That being said, I have to agree with most of the reviews: - service is always rushed - making a reservation doesn't matter - my last time I caught them reusing tools - sometimes they don't clean your cuticles - they file down your nails so deep when removing gel - they have huge limitations on designs (can't do more than half the designs I've brought them) - service price has gone up and up in the past 8 months (pedi used to be $35 now the basic is like $45 and $55 with gel, extra for the cheese grater) - basic acrylic nails with one color and shape is like $85 They do offer free water but I think moving forward, after all the price increases, the inconsistent services, reusing old tools, limited design knowledge, I'll be looking for other places. Here is a pic from last year on the basic nails I got versus the reference. I do have to say that they even have trouble with color matching. This time, they actually got it.
