My favorite nail salon in Vegas!!!!! I come to Vegas often for work trips and I always stop by to get my nails done when I'm in town because they always do a great job. The staff is friendly, the nail salon is CLEAN, and they always do a great job on my nails.

Tried this placed for the first time and I loved my nails so much I'm really picky and pay attention to details , I loved everything about them. Staff was really kind and I noticed the place was really clean.

Hana was my nail artist and she did an absolutely wonderful job! She did the design I wanted perfectly and was pretty quick too. Wasn't expecting the 100$ price but she made it worth it.

I am not the kind of person to leave a review but this experience was scarring for me. I walked in for a pedicure and was seated right away, which was a good start. However, the experience quickly went downhill. After choosing a polish color, I was told "no" because it was "too light" and supposedly wouldn't work. As a paying client, I know what I'm asking for, and instead of offering solutions or alternatives, I was simply dismissed. If the color truly required adjustments, they could have suggested layering it or using a base to make it work. It was frustrating to be shut down without any effort to accommodate my request. To make matters worse, another technician nearby inserted herself into the situation with an uninvited, condescending comment about my choice, saying how I must "really like" that color, followed by laughter. Both employees then began speaking in their native language, pointing at my toes, and laughing, which felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful; especially after I decided to skip polish altogether. I work in a customer facing role with strict guidelines on nail colors, so I specifically asked for something subtle and appropriate. This salon used to be my go to years ago, but I stopped coming in 2021 after a negative experience. Unfortunately, returning now--years later, only confirmed that the level of service has not improved. On top of the poor service, the pricing is excessive--$85 before tip for a pedicure with a single acrylic toe repair is unreasonable. I will not be returning. I'd recommend saving your time and money and choosing a different salon in Vegas.

Candy is stellar ok, there is no one better. Period. She gave me such a cute pedicure with a massage that was extensive and lovely. Nice and relaxing and polished.

With my nail technician Cress, every appointment is such a great experience--from the attention to detail to the overall care and professionalism. My builder gel manicures always come out flawless, strong, and long-lasting, and my Happy Feet pedicures are beyond relaxing... seriously the best self-care treat! Not only is their work beautiful, but they truly take the time to make sure everything is perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their craft. pedicure was fine but i'm afraid they are not clear on their prices. i called to ask how much for a GEL pedicure and the man quoted me $55. that's fine, but when time came to pay i was charged $70 and when i asked about it they said the gel was an extra $20. i tapped my card to pay but i really should have stood my ground. $70 for a solid color pedicure with no designs or gems is crazy. upon checking their booking website it even says $55 for their "Gel Spa Pedicures". don't make the same mistake i did and make sure you let them know if they overcharge you! read more

My lady and I went here to get her nails done and I ended up getting my hands cleaned as well cause my cuticles were looking atrocious. The vibes were great and everybody was very welcoming. My lady liked her nails and couldn't stop talking about them on the way home and my hands couldn't have looked any cleaner! I used to come here all the time, but I'm trying out other places. The pedicures are usually pretty amazing and worth it. However, every time I get my nails done, the quality is never great and they start lifting and almost every single time I get overcharged. I somehow pay more for a fill at this salon than a full set at others. Staff and owners are nice. Always remember who you are if you come in frequently. They offer drinks which is also very nice and have a great selection of pedicure scents. Still love this spa and will come back for pedicures, but I i'm done getting my nails done here after being overcharged three times in a row. read more

Ok, I been here a couple a times before and the service is good and the people are nice but today I feel like I got taken advantage of. They charged me $95 for my 3 yr old gel mani and pedi. My husband and I have taken her to other places that charge us the same service they did for her here for 25. I get maybe 50 but 95?! That was wild... my bill for basic mani and pedi for her and myself came out to 230 without tip.... 255 with tip. I never paid that in my life or my natural nails ever. me and my daughter walked in at 11:15 and we were told that they didn't have time toad today to do our nails and feet. They asked us if we could come back at 3, remind you we've always walked in any other time. Website wasn't updated that they didn't have anything until 3. They are the most expensive nail place I've ever seen to charge $95 for a set of medium gel X nails before any designs is ridiculous. Then the nail design prices are absolutely absurd for one 3-D nail. It's $15 for a 3-D flower nothing that takes more than 5 to 10 minutesthen to replace a toenail with acrylic and a simple type of flower design $25 been getting my nails done for over 40 years and I would never spend $300 on hands and feet. That's just absurd. read more

