We came here over the Christmas holidays to do an escape room with the family . We chose the jailbreak room and it was 9 of us in there. Unfortunately we didn't make it out in time. Too many locks to unlock and we just missed clues and a few rooms apparently . The escape master was helpful and showed us what we missed. I love anything to do with zombies, especially Walking Dead, so naturally I HAD to come and try this escape room. You need to buy tickets online but I love that you can see what times and how many people bought tickets for that same time. All rooms hold up to 10 people, we got lucky and went for the 6pm availability and it was just four of us. While we didn't escape because the room was designed for 6 plus players we still had an amazing time. I highly recommend this location! This was my 3rd escape room and this was by far my fav. CHARASH! This is probably the 7th or 8th escape room that I have been a part of the team. I don't feel like the clues were very informative. Our helper kept giving us clues upon clues. Way more than he should have. We ended up just leaving they let us play well past the hour. Probably because they knew the room was garbage. Skip it. Was about $200 for the five of us. I would have felt better just heading to the ATM machine and setting my money on fire. read more

We came last night, 10/21/2023, had a great time. Broke out of the Jailbreak Room with 16 minutes to spare. As we were leaving, the lady at the counter told us we would receive a 50% discount if we came back within the next 7 days. We had so much fun, we came back today and were told it's only a 10% discount and they wouldn't honor the 50% discount even though multiple people heard her say 50%. They ended up giving us a 15% discount, and we appreciate that discount, but it wasn't 50%. We had fun last night and we are closing out our Jeep Jam weekend with an escape room adventure, we won't come back to this place. We'll stick to our old faithful, Escapology. If we thought we'd be able to get a10% discount from Escapology, we would've gone there but we were here and had already paid for parking... TOP NOTCH ACTIVITY - THEATRE AND ZOMBIE ROOMS Wow! Terrific experience lots to do pretty unique puzzles to solve. We escaped the theater room in record time by manipulation of objects in solving clues to move onto the next clue. We had so much fun we did the zombie room too. We did the theatre bomb room, and it was a lot of fun. If you do not have a big enough group they will pair you up with someone else, which was helpful because we only had six people. It is not possible to really explain how the experience is without providing details that ruin it, so I will say that the staff tried as hard as possible to make it realistic. Everything you need to escape is in the room and you have to actually think to succeed. It took some teamwork, but we were able to get it done within about 40 minutes. The only down sides are that it is a little expensive for the amount of time you spend there and the parking can be a pain. read more

Did the walking dead and the clues were not well put together, the numbers are faded and are barley seen. When we asked for hints she didn't give helpful hints. It was things we already knew. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND especially with the price we paid. Too many locks to try and finish and to maybe clues that had nothing to do with the actual escape room. read more

No masks worn by employees, no hand sanitizer and soap with a blow dryer only, no paper towels. I'm pretty skeptical about how well these teens cleaned all those surfaces we touched. At $28 per person and a $30 parking ticket, I'm not sure I would recommend this to others. It was my first time doing an escape room. We did the Wizard of Oz with our family group of 6. They were going to add 3 strangers to our group, but they weren't comfortable with that. We too were given the choice, join strangers in your room or don't do it. They chose not to play. I'm glad we didn't have others in our group for social distancing and just working together, plus it would have been crowded. We were able to use the Walkie Talkie for clues, but the idea that you got a free extra clue for checking in on FB didn't happen. I'm happy they didn't charge for pictures. Instead you're on their Instagram account and they'll take pics with your phone and touch all over it with no hand sanitizer. I hope we escaped without COVID-19. read more

What a fun activity to do! Our group of 7 did the Zombie escape room. The theme was very fun! The room was not scary more of just creepy. The puzzles were challenging and took the whole group to figure out. We escaped in with 3 minutes to spare! All of the staff is pleasant and helpful. I liked using walkies to communicate with the staff member when a clue was needed, as opposed to a TV where they typed hints in other rooms I have done. Overall a great experience! My friends and I went here for a fun vacation activity. The room looked very nice, however it did not seem to be reset correctly. We found one of the keys just laying on the floor. And were done with the room in about 30 min. When we radioed to get a hint to get the other locks in that room open. The guy told us those locks didn't matter. We basically skipped an entire room in the escape room because that key was on the floor lol. read more

