I'm REALLY conflicted about this review. I've been a somewhat regular pedicure client as they're close to the house and have always done a good job. The gal who usually does it is fantastic. Yesterday I went in and she was busy... so someone I presume is new said to pick a chair and she'd be right over. I asked for a standard pedicure with callus removal. What I ended up with, is a toe that was pumiced so hard it broke skin and chemical burns on my ankles from the callus remover. The pedicure was mediocre at best. I wish I knew the name of who I normally sit with. I'll probably go back but only to her.

I've been to LV nails for the past two years, and I've always had such wonderful service. Winnie has always done my manicure and pedicure for that period of time. Everything went great! My Boss treated me to a pedicure, and man do I feel relaxed! The entire ambiance is great, staff is very professional and gentle. The massage chair is working wonders for my back! I've had a few pedicures and sometimes I feel like there isn't a lot of passion and personality anymore. LV Nails & Lashes deliver a comforting, friendly and relaxing environment that will keep me coming back for sure! 5 Stars Update: she got me a manicure too!! My first one ever, Winnie took care of me. This is exactly what I needed, her attention to detail was very satisfying to watch, her hands were strong and gentle at the same time. She gave me the forearm massage with passion and energy! She even popped my fingers haha I was not expecting this day and I'm glad my Boss brought me here! Thank you for the first and I'll definitely be back for the second!!

Returned because I was very satisfied with Winnie's work. Did a mani dip, and no lifts for a month!!! I should have taken a picture! But since I returned to the nail salon with my friend who recommended Winnie, I ended up having Chloe as my nail technician instead. She is also great! I wanted to change up the my nail shape to short coffin shape, and it is gorgeous! I will re-edit my review after a few weeks to give an update with nail lifting! I am hopeful that it won't! I am happy client!

Best nail salon in Nevada, extremely professional, clean and fast. The wait is never too long for a walk in and when you have an appointment they see you immediately! My nail tech is Chloe and she is very creative and detail oriented. Sometimes with my schedule going out of town often I can't see her for 3 weeks and my nails never lift. Their prices are great and I recommend this place to anyone that wants nails, eyelashes or an eyebrow wax!

I have been getting my nails done here almost four years, starting when I first moved to Vegas! Everyone here, esp Chloe goes above and beyond each time. I have a very specific way I prefer the length (one nail is different than the rest for work purposes) and she always remembers and does it exactly the way I like it. She also gives me good ideas when I come in with no plan, and the sets last a long time - and I can be quite rough on them. A++++ highly recommend, you won't be disappointed read more

I went to this place for the first time. The nail technician, Daisy was able to cut down my poor painful ingrown toenail and did an amazing job... it feels much better already!!! First time trying this salon and I was in need of a gel fill. I was immediately greeted and asked if I had an appointment. I was advised to sit at a station and a few minutes later, I was getting worked on. My nail tech was very personable and nice. LV Nails & Lashes is my go to for my manicure and pedicure! Chloe, Kim, Winnie, Grace, and the entire staff are amazing. They can fit you in without having to book too far out, they'll help you pick your colors if you need, and they can always match your vibe while your getting your service done. I had my nails done at a salon just up the street and they had someone that had no idea what they were doing.... So far I've only had Chloe, but I've heard good things from other clients in the salon getting their nails done. The salon seems busy when I come too, so I always call to make an appointment. My gel pedicure turned out beautiful , the ladies were friendly the only thing I didn't like is she didn't file my feet well and left rough patches on my heels , she also didn't remove all the gunk from under the toe nails before putting polish besides than that I'd rate this salon 8/10 read more

Yesterday was my first time at this location. I haven't been in a nail place in years, so I decided to come here and pamper myself for my birthday. I can honestly say I made a great decision. The staff here is amazingly great. The service was great. I end up getting a pedicure and a manicure and highbred eyelashes. I recommend this location, i definitely will be returning! Chloe did an amazing job on my full set of hybrid lashes. She also takes the time to wash your lashes and remove oil which other stylists do not do. The salon is very clean and relaxing . I was liking this nail salon experience because it's close to home and they will get you in and out. Unfortunately, it was my last experience that did it for me. I feel I was overcharged for a polish change and a repair for one nail. I'm not over exaggerating because I've went for this same service before and only paid 20-30.00 and that's with a design. Well this time I was charged 80.00 for a gel polish change with ombré and design on 4 fingers. Correct me if I'm wrong but I feel I was taken advantage of because of it being slow considering the down time they were having when I walked in. Furthermore, I expressed I don't want just plain nails I like designs, that's too much for just plain ombré nails. Also when she removed my color another nail broke but she said it was cracked. Ummm no my nails were freshly filled I just wanted a new color for vacation. And don't get me wrong, cool 35.00 fair it's a business everything is costly but 80 for a gel nail polish change on my hands was extreme and mind you I get regular polish on my toes. She couldn't properly match the pinks for rushing so I left unhappier and more irritated aside from being over charged for this overall overrated, rushed service and will not be retuning. To cap it off I went back because I couldn't take my polish looking so different between my hands and feet so I went back today and to not be charged she said she can go over the regular polish with a gel pink similar to my nail color. Again, I will not be returning and recommend regulars to thoroughly track what u pay because on a slow day they will try to rob you. The nail tech couldn't even clearly break down what all she was charging me 80.00 for. I went in with one broke nail the one she broke filing color off was not my problem. The design in nails were cute, thankfully but never again will I go in for any service and I actually liked the way they did my brows oh well, their loss. Good luck everyone!!!:( read more
