My wife and daughter have been going here for years and overtime things have changed, their customer service keeps declining and today was the last straw. They get frustrated when you ask for specific things. They don't want you to be comfortable they make you rush for payment keep in mind store was not busy they were on their phones majority of the time and talk about you in their own language. I am being told I will get charged $45 w/gel Wow, that is a LOT , 2ndly here's how it went $40 w/gel $35 without/Gel and damn I messed up my nail , she had to re-do it but with an Attitude. My girl, Jin did it again. I don't know why this salon has so many low reviews because I've been to other salons that have higher reviews and they don'tdo the work that my technician does.. She is so amazingly sweet and is an amazing nail technician with 12 years under her belt. And she does an amazing polish job. I also suffer from a trumpet nail, which means that my nails get really bad.ingrowns she always knows what I want when I come in and helps me relieve the pain my ingrown. I know when I need a pedicure when my feet start to hurt in my shoes. As someone who's always on their feet and who has the thickest nails I am so blessed to have such an amazing technician that does her work with pride and speedy. I'm so glad I found this gem of person and salon. I will never cheat on her as I did the time before today, I went to a salon that I thought was going to be OK and I listened to the reviews and to the stars. It was near my house by Alta and Buffalo and because I didn't want to upgrade, they literally half assed service for just getting a basic pedicure with a gel polish instead i upgrading to some magical mask pedicure that lasted 10 more minutes then my other pedicure not to mention the technician did remove my ingrown and she also got the polish so messed up and it was gel. How can you mess up gel anyways, they charge me an arm in the leg for shitty service and when I tried to call them back to fix it, they blew me off. I am immediately called nail art to get Jin to help me, but she was so booked up and I would've had to pay all over again which I understand. That's what I got for cheating. These are busy and over booked. I had made an appointment, arrive 5 minutes early and waited 20 minutes after my appointment to be seated. I definitely appreciate the tech helped me choose the best colors for my desired nail design. Once I was almost done and very few customers were left I noticed how dirty the establishment was. I will not be coming back here unless I see an improvement in the cleanliness. All that dead skin in the air and the dust debri caking on the machines. I think that cleanliness is a very important considering the type of establishment it is. Color and design was good. read more

My mother-in-law recommended this place. However I am not pleased whatsoever so much to the point where I'm writing a review, which I never do. First and foremost, I made an appointment for 3 manicures and 1 pedicure. Two manicures were started on time and finally, nearly 45 minutes into the appointment, I was seen for my pedicure, haven't even gotten a manicure yet. I understand maybe short staff and I will say I made a last minute appointment so I understand the wait. But if you feel like you can't meet the appointment, why accept it? Secondly, they didn't use clean tools. The picture shows how the lady had her tool box displayed. Which she just used right after she finished a pedicure before me. She used what seemed like a power tool you can pull from a shed on my toes to remove the gel polish. So my gel polish was not properly removed and she left little specs she tried pulling off with one of the tools, probably taking what thin layer I had left of my nail with it. Honestly, the only reason why I'm giving this place two stars is because they finished the first two manicures in a timely manner and seemed to do a decent job. But here's the kicker... there was a GIANT roach on the bottom of the baseboard! This just shows the cleanliness of the place. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place and this place is awful. An older man did my nails. He was rude and treated me the worst I have ever been treated in a salon. I had gel nails done. He got gel polish on my finger which I didn't notice until I left, and there was no way I was going back after how he treated me. I never write reviews but I feel obliged to tell everyone to stay home and do your nails instead or go somewhere else, any place will do a better job than here. If I could give 0 stars I would, I came in for a pedicure and I was advised it would be $22 for the first option. She started masking my feet and using sea salts getting my pants all dirty, such a sloppy job, I let it go I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, she started painting my nails and couldn't get the edges or or the cuticles right. It was the most sloppy job I've ever experience but the cherry on top was when I tried paying. My total came up to $35 without tip, when I asked her why she said it was because she had done option 2, I told her that I asked for option 1 from the beginning, she admitted she did a mistake and she accidentally did number 2 on me but I still had to pay the $35. Honestly the service was horrible, it was a waste of time, I was told one thing when it was the other. Please don't go, save your money, go somewhere else, any place is better than this or do your own. I have no idea how they have an overall of 3 stars they don't even deserve one star. Customer service has declined tremendously at this salon. I've been a regular customer for the past 10 yrs and have moved my business elsewhere. Nail technicians have become unfriendly and rude. They do not practice good hand sanitation. I have seen a nail technician do a pedicure for one customer followed by eye lash extension on another without washing her hands. Other nail salons perform autoclave sterilization of their nail tools and equipment. Nail Art does not especially for pedicures. I got a nail fungus infection that required 6 wks of strong medication to cure. read more

When she asked for the price, they had the audacity to humiliate her and tell her that she probably couldn't afford it (which she can). Her nails look awful, it was nothing like she asked for and she paid $65 for them. And if that wasn't enough, when she didn't tip them they gave her dirty looks and started talking about her in their language. This is my first time here. I walked in and two workers were on their phones- no customers (3:45pm Wednesday). I asked for pink and white gel and a wax. I was seated at a man's station. The station still had the cut tips and old nails from a previous client. He never cleaned his area. My nails came out nice. For my wax, I was directed to a back table in a private room. The woman didn't wipe my skin prior to waxing. She applied long strips of wax so that the pull was longer than I have ever had before. She didn't apply pressure/ cold hands after the pull so the sting lasted. As soon as the last strip came off, prior to giving me a mirror, she told me $50. First of all on the wall there's a paper that says free bottle of water, they NEVER even offered it to me. Second the nail tech (super rude) got mad at ME for choosing a color that was too old...maybe you should check your inventory every once in a while then... Then she charged me 5 dollars extra for the shape I asked for ( coffin) which is fine..if she did them right. They're completely crooked and none of the nails match. Horrible customer service. Went in for a fill. Advised the nail tech that I wanted two colors on my nails. Showed him my nails because they were two tone color from the last fill in i got and told him I wanted the same thing but with different colors this time. He immediately told me he couldn't do it and if I wanted it done I should go to the nail shop that did it for me. Then he stated he could only do it if I chose gel colors. I told him I didn't need gel but that seem to upset him. He then stated if I want him to do it then it will be $25.00 and rudely stated "you pay now." So I pay the guy he does my nails with the colors I requested but the job was very poor.
