I had very high hopes for this place and when I ordered and the kid said it would only be a few minutes for a order of lobster Mac n cheese and lobster bisque I already was disappointed. Not only do they charge $21 for lobster Mac n cheese but check out my picture of the actual portion for the price I've been to restaurants that serve bigger portion than that for same price . Taste was a tad salty and on the soupy side. The lobster bisque had good consistency but lacked flavor . I wish them the best of luck but they definitely need to work out that portion size and most lobster Mac n cheese I've ever had are baked not soupy .

Great rolls. Delicious. Quick. Clean and modern space. Or take out. Other food stalls as well.

Authentic and excellent lobster rolls. Not quite like eating on the dock, but more than you could hope for in Central Jersey.

My first visit last night. Small but cozy place. Very informal. Has a neighborhood feel…read more Unpretentious staff and patrons. Very chill vibe. We sat at the bar and were greeted promptly by the bartender even though he was getting slammed. Our cocktails (Makers Mark on the rocks and Tito's up olives) were served promptly. Nicely chilled martini glass. :) Menu is decent size and as you would expect, heavy emphasis on seafood. Wine list is brief (by the glass and bottles) but many food friendly choices of good value. When we went to order some oysters, we were told we needed to put the entire dinner order in at one time. I thought that peculiar, so we took some more time to peruse the menu while we were shooting the breeze. We decided on a dozen oysters. I had the Seaford Special and my friend had the Mussels Bianco. We ordered a bottle of Albarino to have with dinner. The Cape May oysters came out first. Ice cold. Nice and briney. Served with ample horseradish and cocktail sauce. Wish they served a mignonette. Nevertheless, oysters on the mark. Their sesame semolina bread is delicious. No butter needed. The mussels were cooked perfectly. Reminded me of Jacque Pepin's recipe. Lots of flavor but not too much garlic. The Seaford Special was spectacular and awesome value. Lobster tail and very generous portions of clams, calamari, shrimp and scallops served over penne in a light white sauce. The Albarino paired well with both dishes. I finished with a capuccino which was hot and on the mark. Wonderful evening of banter at the bar. Perfect pace, tasty dishes and great service. Cant wait to bring my bride here. Oh. One last thought. This was a Tuesday night and the bar was full as were most tables. They do NOT take reservations so be prepared to have a drink or two at the bar while waiting for a table. Worth the wait! Cheers!

Anyway, service was great and quick for dealing with our large party, & they weren't slow that night in general. Everything was perfect & every order & drink was correct. We closed the place down and the staff never wavered on efficiency nor quality. I had a ribeye & a few Old Fashioned's. The Old Fashioned was so perfectly prepared it became the drink of the table. We were all drinking them. My rib eye was perfection (pic included). I would definitely recommend this place in this updated review. My Favorite Go-To Spot -- Always a 10/10 Experience!…read more I've been to Lukas Seafood & Grille probably four times now, and it's hands down one of my absolute favorite restaurants. Every single visit is consistently amazing -- from the moment you sit down to the last bite of dessert, everything is flawless. Service & Atmosphere: As soon as you're seated, they bring out fresh, cold water and warm bread with olive paste and butter -- it's so good and such a perfect start to the meal. The service here is impeccably fast -- nothing stays on the table for more than five minutes, and every course comes out perfectly timed. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly without ever feeling rushed. The atmosphere is beautiful -- cozy lighting, comfortable seating, and their covered outdoor area is a total win. It's warm, inviting, and perfect for evenings when you want that open-air feeling without worrying about the weather. Food: Every dish I've tried here has been fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. We started with the crab cake appetizer -- crispy on the outside, soft and savory inside, served with a creamy sauce and lemon slices. The seafood pasta was packed with mussels, clams, shrimp, and calamari in a rich tomato broth that tasted incredibly fresh and balanced. The chicken entrée with mashed potatoes and asparagus was tender and juicy, topped with a light buttery sauce that tied everything together. Each plate is thoughtfully presented with a decorative flower and herbs -- not edible, but a nice elegant touch that makes the dishes look restaurant-quality in every way. Drinks & Dessert: The drinks and wine here are fantastic! My berry cocktail was refreshing, fruity, and gorgeous -- garnished with mint and fresh strawberries. For dessert, we had the tres leches cake and the crème brûlée. Both were incredible -- the tres leches was creamy, rich, and soaked just right, while the crème brûlée had that perfect caramelized crust and soft, custardy center. Everything at Lukas Seafood & Grille tastes fresh and made with care. The service is fast, the food is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is warm and elegant. Whether you're on a date night, celebrating something special, or just want an amazing dinner -- this place never disappoints.

