I came to Swan Nail many years ago, but honestly didn't remember much about it. A few ladies recently recommended that I give them another try, so I came in with my mom. Making an appointment was super easy. The salon itself was clean and nice, and I liked the pedicure massage chairs too -- they were comfortable and added a nice touch to the whole experience. I had Pam for a deluxe pedicure and she was awesome! She was very gentle, took her time, and the massage was incredible. I never felt rushed and really enjoyed my pedicure. My mom got a gel manicure and she was really happy with hers too. I'm very happy with how my pedicure turned out, and I thought the prices were reasonable as well. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the payment process. They charge an additional 3% for credit card transactions, so you can pay through Zelle instead. When I paid with Zelle, they asked me to pull up the confirmation on my phone and then took a picture of it. I wasn't comfortable with that part since most places I've used Zelle would receive their own confirmation that the payment went through. First time customer, I went in for gel x with nail tech Nancy At first I showed a picture of the nails I wanted and she laughed saying she just did those - I asked what the reason was for laughing if she didn't like the design or was tired of doing it and she did not say anything. I thought that was rude and weird but I brushed it off and we continued the appointment with little communication which is fine with me. I decided to switch to a plain French and call it a day so I wouldn't be stuck there for a long time with the artwork. I loved my nails and the finished product and will be going back! I went in at close to the end of the day 5:30p when they close at 7 with only one other person there If you want to get good nails at a good price in and out, I would check it out! This place is absolutely great! We arrived at 5:45 PM, and even though they close at 7:00 PM, they welcomed us with open arms. They didn't rush us at all and provided truly top-quality service from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and the shop itself was clean, nice, and had a wonderful vibe. Plus, there is plenty of parking, which is always a bonus. It was my husband's very first time getting a pedicure, and he was so relaxed that he actually fell asleep in the chair! As for me, the lady who did my nails was super nice and we had great conversation. I've been going to the same nail lady for 15 years. Unfortunately, it was time to find a new place. This was recommended by a friend of mine along with the great reviews. I called right before a bit before 2pm and was able to make an appt for 230 for the 3 of us. Right when we walked in it was pleasant. It's smelled like lemon grass and the esthetic was beautiful and clean. We were greeted and told to pick our colors. About 2 minutes later we were sat down. My 5 year old was just getting her toes and hands polished. The girl was super sweet and welcoming to her. I got the massage that came with the hot stones and 7 minutes of foot massage with a French gel pedi. My other daughter got a regular pedi with gel polish. My lady I believe her name Tina was super sweet always asking if everything was okay. Once my little one was done they brought her over to the chair next to me and gave her snacks. One thing I noticed was that they open all the stuff in front of me and they use new pumice stones and files for everyone then they dispose them. My daughter which is very picky like myself was VERY pleased too. She likes the place, smell, and the staff. She loved the way the lady shaped her nails for her. Overall we loved the whole experience from the call to making the appointment to walking out. They have a lot of staff on stand by to help everyone. We definitely found our new shop! 1st time customer. Distinctly requested a mani and pedi at same time when booking and was ENSURED it was set up that way. Even reiterated when I started my service. Issue #1 - could not find my appointment. Logged wrong cell. Issue #2 - had a pix of what I wanted until the the tech caught her mistake when it was too late. "Ummmm, sorry" was the response. Issue #3 my nails were wrapped too long in solution, that my nail beds started to burn Issue #4 - it certainly was NOT a mani and pedi at the same time. 2 1/2 hour service. I don't live close but I will definitely keep going back. I changed my nail shape. I didn't get told until they were done and she was adding cuticle oil to my nails that it would be $10 extra. Not that I minded but at that point it was a little to late if I wasn't okay with it or didn't have the $. If you are a little tight or on a budget maybe ask before what's extra or not. The time for both services together was 1 HR and 45 minutes Called early Wednesday morning and easily made an appointment. This was my first time here. I can see why they have such great reviews. At the door I was checked in promptly although I arrived at 12:00 and my appointment was 12:15 I was seated immediately. The atmosphere was pretty calm. I didn't hear the ladies laughing and talking amongst each other loudly ( which I don't mind ) like most nail salons. There was pop / RnB music videos on . The volume was subtle They're 1000 colors to pick from, which is a great variety to have I go . I have been getting the same color for years . Realizing they don't carry the color I showed Kristen of the polish I'm use to getting and she found a color that was spot on! Pedicure was quick but she paid attention to detail.
