Amazing is an understatement! I have been coming here for approximately 3 years and my services are never short of spectacular. To see Melissa B's comment - I'm calling her bluff! Nothing that was posted was accurate! Why didn't you post a pic of your nails if they were so awful? No one goes into the bathroom to wash our hands. They have sinks. Anyone that is a regular here knows the "tech" you are referring to truly battles allergies. She is amazing both with nails and toes, with the best pedicures I've ever had! I found this salon on Yelp. I had never been here before but the reviews were positive and seemed promising. I'm a retired manicurist and ultra picky which is why I hardly ever pay for nail services because they're usually super rushed, sloppy and it's all about the upgrades. I really wanted to have someone else treat me to my pedicure and was willing to roll the dice. I called the morning of for 2 pedicures. They were able to get my friend and I in at 1pm. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very friendly. When I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman behind the desk who confirmed our appts and instructed me to choose a color. SO MANY OPTIONS! After I was seated in my pedi chair by my manicurist. There was no name exchange which is common and I wasn't expecting it. For some reason when my friend arrived after I did she was seated and our manicurists switched. Not sure why. Maybe bc my friend wanted gel and it meant more money and it was a book balancing issue. I get it. No explanation, just is what it is. My pedicure was better than most I've had for sure. I was given a warm neck wrap and a bottle of water which was a nice touch. I opted for the Deluxe pedi which came with hot stones. My manicurist took her time trimming my cuticles, using the scrub and a fair amount of time massaging in the lotion. Next came a mask and warm towels. After a few mins there was a nice hot stone massage which felt very nice. When it came time for polish, there was a brief spray (maybe alcohol) and wipe with a towel to remove oil from the nail bed. Here's where I did have to speak up. If the nail bed is not thoroughly wiped with acetone you can guarantee the polish will chip quickly. I tried to ask her to do this but the language barrier prevented us from understanding each other. She asked who seemed to be the owner to translate and after I explained what I was requesting the owner relayed my request and my manicurist did properly clean off my nails using acetone and a cleaning brush before applying my polish. This is ABSOLUTELY necessary for those of you who have had chipped polish, make sure this step is practiced! The BEST part was she did an excellent job at painting my toe nails. I'm very particular about this step and my girl passed the test. For this reason alone I would come back! read more

