I called ahead and asked if they had time for a walk in for hard gel fill. I was told yes if I get there in 5 mins. I'm only two mins away. I asked for hard gel fill with a dark blue glitter cat eye they had as a sample. I addressed the lumps and told her she needed to use hard gel as I requested. I honestly do not prefer this nail shop but I always give them another chance because they are so close and convenient. I will not make the mistake of going again. I went in for a fill because I couldn't make it to my normal lady and I've had my nails on since march 13 with all of them still in tact. The man who did my nails did not fix the lift, cut me with the drill and did not blend my actual nail with the acrylic on the tip of my nail. I brought a child (6 years old) in with me and asked for the non gel polish and he still gave her gel and charged for gel after I said no. The very next day my whole nail pops off and I go back for them to fix it and they did but now I have a completely different shape on my thumb. Do Not Come Here!!! Please spend your money and time somewhere better. My most recent and definitely last visit was 3/24/23. The woman who did my nails was rough. Cut me on 5 different occasions with the nail file and drill. I asked her to be gentle and she wasn't. The work is sloppy and I can't believe I subjected myself to letting her "finish" my nails. The pictures will show you all you need to see. I left because I had to attend a work meeting but returned to have 4 nails fixed as they looked awful. The same woman who did my nails was rude and made me feel like I was the bad guy because she can't do nails. I had to keep my composure as I just wanted them fixed. If you want to relax while getting your nails done...THIS ISN'T THE PLACE. There are 3 technicians who are loud and speak ill about other customers while the customers are still in the salon. I won't name them because I have second hand embarrassment for them. They curse, they talk about their personal life (inappropriate things) and they're simply unprofessional. Kelly is the only good technician here. Everyone else is mediocre. I tried giving them a few chances over the course of 4 months simply because they are close to my house. But never again. I've been coming here since before covid and I've had good and bad experiences. But I'm reviewing them based on the latest time I've stopped by. I got a gel pedicure and I was seated right away to the pedicure area. I did call before hand to see if they will accept me as a walk-in and they did. The experience was pretty good, I got the chair that was next to the wall so I was away from people. Staff wear their masks but I'm not sure if they sanitize every station after each customer.... the lady who helped me was nice and gentle. She didn't cut me nor bothered me by asking a bunch of questions. She just kinda left me alone to have my own peace and quiet lol. What kinda bothered me though, was that I had to tell her to cut the sides of my big toe nails and to clean them which I shouldn't have to do because that's the whole point of me getting a pedicure is to get my feet/nails cleaned. First, I'm from out of town and was in desperate need of a fill and pedicure, so I Goggled the closest nail salon from where I'm staying and what was still open on a Sunday. This establishment popped up and out I went. Upon arrival, a sign of new management was posted and 20% discount on pedicure with a fill. Perfect. I'm so spoiled at home but figured this would get me through and not to be too judgmental. The establishment was clean and plenty of polish to pick from. The people were very friendly, didn't rush you in making decisions as it usually takes me forever to pick a color. I went for a gel fill and for pedicure chose the collagen treatment. Now I'm use to a gal doing my nails but this gentleman was extremely skilled, listened to my issues I had with a broken foot healing on the right and nerve issues on the left foot. I've never been a big fan of leg massage as the legs are really sensitive, always. Anyway he took his time, did all the treatment that came with that package plus you receive a packet to go of something, I didn't check but that's nice. Painted the nails as well as my usual gal back home! So the only issue I had that I'm not use to is that this package included callous removal and they used what I call a cheese grater. My heels are really sensitive so I asked him to do lightly and just a little around the heels, which he did. All in all the experience was pleasant and relaxing. Prices seemed to be as the majority of salons anywhere, including from where I reside, California. I honestly can't stop looking at my nails, they're shaped properly. No bumps or bubbles and painted down to the cuticle, which is what I like. Very good quality in my opinion. Thank you serenity nails! If in Vegas I'll definitely return to this establishment. I was given the price sheet and saw they had a service with "extra massage". I asked about how long the extra massage was. I was told the entire visit will be one hour. So, I went for it. 35 minutes later, he tells me he is done. I ask about the extra, he tells me there is no extra. The "manager" comes over and says he will give me extra massage. I was given 2 minutes. When I ask what happened to the hour I was promised, the other guy says he never told me one hour. As I am paying to get out of there, I ask who the owner is, I wanted to talk to the owner to tell them to train their people not to lie. The "manager" tells me that the owner lives in LA. I come home, look up who the owner is (because I know how to find that info) and the manager guy is actually the owner. I call them and ask for the owner. Now this owner dude tells me that the tech who worked on me is physically disabled. Not knowing what that has to do with his English, I tell him I don't care. He lied about your price sheet. So, to Bihn and Kelly, train your