My nail tech was named Nancy and she was very nice! I paid $108(w/o tip)and I think that is a fair price for the time and service I got. She pulled out the air brush to get this flawless blend. You can tell she know what she was doing and is very skilled. I was also very happy on how she cared and payed close attention to detail. When putting on the gems, she made sure all were centered and applied correctly. Even going back to seal any gaps the first set of glue did not fill before putting on the top coat. Issue #1 - could not find my appointment. Logged wrong cell. Issue #2 - had a pix of what I wanted until the the tech caught her mistake when it was too late. "Ummmm, sorry" was the response. Issue #3 my nails were wrapped too long in solution, that my nail beds started to burn Issue #4 - it certainly was NOT a mani and pedi at the same time. 2 1/2 hour service. I have been looking for a good nail tech for years. I have been to places where they have cut me and have left gel everywhere. I have asked for a cuticle clean up and they would never do it. Almost every time I come here, they cut my skin in a way that makes my hands peel almost to the knuckle within days. Needless to say I will never be back here. My pedicure is always amazing and I can't remember the lady's name but this review has nothing to do with you my sweet!! Furthermore, the design on my nail is messy. I've been going to the same nail lady for 15 years. Unfortunately, it was time to find a new place. This was recommended by a friend of mine along with the great reviews. I called right before a bit before 2pm and was able to make an appt for 230 for the 3 of us. Right when we walked in it was pleasant. It's smelled like lemon grass and the esthetic was beautiful and clean. We were greeted and told to pick our colors. About 2 minutes later we were sat down. My 5 year old was just getting her toes and hands polished. The girl was super sweet and welcoming to her. I got the massage that came with the hot stones and 7 minutes of foot massage with a French gel pedi. My other daughter got a regular pedi with gel polish. My lady I believe her name Tina was super sweet always asking if everything was okay. Once my little one was done they brought her over to the chair next to me and gave her snacks. One thing I noticed was that they open all the stuff in front of me and they use new pumice stones and files for everyone then they dispose them. My daughter which is very picky like myself was VERY pleased too. She likes the place, smell, and the staff. She loved the way the lady shaped her nails for her. Overall we loved the whole experience from the call to making the appointment to walking out. They have a lot of staff on stand by to help everyone. We definitely found our new shop! Nancy did an amazing job on my gel dip manicure and pedicure. My nails look great! The shop is very nice with relaxing heated massage chairs and warm water foot soaking. So I have horrible luck with nail salons and nail places. I mean off the chart bad luck. This place is awesome. Designs are stellar. Techs are great. Prices are good. I don't live close but I will definitely keep going back. I changed my nail shape. I didn't get told until they were done and she was adding cuticle oil to my nails that it would be $10 extra. Not that I minded but at that point it was a little to late if I wasn't okay with it or didn't have the $. If you are a little tight or on a budget maybe ask before what's extra or not. The time for both services together was 1 HR and 45 minutes Called early Wednesday morning and easily made an appointment. This was my first time here. I can see why they have such great reviews. At the door I was checked in promptly although I arrived at 12:00 and my appointment was 12:15 I was seated immediately. The atmosphere was pretty calm. I didn't hear the ladies laughing and talking amongst each other loudly ( which I don't mind ) like most nail salons. There was pop / RnB music videos on . The volume was subtle They're 1000 colors to pick from, which is a great variety to have I go . I have been getting the same color for years . Realizing they don't carry the color I showed Kristen of the polish I'm use to getting and she found a color that was spot on! Pedicure was quick but she paid attention to detail. BTW: the massage chairs are amazing, they are newer and easy to work. My review is for Nana , I got my gelx done here almost 3 weeks ago, I was not happy with my results, at the 2 week mark of getting my nails done it had looked like I had them for a month already. I noticed that on my left hand the nails were longer and skinner and on my right it was shorter and wider, not sure how she could have messed that up when gelx already has the shape. I had her fix 2 nails because her application of the fake nail was hella crooked and since I drove an hr away I wanted everything to be correct. I also don't know what her issue was because as soon as I sat down she grabbed my hands very aggressively, had i lived in the area i would have just up and left. I have never experienced that before but since my MIL lives in the area I decided to try it out for her *NOT RECOMMENDED OFC* her vibe was way off i don't know if she was having a bad day or what but she was aggressive and rude. Anyways It was indeed time for a fill so I went to LV MED AND SPA, when they were removing the gel we noticed white on my nails bed .. weird because I never had that happen before. The nail tech told me she was sorry for what I experienced there and the way I was treated especially me being 7 months pregnant.. I wasnt planning on writing a review but since we noticed the white on nail bed I decided to just let everyone on yelp know my experience. read more

I had been going to Swan Nails since October 2025 and had positive experiences. I got my nails done at the end of February and within 2 days had a nail break so I went in got it fixed no problem. Then a week later another nail broke I called at 4pm after I got off work and they told me the girl who had done my nails was off and that no one else could help me before 7pm and asked if I could come in another day when she was working. I let them know I was going out of town and needed to get my nail fixed today and was even willing to pay if needed, but still they told me there was nothing they could do. I've been getting my nails done for many years and been to many salons, this was the first time I've ever not been able to get a nail fixed (which takes all of 20mins or so). I went to another salon to get my nail fixed. Also a few days later I had a 3rd nail break. The way this was handled and the inconvenience of having 3 nails break before 2 weeks had passed has resulted in me updating my review. I do not think I will be back as I can no longer rely on them to fix their mistakes. read more

I've lived in Vegas for almost 2 years now...I've tried a few nail salons, and while this one is on the pricy side...the quality and service is the best I've had, so now I have no reason to try anywhere else. I tend to always be a walk-in as I am a busy mom of 3 and never know when I'll have time, but they are always so accommodating & well staffed. The shop itself is beautiful and clean. Decor is very glam, complete with crystal chandeliers overhead. Lots of gel color options. And the best part is -- I consistently get a great gel manicure and pedicure, no matter who I see! My last visit was a week ago. I got the prettiest red almond shaped nails done for christmas ( see attached image) and a matching pedicure. Total before tips was about $100. Unfortunately their card machine was down, first time this happened here to me, so they had to charge my mom and I via Zelle, but all worked out okay. read more

First of all I made reservation online requesting a female. I came in and my aesthetician was male. I even heard one say that they didn't even check who reserved online. The online system said Kim would be my aesthetician but it wasnt. My nails had dipping powder on. Apparently this salon didnt know how to remove. They used regular Acetone. Then the guy would dig in with a tool to remove now my thumbs are in pain. They are supposed use tools to remove dipping powder. Horrible service. read more
