So I went back for a second time. Had a different experience with a different tech. Doesn't look anything like it. Will have to spend money to get them fixed elsewhere or tolerate them for 2 weeks. I went to this salon several times and tried different styles including Gel-X. The nails kept lifting or falling off, and the friends I referred (including my cousin) were also unhappy. They kept increasing the tipping percentage each visit and added extra charges when paying by credit card, which seemed improper. I told them about the problems and they asked me to come back, but after I messaged with photos they one time that day is not work for me and stopped responding and never scheduled a fix. Don't understand how there are so many 5 star reviews. I came in 15min after opening on a Thursday morning, all but two nail techs were with clients. The two that were free were doing each others nails. Instead of stopping to help a paying customer they told me to wait 15 minutes for someone to be free. The 15 min turned into 25 minutes. The pedicure was decent aside from the cut on the side of my foot from her buffing and the fact that her entire boob rested on my foot for what felt like forever as she adjusted the bag in the pedicure bowl mid service. You are charged an extra $1 to pay by card regardless of debit / credit or card type. Won't be back. read more

I wanted to love this place so much. My first visit I got a gel full set and a gel pedicure. My gel pedi big toe chipped after only 5 days. My toes have never chipped with gel on them ever. It's the reason I pay more for gel, so they don't chip! My full set was the most beautiful nails I've ever had. I asked the girl to cut them down twice and they were still too long. She seemed really annoyed with me by this point so I went some place else the next day and spent $30 to trim them down. Right around day 12 I had two nails barely holding on. Because the location was so convenient for me I came back for my fill. Once again most beautiful nails ever. Day 7 I have chipped polish on one of my fingers, and on day 10, I have 4 nails that feel like I need to super glue them. I don't have these problems other places, ever. I don't understand what causes this to happen here. I can afford a fill every two weeks but not every ten days. That's a whole extra visit every month. I really need a fill and I'm genuinely scared if I come back here for it I'm just going to be disappointed again and feel like I'm wasting my money. read more

I didn't like my nails but that's not the reason I'm writing this review. An older lady performed my services. Bless her heart. I absolutely loved her. But I could tell she was a fish out of water. Not prepared. I asked her if she was new. She told me it was her second day. Now, I'm not in the nail business and I don't want to stop anyone's money but whatever happened to a week training or 2 weeks training. You told her come in, this is your station and your first client will be here in 5 minutes. Sheesh that's cut throat. Oh and also services were full priced. I didn't say anything because she was so caring and nice but at the end of the day business is business. Now that I have gotten over the nails I can write how I feel about the business.