If you're thinking about coming here, let me save you the time: Press-on nails from CVS would've looked better -- and at least those aren't lumpy, uneven, and shaped like they were molded in the dark. And what makes this even more disappointing is the fact that I normally come here. It's close to my house, I like supporting small mom-and-pop businesses, and the owner has always had a sweet bedside manner. I genuinely wanted to keep giving them business -- but this last visit was so bad it completely changed how I see this place. I walked into this salon and it was so empty it felt eerie. Not "quiet spa energy." Not "between appointments." I mean fully empty. I even commented, "Wow, it's slow today," and the tech practically panicked and blurted, "We have appointments coming!" Girl... relax. If business is good, you don't break into a sweat when someone notices the place is a ghost town. Before coming in, I called ahead and specifically said I needed nails and toes done at the same time. They said, "No problem." I get there -- to an EMPTY salon -- and they suddenly "can't" do both. One tech even said, "You should've requested that when booking." I DID. They just ignored it. At that point the excuses were already flowing. Then the actual service started... and I wish it hadn't. While taking off my old gel, the tech scraped so aggressively that she cut my cuticle open. I pulled my hand back and WINCED because it hurt so badly. Her reaction? In the eeriest, calmest voice: "Did I hurt you?" I said yes, and she just... kept going. Like she didn't care and wasn't even planning to stop. No apology. No pause. No concern. Nothing. When I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, I looked down and saw actual blood coming out of the cuticle. That's when I said to myself, "Okay, this is officially the worst nail appointment of my life." She also didn't trim my cuticles at all, which explains the sloppy finish. Meanwhile she's sniffling every 30 seconds, and when I asked if she was sick, she immediately snapped, "Allergies!" with the energy of someone who is absolutely lying. Between the sniffles and the bleeding cuticle, the hygiene situation was a joke. Then came the chrome -- and this is where it turned into a comedy special. She put the chrome on... and it turned black IMMEDIATELY. I've never seen anything like it. When I said something, she literally admitted it was because she used a cheap formula. Ma'am. Why are you bragging about that?? And when I said it looked thick, she tried to gaslight me and said it was "an illusion" because I have stiletto nails. No babe -- the only illusion was her pretending she knows what she's doing. My nails were visibly: LUMPY UNEVEN BULKY DEFORMED And the thickness? I genuinely don't know what technique she was attempting, because whatever it was, my nail ended up looking like a chrome-dipped cashew. She kept "fixing" the problem by adding more and more layers -- like she was putting Band-Aids on a bullet wound -- until the nail started giving full memory-foam mattress topper energy. It's so bulky it could cast a shadow at noon. To be clear: This isn't a "builder gel" moment. This isn't "a little thick because of the shape." This is structural engineering. I shouldn't need a permit to walk around with nails this inflated. The chrome is uneven, the shape is distorted, and the curvature is so extreme it looks like the nail is trying to peel itself off and escape. Press-ons from CVS look more natural than this -- and that's not even an exaggeration. At that point -- between the pain, the bleeding, my fear of infection, the cheap chrome turning black, the excuses, and the gaslighting -- I was so frustrated I couldn't even stay to have them put gel on my toes. I just wanted out of there. ...it's no mystery why nobody was in the building. Save your money, your fingers, and your sanity. There are nail techs in Vegas who actually know what a cuticle is and don't use bargain-bin chrome that oxidizes on contact. This place is not one of them. read more

I've been going here for a while now because they do a great job. I always call ahead to make sure they have availability, and even though they're so busy, they usually can fit me in a couple of hours. I just get regular pedis, no gel. Even though I get just regular nail polish, the quality of their nail polish are great and lasts a long time in comparison to other nail salons I've gone too. After searching for a decent nail salon for months I think I've finally found my spot! This place is brand new but the people that work there are seasoned professionals. The salon is cute and very clean and comfortable. My nail tech was funny and personable and knew what I wanted even when I couldn't find the words to describe the shape I was going for. He made my nails look even better than what I had in my head. After being disappointed by so many salons over the past year, I wasn't expecting much so I just went with a plain color and gel x application. After this experience, I would fully trust asking for something more complicated in the future. This service was average priced. I can't remember the exact amount but it was fairly priced for sure. The pedicure I received was the best I've ever had! My friend and I opted for one of their enhanced pedicures which are always more expensive than a standard pedicure but I usually feel the enhancements aren't worth the extra cost at most salons. This salon makes it worth every penny. We got a pedicure that was an hour and a half long and got every treatment in the book (hot milk-real milk and honey soak, scrub, callas remover, paraffin, hot stone massage lasting 15 min, etc.) and it wasn't rushed. They even had little hour glass timers set to know when it was time to switch the service they were doing so you know (and they know) that you're not getting ripped off on the massage portions of the pedicure. At $75 it was well worth it although I don't recommend this particular pedicure every time unless you have the time to spare since it did take a while. I'll probably get this one every other time I go though for sure! I can't say enough great things about this cute little spot in the southeast. I'm looking forward to my next visit! read more

First time here and I wanted to like this nail salon. It's small and clean, they wipe down each pedicure chair after use and they are friendly. They accommodated all three of us for a mani pedi. My biggest issue is that Trisha cut my big toe and did not put any alcohol on it until after the paraffin wax. Then Tammy cut my husband's thump, deeply. I didn't know how bad his cut was until after. Tammy did dump a bunch of alcohol on his so, hopefully neither of us get an infection. They can improve by paying attention when they are cutting people's cuticles. My sister was the only one that was not cut. If you do try this place after reading my review, ask for Hannah. read more