Great nail shop and genuinely good people! I found Essential Nails right before my cruise in December. Cindy is amazing and the atmosphere is friendly and professional! She had her work cut out for her as I had not gotten a professional mani/pedi for 6 months. My usual nail tech suffered an injury and then retired. I had gone to this spa before with my mother. As soon as we walked in, I requested women-only…read moreservice because we do not feel comfortable having a male do our pedicure. Anyway, then a woman came who knows us because we are old customers -- my whole family has been coming here for years. But this time, one woman disappointed us a lot. She asked what nail shape I wanted, and I told her I wanted a round or square shape for my toenails, which meant I did not want my nails cut completely short. Later, when I looked, she had cut all my toenails very short. When I told her that I had already explained what I wanted, she told me to "shut up" and said, "Let me do my job." I stayed quiet and thought there was no point arguing anymore. Then my mother also got upset and asked why she had cut them all short when I had clearly explained beforehand what I wanted. After that, I got upset too and told her, "You spoke to me very rudely when I was calmly explaining the shape I wanted." She again replied rudely and said, "Do you want the service done or not?" She showed so much attitude toward me in front of everyone, and then she left me there without finishing the service. I really do not understand why she behaved with so much attitude. Doesn't a customer have the right to say what they want and do not want? This was the first time something like this happened. Another worker who was sitting nearby apologized. My mother asked her where that woman had gone and who would complete my service because I was still waiting. She said nobody else could do it because they were busy, and I would have to get it done somewhere else. She also apologized and said, "I don't know why she behaved like that with you." I told her it was not her fault, but that woman treated me very disrespectfully and rudely, even though I had politely explained that if she did not understand, she could have asked me again. I had somewhere to go, and in the end I did not even get the service the way I wanted.

I chose the $55 Candy Pedicure with lavender scent. It included all the expected things plus hot towel wrap during the extremely relaxing foot massage and hot stone massage on feet afterward. My toes were finished with the pretty OPI regular polish I chose and no one hassled me about how much better gel polish is after I made my decision. Before we even left the salon, half of my daughter's toenail polish was already chipped or completely off. That should not be happening immediately after getting them painted. For my nails, I specifically asked for tips on two of my nails and the technician didn't do what I asked. The clear polish is also all over my cuticles, which makes the manicure look messy and rushed. I also got gems put on four of my nails and one of them has already fallen off after just one day. While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway. Overall the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the quality did not match what we paid. I was really hoping for a good experience doing something fun with my daughter, but we left disappointed.

My acrylic fill is also unacceptable, there was little to no blending near the nail beds, so the acrylic appears bulky and unnatural. I'm now having to spend additional time and money getting everything corrected the day before I leave town for an event. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.

I love this place, from the staff to the owners (Cindy & King)!!! They have become my little fam away from home. My fiancé & I come here to get our manicures & pedicures done regularly, and they always offer you wine or coffee, even water or soda. My nail tech is Michelle, and she always does a perfect job, and Vincent is great a doing my toes. Nelly is excellent. She does a fantastic job on nail art and perfects male manicures on my fiancé. Also, Chris (gets down on nail art also), Hannah(fun nail art and shape), Erika ( I see her work, and her clients love her work), and Breanna is great at manis and pedis and always has a smile on and the rest of the staff are always kind and will make you laugh here and there. Overall, they all rock! I tend to go around between staff when I want a different look and style of nails! I never leave reviews but this place made me want to take the time to express appreciation. Today was my first time and I brought my step daughter in for a full gel mani and pedi for a girls day to get ready for "big girl school" (kindergarten ) I have been to more salons than I can count and I have NEVER seen a establishment care about children as much as this salon. From treating her like a VIP to having full conversations and letting her help with her own nails. They made her feel like they were her best friends and it was genuine belly laughs the entire time. They did top notch quality nails and probably the best pedicure I've received for callus removal. Towards the end the owner even came to talk to her about school and went out of his way to make a "goodie bag" or school supplies to stay safe via Covid. 5 stars even enough for the level of care and compassion that salon showed. read more

I dont live here. Well...not any more. I reside a couple states away...however, whenever we cone to town it is a must go place. First time we were here was my wedding service...got spa service for the whole party (bridal party so grromsman and brides maid). We did call ahead and they arranged everything. Service was amazing and made my day even better. Every time we go now its just as good. Service is amazing; the staff wonderful. Yhe place is clean and well cared for. No broken or damaged chairs so you dont feel like your going to break something either. And...as bad as it sounds...you can understand everyone! Even with masks! Other places speak fast or mumble a lot as a tactic; but they are clear and makesure to get concent. It is so hard to find a good nail tech and salon. My former nail tech switched careers and I spent a lot of time, a year or 2, visiting different salons and getting moderate or even bad nails done. I just happened to walk into Essential nails to give it a try. First, the place is very clean and the people are inviting when you come in the door. Nelly was free and did both my full set and pedicure. She does amazing work and great to talk to. I am glad i have now found my go to nail tech/salon. I tell her what i am thinking i want and she always makes it happen. Nail Art and all! I also like that you can book your appointments online. It is so convenient! I showed up the night before my birthday. I knew what I really wanted would have been difficult to execute. But at the shop, there's a beautiful angel by the name of Ronnie. Not only did he have fun doing my nails, I am absolutely obsessed what's my design. I'm a very different person, so the fact that he was able to capture exactly what I wanted was absolutely amazing. I got my pedicure and nail set done by Tina. The sign says by appointment only but I walked in and they squeezed me in. Tina was sweet, gentle, funny, and took her time with me. My toes were bad! Tina worked miracles on my feet - I can't stop staring at them. My nails are also so beautiful! I'd love to go back to see her! If you need a sweetheart she's your girl! I had one of the best pedicures of my life today at Essential Nails. My nail technician May did a fabulous job and was both very effective and gentle in removing the callouses from my heels. As I was there just before closing, I received an escort to my car in the parking lot because they were concerned about my safety. Very kind people and a fantastic business.
