I came in here last night on Xmas Eve to get a full acrylic set with my sister. Min, the sweet wife, did my nails and OMG she was awesome! I'm pretty picky about my nails but Min was AMAZING! She was incredibly detailed and worked on my set attentively, didn't rush it, and was so amazingly kind. Best of all, I really just loved the work she did on my nails. They were exactly what i asked for, which was just a French tip with a rounded square shape (super basic but a lot of technicians just ignore whatever you say and like to assume they know better than you). She made them absolutely perfect! I live in Los Angeles but will always get my nails done by Min when I come here to visit my parents arI was so incredibly appreciative that she and Jimmy took the time to work on my and my sister's nails on Christmas Eve. read more

I used to live right by Wild Nails and this was my go to salon. Only after leaving the area did I realize how special Ming and Jimmy are. Their service and gift of self was wonderful. What a joke of an operation! I walked in 1:55 and was told 15 minutes. They did get me in a chair and my feet soaking. At 2:20, 25 minutes later, I was told there was still one person ahead of me. Jimmy is great. I have never had my nails put on so well. I have been doing tons of remodeling, and haven't broken one nail. I also get so many compliments on my nails. When i told him what shape i wanted, it wasn't any big deal, he just did as I requested. He also keeps up with all the nail trends, so i believe there is probably nothing he couldn't do. Yes, they are short staffed as they only have 2 people working here- but they are always able to squeeze me in the day of, so make sure to definitely call beforehand instead of walking in. Jimmy does my nails every time, and I always leave satisfied and happy with the results. This is a great little shop! Very friendly service, and the prices were great, with no pressure of an upsell (which I hate- I know what I want when I go in) They really listened to me, and did exactly what I wanted. The man who did my pedicure and fill was very gentle, and got a stubborn ingrown toenail out with no pain. I am beyond happy with this shop! read more

Came here today, while visiting. I sat for 25mins in water waiting, once he finally came over I noticed he grabbed instruments off a tray that where just sitting there. When I asked him how they where cleaned he got bothered, and said with disinfectant. When I explained that is not enough and they should be packaged and ran thru a sanitation machine he continued to say they wash them. The lady chimes in and say's we soak them in this, and points to a jar with brown dirty looking liquid in it. Now that I am beyond grossed out, and he is being rude, I decide against services. read more

I just want to say, this may have been the best pedicure I've ever gotten in my 25+ years of doing this. The gentleman was very meticulous in his craft. Now, there's a double edged sword to this establishment. It appears they are short staffed and the wait may be 45 minutes. One person left instead of waiting (she had been there 30 minutes past her appointment time.) Back to the positive, it was the best price I've paid in years. I tried this place because it was close to my job. The first time he couldn't get my shape right but it was fine because I ended up loving my nails afterward. This time around I could tell he had an attitude. As he was doing my nails he kept burning me with the drill. Then after he put my acrylic on I noticed lumps on my nails. He tried to tell me it was under my skin. " No, its because you didn't make sure my nails were sanded evenly after you put the acrylic on top". He then went back and fixed one nail after he got tired of me inspecting it. I then told him that more of my nails had lumps in the acrylic. He said that the Polish will fix it. After he was done I told him that he did a better job the last time I came in and that's the reason I came back. Now I'm walking around with lumps in 3 of my nails that's clearly visible. If I'm paying you my hard earned money, then asked you to fix something that you're clearly responsible for doing and you ignore me like the problem will automatically go away. Then to top if off you make excuses instead of checking your work and I still leave unhappy with my nails. I will not recommend or return. read more

Then I asked about the wait and she said it would be a long one there were only 3 ppl working and each had someone I'm their chair. They must just work really slow. I dont think I would return here. Ultra welcoming without giving the requisite "nail upsell" . I've been battling a fungus on one toe for awhile and Min is the first to ask to cut it back and leave polish off. I'm quite appreciative of that extra care. Also, this shop seems to have an established clientele. Both clients I saw took the time to acknowledge or talk me and speak with praise about the Salon.