people not to lie to customers who are willing to pay for services. I was willing to spend my money and my time here. And to people reading this, go to a place that is not going to lie and just take your money. I gave this one star because Yelp made me rate it. I went in for a full set and things didn't turn out so great. I felt like they were rushing and my nails just don't look good. There was no pinkish polish that they used to hide the artificial nail so you can see where it is. I have also found little debris left in the nail which just makes my set look terrible. Lady who shaped my nails too was just very rough and ending up cutting me, but I didn't say anything cause it was very much noticeable and she just most on. I went there for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I called before coming to check availability. When I got there I advised the staff that I had an appointment in about an hour. I had to leave because upon getting there I had to wait 30 minutes and still a technician was not available. The staff was nice and apologetic so I told them I would come back. I came back after my appointment and was able to go back right away. The staff member that received me began preparing the tub for my pedicure and asked if I had gel on my nails. I told him that I had regular nail polish with a coat of clear gel over it to make it last longer. He asked me again, I told him again. This went on at least 2 more times. In exasperation I finally said, yes I have gel on my nails. He was clearly upset and said that his ears must not have been working. I told him he was being sarcastic and rude. He then goes on to tell me I'm going to have someone else do your pedicure because I'm a man and I do to want to hurt you. What was that about. I used to frequent here every time I got my nails done for 2 years straight, but had to scale back on treating myself for awhile. I brought a friend with me and this most recent experience was my last time there. The nail tech was very rude and when I attempted to get anything fixed, would argue and moan/sigh. Most the nails were so thin on one side they were BENDING after acrylic was laid, my nail was not glued down to the tip on a few of them, acrylic was hardened under every one and had to ask her multiple times to use her tool to remove it (still there), and the gel is full of bubbles and a few black specks, which has all of them all bumpy with the top coat. 70 dollars for a simple full set! Unfortunately my friend had a different tech and she had stopped him from completing hers because they were also horrible. Poor customer service! I went in for a gel fill and pedicure. I was told that it would be 10 minutes. Well 20 minutes later, as I'm still waiting,another customer came in for a full set. She didn't have an appointment because she asked if they took walk ins. 20 minutes after that, one of the nail techs took me to the back for my pedicure. Well , to my surprise, he only took me back there for me to sit in the massage chair. Still no pedicure. 10 minutes later, I just happened to look around the shop and the client that came in after me was getting her full set. None of my nails have lifted or broke and this is simply acrylic overlay. If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD. Horribly RASCIST experience !!! Went here years ago. Serenity WAS my go to Salon. I used to LOVE it. Used to be nice and accommodating for shapes, colors, and designs. NOT ANYMORE. I had recommended all my friends to go back then. I now have another salon since I moved to Florida a couple years ago. Today, I lured my daughter in law away from her Salon in Centennial Hills because I am visiting. I had loved this salon so much. Traveling extra miles with excitement. Today was an alternate experience. Just awful. Literally most embarrassing situation I have ever been in. Nail tech instead of listening to my requests was rude and disrespectful and cutting me off as I tried to explain what I needed for my nails. It was just a fill but I made a specific request knowing if I do not I will be unhappy with results. This bald older man stood up and gave up on me after just dremmel-ing off the polish. He got up and walked out with an "I'm done". Weird unprofessional AND RASCIST behavior for a customer service oriented service. 10/10 recommend Brian. I went in on Sunday after being turned away from gel nails because they "closed" half an hour early. I was welcomed at serenity and didn't wait long. I told Brian I wanted dip powder and the drill used as little as possible due to my nails being so thin and damaged from a year of non stop acrylics. He recommended options to take my current dip powder off and recommendations on what to get to help my nails heal. He did not recommend a more expensive option, he actual gave me a cheaper option that will always save me money in the future. I am obsessed with the white dip powder and I'll definitely be back to see him. He also speaks very clear English which makes it easy to communicate. read more

There is a gentleman in there that is the rudest I've ever met. 1st of all he is rough, he gets mad and stops you if you don't tip him OR if you tip someone else who has done service for you. The only tech that was great in this nail place was Jamie. She has to take over from the guy who did my fill because he couldn't figure out how to apply the chrome and thought it was okay to leave half the nail covered. By day 5, half of my nails were lifting and practically coming off. My nails usually last 3 weeks. He was super rough when he did them the first time and very rushed. When I went in to get them fixed, the girl that did them was clearly upset that she had to fix them and was super rushed and left acrylic all over my hand and rushed so fast they look terrible. She also did not know how to apply the chrome. When I went to leave the manager again told me I was picky. The customer service was terrible.