I'm still a newcomer to escape rooms so I'm no expert but I feel this one was a little over priced for the production value. The puzzles where challenging enough to make it worth while but the more experienced people in my group felt it was "too linear" which made it a little easier, less rewarding. Almost as if it was leading you to the next puzzle to solve instead of figuring it out for yourself. Still put it a 4 stars so I would definitely recommend if you're in town. read more

I would've put 0 if that's an option. They let 12 people in a tiny room when the website said 10 and it would be like sardines even with 10. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and unintelligent and wouldn't let us express our concerns of the overcrowded room even in the midst of a pandemic. Avoid. Go to Break Out. We did the movie/diffuse the bomb room. We were instructed to work our way around the room and to solve each locked box clue in order to proceed to the next. Firstly, this was not the case as we were able to solve the boxes out of order without necessarily finishing the previous box. Secondly, there's really no rhyme or reason to this puzzle room; vague, as a component of difficulty is a poor substitution for logical critical thinkers. In all, the setup was amateurish and disorganized. For some unfathomable reason the start of this room required half the people to be blindfolded while the others were handcuffed to the movie seats. This had absolutely nothing to do with solving the room but rather was an obvious forced team building situation, where the seated person must guide the blindfolded person through a maze to acquire the handcuff key. We should've known we were in for disappointment when the handcuff key was missing. read more

We did a couple of the other rooms and were pleased, but this is not a place who abides by their hours. We called and were told to be there by 9:30 (they close at 10) and upon arrival at 9:20, were told they had already closed everything up. I get that they're a small company and if they're not busy, they can close as they please, but when we were told to be there by a certain time, only to be turned away, it's extremely disappointing. I will add that the first day we went, it was around 8, getting closer to close, but Tay was AMAZING. He let us do two of the rooms. This game was amazing in that it was not only a survival game buy also a scavenger hunt. This aspect added some additional chaos, but I enjoyed it. The downside of this venue is that half way through the hour, our team tried to request our second clue and we received NO RESPONSE. We had to send a team member outside to go get the game master for our second and final clue. This was disappointing. However, the space made up for that. The gane space for the Walking Dead theme was very detailed and even echoed sentiments from the show. Kudos. read more

We visited this attraction the last day of our vacation with 3 adults and 5 kids ranging in ages from 11-16 years old. It was a blast!!!! The owner was very friendly and inviting. We did the zombie escape room... It was not scary at all just designed to look like a post zombie apocalypse shelter. The decor in the room was awesome! We had to work together as a team to get out solving riddles and decoding locks. I have done escape rooms before and this one was by far my favorite! If you are thinking about it... I say just do it! Poor Value. First of all did not like the fact that we had to do the challenge with another group of people. We were out numbered and felt like we did not have control of our own game. The room was warm and felt like the air conditioning was not working. The clues were misleading. At other escape rooms they give you only clues to help solve the challenge. At MBRE they had markings and such to mislead you. Also when asking for clues over a walky-talky they gave us wrong clues for the wrong room! There was so much graffiti on the walls it was confusing!!! The Harry Potter Escape is just two rooms and not worth the money!!! Was not happy with our over priced experience. read more

On our last day of vacation, we decided to do the jail break escape room. We combined with another group of people and split into two teams. We only had to ask for assistance 3 times out of the hour escape room. The people that listened to our walkie talkie were very helpful. The workers were very respectful and made bonds with you right away so you trusted them. Being helpful with the clues we needed was very reassuring to our teams. Not to mention, we escaped!! We would recommend this escape room place because it was challenging but not impossible. People with any skill level or experience would have fun at this attraction and it is very funny to solve. We went here with a group of 8 and had a fun time. The room was less challenging than we were all hoping it would be, we solved it with about 15 minutes left on the timer. Pricing is consistent with all tourist activities, very high. Don't think we'll be back but it wasn't a complete bust, a fun indoor activity to try out. read more