Nowhere is that more evident than at the Darden's near-premium chainer known as Seasons 52. Oh, they won't call them "mocktails" for fear of cheapening the experience knowing that the refined palate needs some finesse to fork over cocktail coin for infused soda water. How about Zero APV refreshers so every teetotaler can toast just like the big kids. My grandparents used to call this subtrafuge a "Shirley Temple." I don't know what you'd call it now but I can definitely see some marketing synergy with any given K-Pop band. Five stars for ingenuity.

We started with wine to match our dinners, the selection is good, nothing great and market priced. The salads were okay, and dressing was too much and drowned the lettuce. The entrees were presented well. The filet ordered medium rare was a fully cooked piece. Oh well, mass produced food on an assembly line kitchen in full view. The planked salmon was well cooked too as picture represents. Server did not ask salmon preparation selection. We each ordered one of the dessert items which are cake or similar in a shot glass with frosting or mousse or some other topping. They were good, again nothing great. No specially prepared sauces for the entrees to make things pop or standout, just basic dinner fare. On a positive note, food was much better than the Longhorn steakhouse chain or similar establishment.

It's super crispy, not greasy at all, and the homemade honey mustard sauce is amazing. It's perfect on the sesame bun and honestly one of my favorite meals to grab during the week. My boyfriend always goes for the build-your-own bowls, which he loves because he can customize exactly what he wants every time. They're always really good and a great option if you're in the mood for something tailored to you. I also went for breakfast for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. I tried the Fruity Pebbles matcha, which was pretty good, though I think I would've liked it even more with 2% milk, which they didn't seem to have. I also had the So Extra sandwich and it was so good. The hash brown was still perfectly crispy inside the sandwich, the eggs were fried just right, I loved the touch of spinach, and whatever sauce was on it really tied everything together. I'd honestly come back just for that sandwich alone. Also it's super cute inside, perfect to bring a friend or date looking for a healthier option in downtown Somerville, NJ!

I wanted to try something from the lunch menu, after asking an employee, I was told that lunch starts at 11:30am. So I came back around that time to order. I've been seeing their Big Mack Smash on social media for some time now, and it looks delicious. So I decided to I order their single patty Big Mack Smash, with angus meat and American cheese, on a plant based white bun. I don't care for sesame seeds on buns, and there was no option for a regular burger bun (without sesame seeds), so I chose the non sesame seed vegan bun. I also ordered a side of fries with garlic aioli. The plant based white bun was a little dry and the burger patty was also dry and did not have much flavor. Maybe I should have done a double patty for the burger, since it is a smashed patty and a little too thin for my liking. I felt like I was eating a dry burger bun with mostly lettuce, an occasional pickle and the Mack sauce. I probably will not order the garlic aioli again, it had a sweeter and nutty flavor to it, and I prefer more of a savory aioli. I used to order their Blackened salmon with a side of greens and Spanish rice in their BBQ Ranch flavor style, from their old menu. I do miss that meal, it was so flavorful with the crispy onions to top everything off. But I understand that they made the change to better suit the business and cut back on waste. I probably would not order the big Mack burger again. But I will definitely be back to try something else from the new menu. I've been a customer for over 6 years, and have introduced some of my family members and friends to this restaurant, and we've enjoyed our meals here for that time. I love that there are many vegan and vegetarian options here. Although I am neither, it's a great place for those who have dietary restrictions/preferences. Hopefully I find my new go to menu item soon, but in the meantime I will be ordering and trying many of the other new menu items. This is definitely the place to come if you don't want a typical vegan meal. You'd be like a kid in a candy store, with the amount of options that are here. They also have many non vegan options. Turf, Surf and Earth serves EVERYONE and that is their biggest positive!
