This was my first time coming to this nail salon and I am extremely happy with the overall experience. When I first walked in, all of the nail techs instantly greeted me and I didn't have to wait to get my nails done. My go-to is usually a full-set with short white tips and a gel manicure. My nail tech Della was so sweet and very considerate when asking about the length, shape, and details of how I wanted the nails to look. It's been such a long time since I've gotten them done and I am so glad I came to this spot because I absolutely love them. I just want to say that i think the good reviews are from people receiving 5$ off to post a review. I got a full set gel and i asked for long nails the lady said she couldn't do long nails then at the end charges me 5$ for long nails but never told me it was an extra charge. The shaping was ok and then i asked how much for the stones on my nails she doesn't say anything again. and at the end my total was 70$. I never like to complain but these were supposed to be my birthday nails and i don't think these nails were worth 70$. read more

I'm going to give 3 stars because they are really nice there but my gel manicure was really messy. I do not feel like this was a nail salon professional outcome. If I would have had an important event where I needed my nails done I would have 100% asked them to be redone. The quality of work was not worth $35. I am disappointed that I have to see my messy nails for two weeks since this is a gel manicure. On the flip side my friend had her nails done by another nail tech and they turned out really good as did another customer who sat next to me. Like I said , nice people but I had bad luck of receiving a bad gel manicure. read more

So I really really like this salon and my nails look amazing but on 7/29/22 I was OVER CHARGED for services. Walking into the salon I had a dip manicure that had been grown out after 4 weeks that I wanted to fill. However I had done a dip fill twice before that because I had asked for tips on the first time I did it. Now my natural nails (besides one finger) had grown out enough to stand on their own. So I asked the tech to please completely soak off the dip and to do the next dip set on only my natural nails. I also asked for the shape to match my natural nail shape, so almond. Not coffin not pointed just natural. I also asked for a design nothing crazy just 3 lines on each nail on top of a natural soft pink nail color. All of this should have cost only $60 plus a tip. According to their menu Dipping powder natural nails w/out manicure $50 Length of nails $5 (I had one tip put on one nail) Nail art $5 (only 3 lines per nail, nothing crazy) I was charged $75!!! The tech said I had acrylics that she had to remove. I didn't. Also that my design had to cost $15 not the normal $5. I can't believe That this was my experience after all the times I've been here. I would have tipped that regardless but I felt taken advantage of. Very disappointed. I'm finding a new salon. read more

i had to get my nails done and i didnt make an appointment. ive frequented this place before and they have always done so well with my pedis. i walked in about an hour to close and said i need a pedi and mani. the girls were very friendly and welcomed me right in. i also had a 15% off coupon they sent me to my phone (for signing up with their rewards club previously) for my birthday. i told them about the coupon during checkout. they completely honored it too. i wish i could remember these two wonderful ladies that did my nails, since i will be coming back more frequently now. the pedi with regular polish did end up chipping over time on the big toe. i got the number three on the menu because of my horrible callused feet. i would totally recommend the #3 for a pedi. maybe next time ill do gel instead on them. the different lady that did my mani took a very long time to do them. which ended up being a good thing, since she made them so absolutely perfect. i thought i would do something different than i always do, so she suggested a two tone with a pointed shape. i feel in love with the final product. she made them functional but at the same time dazzling!! she even stay an hour after close with just me in the shop to get the nails perfect. ive never had such a meticulous nail professional. i tend to get home and look and look til i find the imperfections. which is what i did here. however, i couldnt find any like i normally do. overall, i am a very satisfied client and will be returning for the fill! read more

Worst EXPERIENCE EVER. I scheduled an appointment at 1pm for myself and my friend. First no one was ready then we sat down my friend paid #2 pedicure I paid for the #3. Well after a quick pedicure for me a 1 hour a 45 later my friend was still in her chair being taken care of. I was having my nails removed they wanted 70.00 for a new set and if I wanted longer it was 5-10 more. I felt uncomfortable because those prices were never posted. And I feel I didn't get a good pedicure experience with the rushing. Crazy my friend never got her nails taken off. I was like they lacked of concern for what we needed. Disappointing experience. The last two visits: both times my gel polish chipped within the first 7 days. I don't do anything out of the ordinary to create this and I've never had this happen anywhere else! I actually told myself "let's not write a review. Let's instead, give them genuine feedback in person & try just doing a pedicure instead" I'm giving them a third chance! I gave the most generous feedback today to Heather. She was not receptive of my feedback, at all. She drilled me asking who did my nails & said I should have came back after they chipped. I explained kindly that I get very busy & that's an inconvenience for me. She then started speaking to her colleague in their language & didn't give me any time of follow up response. Charged me full price for my pedicure today and didn't offer anything to ensure better experiences moving forward. Too bad they legit don't care about the quality of work or constructive feedback, because now I'll be going somewhere else. read more

My husband and I stumbled upon this place on accident actually looking for the Thai restaurant next door . We saw they were open and had a sign that said $18 full set or pedicure . I'm from California just visiting Vegas so that was a deal compared to prices back home ! My husband and I both got pedicures together . We came back the next day and I got a short full set French tip . I'm back in the store now after almost 2 and a half weeks getting anther pedicure with my husband . Third time my wife have been here for pedicures. We have made appointments every time. Don't let the appointment fool you. They don't honor the scheduled appointment time. Usually 30-40 min sitting in a Luke warm foot bath until someone becomes available. The temperature of the spa is pretty warm so you spend 30 min or more sitting in luke warm water in a room that is super hot. Don't come here if you have a tight schedule. The decor is high fashion pay attention to the beautiful chandeliers and the music they play is R&B easy on the ears I catch myself singing along sometimes. Jimmy, and Annie are my fave techs!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I've been getting gel manicures for years. I've NEVER had the polish peel up after a week!! I mean the whole purpose of getting gel polish is so we don't have to go back to get them repainted every couple weeks!! They're having their grand opening and are offering pedis & full sets for $18. Weird tho, mine were just filed, shaped, & painted and it was $25.
