First time and walked in for a facial waxing. The service was very nice and friendly and the vibe inside was relaxing. The girl that did my waxing did a great job and I appreciated her squeezing me in the middle of her nail appt. The only negative thing I have about my experience is that the waxing area is out in the open with everyone else around and watching. I asked about this after and was advised they do have a room but that it is for the waxing of private areas only. But, if you ask for the room they might accommodate. So, with that said and being a first timer and not knowing any of this I was totally taken off guard when this was done out in the open. Am I going to make a fuss over this my first time, not at all. It's just my opinion they should be doing all of this in a room to give the individual more privacy for waxing in general. I am not a fan and did not like that personally. She arrived around 9:20 a.m. and began my service. Everything went well until the French tip portion. Although she made several attempts, the result wasn't what I was looking for. I asked if another technician could complete it, and she agreed. After that, I was left waiting with no communication. I later learned the other technician was dealing with a family matter, which I completely understand. My concern was never the emergency itself, it was the lack of communication. During the entire time I was waiting, neither the receptionist nor my original technician came back to let me know there would be a delay or provide any update. When the receptionist eventually came out, I expressed that my frustration was with being left sitting without any communication. I explained that I'm typically very flexible and understanding, but waiting for an extended period without any acknowledgment or updates was frustrating. The only response I received was that it was a family matter and they were trying to accommodate me. I've always liked the quality of the work here, but this experience left me feeling that my time wasn't respected. A simple update or acknowledgment during the wait would have made a significant difference. read more

Some of the ladies here do good work, but they charge you so many extra fees for insane amounts. By time you get done paying all the extra fees, it makes you not even want to tip the service provider. I won't be back! Will let others know as well. I Would Strongly Caution Anyone Before Booking at This Nail Salon !!!!!!!! I recently relocated and was looking for a new go-to nail tech. I booked with TEA for a full set, and while the experience initially seemed okay, I quickly began to have doubts. I mentioned upfront that I had a clear top coat on my natural nails, yet she didn't remove it before applying tips. That was my first red flag. Before she even began, I showed three clear reference photos so she could see the exact shape and length I prefer--tapered square, not coffin. Despite that, after nearly three hours, I walked out with coffin-shaped nails. Visually, the set looked nice, but it wasn't what I asked for. Fast forward just under two weeks, and the set started breaking down. Several diamonds were missing, and the nails were lifting badly. I attempted to reach out to Tea on Instagram, but never got a response. I then called the salon, and the customer service was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I was told Tea was booked nearly two weeks out, and when I asked for a simple repair time instead of a full-set timeslot, they acted like that was an inconvenience. After being placed on hold multiple times, they eventually told me I could come in at 5:30 PM after work. Then just minutes later, the manager called back and demanded I come an hour later--despite the fact that no one was booked at my original time. I told them they could cancel the appointment at that point. Still trying to give Tea the benefit of the doubt, I messaged her directly. Unfortunately, that's where things took a shocking turn. She responded in a disrespectful and condescending way--insinuating I was being demanding, accusing me of lying about how long I had the nails, and ultimately refusing to offer any service. What's worse, she blocked me on Instagram. For the record, I was nothing but kind during my appointment. I even tipped both her and Johnny generously. Speaking of Johnny--he actually did a fantastic job on my pedicure, and I had planned to return just for that. But after how I was treated by Tea and the shop's management, I will not be returning or supporting this business in any capacity. To anyone reading this: please take your money elsewhere. My nails are now less than two weeks old, and I already have two that have completely come off and stones missing from every finger. This level of service is completely unacceptable--especially when I paid for high-end work and was treated so poorly afterward. Tea, if you ever come across this review--don't bother unblocking me. Instead, take this as a reminder that how you treat people matters. Listen before spreading misinformation. And understand that blocking your customers instead of taking accountability is not how lasting reputations are built. read more

After a short drive from my residence to Trusted Nail Salon, I opted for the $55 pedi w/ classic polish (i brought my own base & top coat, as well as polish, since I am a fan of the Zoya brand). I LOVED the new pedi massage chair, which was huge & comfy that enveloped my whole body. The massage chair options included neck & thigh massage too! The nail lady did a good job w/ the pedicure! I was offered the free gel mani, but I politely turned it down, since I was on a time crunch. I also liked the giant flat TV screens, with a myriad of shows playing at the salon. Very professionally done. Kudos! I was very impressed as soon as a walked in. The owner asked me if I wanted bottled water. Why, of course! Such a nice touch. The place was so very neat, bright, beautifully decorated in a very clean modern way. None of the garish decor one finds in other nail salons. This place was newly remodeled, and all their furnishings are new. Everything matched which ensured that it looked orderly and not cluttered at all. The chairs have built in massages with a touch pad control as well as cell phone chargers. I have never seen anything like that in a nail salon. Again, kudos. Ivy was assigned to me, and she exceeded expectations: very meticulous and precise. Before going on the next step she would ask me to inspect her work and if I agreed with what she's done. Her work was exceptional. No complaints at all, but rather, all compliments! I also liked that they have quite a diverse staff and to put it plainly, white, black, brown, yellow. That alone is a good reason to go because they weren't talking and laughing in a language I don't understand, and they did not engage in noisy talk among themselves. That gives the clients an opportunity to engage their nail technicians, thus making the experience more memorable. Turns out they also offer facials and lash extensions. We met Johnni at their Eastern location (used to be Eastern Nails) and from that day, he's gained forever clients! He is meticulous, detail oriented, friendly, funny, and he works quick - without making you feel rushed! His work is amazing and lasts for 4+ weeks. He has done my 8year olds nails two times and both times he has outdone himself. The designs she presents to him, he executes beautifully! At first, I was hesitant to let her get her nails done but Johnni is gentle and lets us know of the best products for her. I received a promotional mailer, so thought I would try this place that is very close to home. Super nice people, but I would definitely not recommend them if you have natural nails. I had one person shape the nails and another do the rest of the manicure. Two nails broke two days after and the polish lasted a day and a half before chipping. Not sure this place cleans their tools or pedicure tubs:/ I brought it up to the tech and she still didn't get new tools. (This is when I should've left) she proceeds to take a chunk out of my toe nail without saying she was and caused lots of pain and bleeding. Once she had made the first cut she had no choice but to take it out. I was visibly in pain and the receptionist ended up texting me if I wanted a different tech. Only 2 days later my toe became extremely swollen and was infected. Since changing ownership and the business practices from the new owner are unacceptable most of the technicians have left and we are going to follow the technician. We are not going to stay in an establishment that doesn't respect them. This owner has deliberately left the names of the technicians who she fired or who chose to not be manipulated by her on the website and trick clients into thinking they have an appointment with the technician, knowing that that technician does not work there anymore. She was thorough, and I almost didn't want any color on my nails because it was so beautiful naturally. A new flex? Probably. I had already chosen Valentino 63 and was excited about that color. It gives chrome without chrome. It's pink then it's gold ..I love it. Another customer choose the same color after I did then had a bit of awkwardness that it wasn't available right away because we were using it. The color is beautiful.
