I came in for the same exact nails length and style as I did 3 weeks ago and they are telling me it cost 20+ dollars more than what I paid last time and just dust me off when I said why is it a change of cost and started someone else's nails. I called ahead of time for my best friend and I and provided our names so that they would expect our arrival. They approved these appointments in advance. When we walked in and provided names they were confused and very delayed with response. My pedicure woman was great she did a good job. I got to my actual full set and Jennifer was my nail tech, I was so optimistic because she had done an amazing job with my best friends nails prior to mine. I showed her that I wanted short French tips and she jumped right into it and I knew by how she was moving and working that she was rushing through my nails. Everything was done with rapid speed which hindered her work quality, she did not take her time when clipping and my nails were much shorter than desired. I failed to tip based on how rushed my nails were. I will not be going back based on how let down I was by my experience overall. read more

Scheduled a classic pedicure through their online booking system, but wasn't sure how to schedule for two people under one name. I called, the person that answered was very kind and quick to say that it's no problem at all and they'll update my appointment. Also note, I scheduled this on a Sunday afternoon 15 minutes before appointment time. Service was great! I was greeted by name right when I walked in (because I had just called I assume lol). Everyone was so kind! Friendly service! I know it can kind of feel uncomfortable when the employees talk to each other in their native language throughout the appointment (doesn't bother me, but wanted to note for those that do mind) - they hardly did it. They were either quiet or talking to my mom and I. Again - doesn't bother me at all, but I know sometimes it can make some feel insecure that they're talking about us and how gross our feet are lol. Overall very pleasant experience! Service was wonderful, salon was very clean, staff was friendly, and very perceptive. I came here with my mom so we could both get a manicure at the same time but they took her in first immediately and I had to wait 20 whole minutes and they made us almost late to our appointment. And at the end, the lady was about to finish my nails the lady that was doing my nails was rushing at the last second cutting the sides of my fingers three times and she left the oil on my nails, leaving all kind of hair on it, and she was rude at the end. The sides of my fingers was bleeding a little bit. I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Truly the best nail tech in Vegas. Scarlet is exceptional and so detail oriented with both manicures and pedicures. The salon is brand new and feels fresh and clean as soon as you walk in. They have a really big selection of colors to choose from if you're getting gel. I drive 25 mins out of my way to go here regularly. The worst nail salon I've EVER been to when it comes to hospitality. My daughter and I were literally made fun of by the staff. My daughter is 8 and we had a discussion after and she knew what was going on! When going to a business, there are usually prices posted. On our time of service, there wasn't a single price up anywhere in sight. I told them what services my daughter and I wanted done and they proceeded to try and convince us to spend more. After politely declining every request, multiple employees started to "make fun of" and "poke" my daughter and I. These comments were extremely childish and honestly not worth quoting here even if it does help my argument. When it was time to pay, I was given my total. I then asked for a break down of what each service cost. The employee (whom I had had conversations with til this point) started pretending like he didn't understand English anymore and called over another employee who then gave me a completely different breakdown. Mind you, I tipped 20%, closed out my bill AND THEN asked for a breakdown. Terrible place to get your nails done in the spur of the moment, especially if you have extreme social anxiety, because this place will do anything to make themselves better AND to make and extra buck. read more

This place is beautiful, I was so excited about my pedicure. They had me soaking my feet for 20+ minutes. When he started, I immediately knew he either didn't know what he was doing or he was just half-assing it. I needed a pedicure so bad I was so excited to finally treat myself. I was getting so frustrated because he was barely removing any dead skin. More than anything, he was just hurting me. When he was done, I literally told him I was done. Put my shoes on and was ready to walk out, but my husband, being who he is, paid. He had the nerve to charge me $25 for soaking my feet and hurting me. I was so angry I literally left in tears. Worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. Left there with rough feet, small callus on side of my big toe I was told I would have to pay $15 more. She literally took off my old polish, cut my nails, and repainted them for $35. No grater was used, no callus remover, nothing. This place is brand new and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 45 minutes later my regular nail polish is coming off and I still have not put on socks or shoes. I am very disappointed! I told her that was completely unacceptable. She didn't listen to me she hung up on me. WOW ! I'm extremely disappointed because I was fool to think that she was always going to be kind.
