This a French tip where the base is milky white instead of pink or neutral. I've gotten this style before and it has nothing to do with the color of your skin, it's simply a different color polish. I thought maybe she couldn't understand me so I showed her a picture of someone with darker skin that had it and she told me that she'll do it but she'd have to charge me $5 extra dollars and that she's not taking it off if I don't like it. What? I ended the service there and walked out after paying $50 for my half done pedicure. I went to another nail salon that said "of course we can do that" immediately. Over time this nail salon has improved their pedicure chairs and the inside looks really nice but the people there don't stay on top of trends and can only do basic styles.

While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway. Overall the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the quality did not match what we paid. I was really hoping for a good experience doing something fun with my daughter, but we left disappointed.

I highly recommend him, so ask for him by name if you are booking or doing a walk in! The interior really is very cool, great to have a true barbershop feel to enjoy rather than the bland and clinical interiors of most modern chains or shops. It's fun looking at all the decor, including some of the more fun items on display, it all just adds to the overall experience. It's also reasonably priced, though be aware this is a cash only establishment, so no cards, but they do have an ATM. Overall, Good Times Barbershop lives up to its name. It is always a great experience coming here and I highly recommend this business.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! If I could rate any lower I would! This evening I went in to get a manicure because I read the reviews here. I made an appointment and when I got in there everyone treated me like a walk in. I chose a light tiffany blue color and the lady gave me a turqoise after leaving me waiting for 10 minutes. Instead of telling me they didnt have that color she decided to choose another one for me. She was extremely rough and made my cuticles bleed several times and instead of doing something about it she tried to cover it with her fingers and tell me I wasnt bleeding. Then towards the end of my manicure another client came in and she stopped and paid more attention to her than me. She rushed my massage completely and it wasnt even worth it. My nails are not shiny, the gel polish is uneven and I have polish on my skin. I decided to call and talk to the owner and when I asked for the owner they asked me what this was regarding I told them it was about a bad experience and they said "uh...im the owner" an obvious lie. When I asked them if they really were they said I could call back tomorrow and talk to shane who must be the real owner. I never write reviews but this experience was so bad that I had to write one. Walked In with a friend of mine to got pedicures in preparation for a Christmas party. We were not asked about any specific level of a pedicure just told to sit down in the chair and pick our colors. As we sat there my manicurists and brought out hot stones and lotion for the lady next to him giving the pedicure to my friend. The guy who helped me gave me no massage, no hot stone, barely any oil on my leg and wiped it off with a towel. He then painted my toenails which had been unevenly filed and called it A-day. Although my girlfriend at sat there for another 12 minutes getting a foot and leg massage with hot stones oil and lotion I got nothing. They charged us both the same amount and did not apologize for the lack of service. I will not return. read more

I will definitely be going back when I need to get my nails done again. Even if we had to wait it would definitely be worth it. I just had a regular pedicure and it was one of the best I have ever had. And for regular polish my toes came out amazing. I am in love with this place and everyone was so nice! Only thing definitely pay with cash. It's better for you. They have a stamp card and when you pay with cash they give you an extra stamp. Other wise you have to pay an extra $1 when you pay with a credit or debit card. So over all great great experience. read more

The atmosphere was amazing, everyone was having a great time laughing and enjoying themselves, and my feet had just as good as a time that I did! Upon my entry I was immediately serviced for my appointment, the entire process was as smooth and stress free as possible. The pedicure itself was amazing, my feet weren't that bad when I went in, but by the end of my appointment my feet felt better than they have in a long time! I have been going to Diva Nails for about 8 years. The owners, Tiffany & Sang, are awesome, they always greet you with a friendly smile and a hello. The staff are great, very friendly and courteous. Tiffany does great acrylic work. Jenny is a great artist and does meticulous work. Antwon is also a great artist, he even painted the mural on the wall in the salon. I have been getting my pedicures done here for a couple years now. These guys are really good, take their time, and do treat everyone like a "Diva." Heidi does beautiful artwork, Tommy and Peter are very thorough. That said, I do love them, but they have one tech that I have fondly nicknamed "the nipper." She is not very gentle at times, and almost ALWAYS nips the skin painfully. Some of the other reviews I read here, and know they must have gotten the nipper! I have been looking and enduring going to several nail salons and the first visit is always great. Your next appointment turn into a nightmare. Building a loyal customer base is not the objective at these salons. So when I found Lisa at Diva Nail Spa it was pure joy. She is friendly and professional. She listen to what service you want. This is truely a great salon...my nail tech was amazing...he knew exactly how i wanted my nails and even suggested some other opinions which i love to get.... He also showed me that he uses steralized tools unlike other shops that even though they steralize(hopefully) they dont really show you... and the nail designs he did were just amazing...i like my nails to be classy but bright and outgoing and thats exactly what he did. read more

There were multiple other issues, and neither the nail tech nor the manager seemed to care about satisfying the customer. Friendly staff, no appointments needed. I took my sisters plus myself. We had a variety of services done from pedicures, manicures, waxing (eyebrows), fills...4 girls total price $184 plus gratuity. It's not bad. I also enjoyed the hot stone rub included with the regular pedicure. 2 thumbs up! I'll be going back there soon. read more

I come here for my pedis and I have always left happy. I usually get the guy technician under happen stance and I'm happy I do. I've gotten gel and regular pedis and they always look great. Recently got all silver toes :) I also left with a scrubber for the shower to maintain my soft feet before my next pedi. Very happy :) read more

I Love Diva Nails, Tiffany is so educated and up to date with different styles! They are all so nice and friendly! I have tried a lot of nail places and my polish always chipped or my nails broke! Do not waste your time going anywhere else, go to Diva nails, you will be so happy with the outcome, i was! read more

Just got my nails done here for the first time, my nails look great!!! But the customer service was not good at all, I had an appointment here and watched them take anyone that came in and told them 20 minutes and used that as a way to rush me out the door. All in all good work bad service experience. read more

They were so great I called last minute and needed 6 girls done with full sets and a pedi for homecoming the next day and they got us right in and gave all the girls exactly what they wanted and were very friendly and helpful. I got an awesome pedi while I waited. We will definitely be coming back. read more
