Today, Anna, gave me the Best Facial I have ever had!!! I had the peel and moisturizer ... Anna includes some of her specialty items such as numerous hot towels, cool sprays, mini head massage along with arm and hands! I also had my eyebrows waxed and, they look fantastic! I was so relaxed I didn't ask to see my eyebrows before I left. I looked when I got home and was pleasantly surprised to see she had applied a lip stain in a light wine color...it was fabulous! First time at Sunshine nails, and I just had a pedicure with Loc. It was amazing and much needed! My pedicure didn't feel rushed, and I felt that he really spent his time with my feet; he even helped get out an ingrown that was starting. all the other staff also seemed very kind and professional. At the onset of the call, Paul offered me 2 appointments for the next day, one at 11:30 am and one at 5pm. i couldn't recall the names in the review with compliments that seemed a fit for me. When I called back in 5 minutes, Teresa told me NO appointments were available with ANY operator employed there for 8 days, Teresa was sarcastic and cynical. Too snarky. Actually I called the day before at 11:45 am and my call went to voicemail. Leaving a detailed message and my number my call wasn't returned. - After the poor customer service just to get an appointment, not much confidence these folks take care of the customer. Can't imagine what they'd say if you complained nail polish wasn't cleared off your cuticles or some such minor adjustment was necessary!?! If you feel a business should treat you respectfully as a paying customer go elsewhere! read more

Long overdue update on this wonderful family owned and operated business: Theresa, Duke, Anna, and Paul are incredibly kind people, we just adore them. My whole family goes here: - Dad for pedicures with Duke or Paul to prevent complications from Diabetes. - Mom for acrylics with cute designs and pedicures with Theresa. - I have gel manis by Anna which last forever (a miracle since I'm training, in the pool and scrambling; even completed my first Tough Mudder without breaking a nail!) and pedis by all on my runner's feet. - Anna does a great job waxing my legs; she also performs facials and chemical peels, which I have not tried here. - Theresa is a Lash Extension Pro: people constantly ask me about them; I love that I can go from gym to pool to OCR and still look great. Need a new set, STAT! On top of their expert skills, they are caring above and beyond business, we consider them friends. When I'm out of town, they offer to check in on and help my parents if needed. They have donated generously (without being asked) to the Alzheimer's Walk, as they have seen my Dad deteriorating over the years. I also have to mention the fact that this is the cheapest gel manicure I have found in town, just $30 dollars! And the pedicure is just 20.
