I really wanted to love this place because the staff was genuinely sweet and welcoming. I paid full price and tipped well because the ladies were kind, and I know how hard people work in service industries. That said, I left pretty disappointed with the quality of my pedicure. When I pointed out some concerns, I was gas lit being told everything looked good. Unfortunately, once I sat up at the end and could actually see my toes, I realized it definitely did not. To be fair, I couldn't see most of the work while it was being done because when I first started, I was sitting straight up and the lady told me to relax , and reclined my chair back. She gave me complimentary water, and snack offer, I almost feel like I was being lovingly distracted. Slick move! I also noticed the clientele seemed a bit older, so perhaps this salon is simply not geared toward those of us who are still inspecting our toes in HD. I'm not a confrontational person, and I prefer to vote with my wallet rather than argue. I won't be returning, but I wanted to leave an honest review for anyone whose expectations and attention to detail might be similar to mine. The staff was wonderful; unfortunately, the quality of the service just didn't match the kindness. read more

Seriously the most insane experience I've ever had. First, the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired.... But not outside of the scope of feeling safe. Second, in the middle of my pedicure, a large party walked in (apparently had appointments), so the lady asked me to come back. As I'm sitting there in shock and now unable to relax, I ask how much then for just the foot cleansing-- she says $30. I choke and say just to have my feet washed?! She then proceeds to try to charge me for both the mani and pedi. I say no. Then she rushes through the paint/cuticle cleaning/massage to get to the other ppl. Third, she won't let me keep the pillow on my lap b/c having it behind my back scoots me closer to her, therefore I can't even enjoy the massage chair. Lastly, she said it would be $30, but would take off $5 for the inconvenience.... Then she charges me $35 If I could give this place a negative, I would. read more

I can't say enough about how nice everyone is here! I was having problems with the nail salon I've been going to so I tried this shop out and was immediately impressed with how I was greeted. I walked in the door and they said my name, I'm assuming because I gave it when I made an appointment so it was impressive since I had never been there. I have had both Larry and Jimmy do my nails now and they are fantastic and pay attention to detail. Jimmy did the tiger eye nails in the photo (which doesn't do them justice) he even stayed late after closing to fit me in that night because I had a special event! I went to this salon for the first and last time. No prices were posted and I know I got ripped off. Tech did not use packaged and sanitized tools. My nails were not prepped properly and within three days the gel lifted. I'm mad at myself for now saying something while there, i do not recommend this shop and will not be returning. read more

I came in for gel polish CHANGE on my toes... how hard can it be. I originally came in with black gel polish and wanted red let's say the lady doesn't know how to do her job! after the red gel polish was set and she was supposedly done i check my toes and there is black polish residue on every toe! I let her know hey whats this why can i see the black? and she is going to tell me it's my "skin"??? HAHAH so every single toe of mine is black? sloppy work and doesn't even fix it. So... I came into this place real quick just to get a nail fixed while I waited on my son to get out of school. I ended up having such a pleasant conversation with Tina who not only fixed my broken nail, but refreshed my whole mani!!! I've been getting my nails done here for like 15 years. The owner Linda remembers EVERYONE. I moved out of the area for a few years, but when I came back she greeted me by name and then asked how my friend Lauren was. Lauren got her nails done there like 1 time, maybe 10 years ago, and she still remembered her!! This is good customer service. Tina is my go-to girl for nails. She is excellent. She is so friendly and you can tell she really loves her job and her customers. The only negative thing I have to say is that when you don't have an appointment, sometimes they tell you the wait is only 5 minutes, but this is simply not true. I have waited over 30 minutes before, I just wish that they were honest with the wait times. read more

This location was pretty busy on a Friday afternoon, but they somehow fitted me in. Although, I did call them first and let them know I was coming. They do a lot of pedicures at this location. It could be just because it is the beginning of summer, but none of the seats were empty for the duration of time that I was there. A full set starts at $25 and they did a decent job. I specifically asked for them to use nippers on my cuticles, but either the manicurist does not do it or she forgot---I forgot to remind her, but shouldn't she just remember? They have a good variety of nail polish colors, but I didn't see very many nail design samples, nor was I shown any. My manicurist was very nice though. I am still contemplating on going back here. It might just be for emergency situations since the location is convenient for me, but it is not my favorite as of now. A plus is that the people are friendly and the place is not noisy. read more

Horrible is all I have to say! I was in Las Vegas for the holidays and needed a fill. This place does not do pink/white, okay, no problem. I asked for white tips and he also does not do gel!! WTH?? I had gel on my toes and he used his drill to screw it all up!!! Then he started to use a razor on the bottom of my feet!! i think these are illegal and dangerous!! Me and my friend came here and they said no to every design we asked for, and they were simple designs too. so we both settled for just a plain color. we both got "coffin" shape and neither of our sets looked coffin shape... the paint on my friends nails were terrible and streaky and the lady even left paint on her skin. on top of all that they tried charging us $70 each. not to mention no one in that nail salon has their licenses displayed... if they even have licenses. so unprofessional. read more
