My buddy and I are visiting from California and our trip at Myrtle Beach was left on a high note with this incredible escape roomFrom the moment we walked in we were blown away by the energy and enthusiasm of the staff. The entire team radiated positivity making the whole atmosphere super exciting and fun! Brian and Christian were absolutely fantastic they went above and beyond to make sure our experience was unforgettable. Their energy was contagious and their fun attitude added so much to the experience, they were always there to provide just the right amount of guidance while making us feel like we were part of the adventure. It was clear they truly care about what they do and it made all the difference! The environment itself was very immersive and the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive! We couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up our time in Myrtle Beach. We had such a blast and the experience was one for the books! 10/10 When we come back we'll definitely be visiting again! We absolutely LOVE coming to The Escape Game in Myrtle Beach! We've been visiting for the past two years and have tried several different rooms, and every experience has been amazing. What truly keeps us coming back, though, is Jose. His customer service is beyond exceptional--he is always welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. He goes out of his way to make the experience special for my boys (now 13 and 10), and it never goes unnoticed. In fact, my 10-year-old's favorite thing to do when we're in Myrtle Beach is come see our "friend" Jose and play an escape game--and honestly, it's one of my favorite things to do too! Jose consistently creates such a fun, positive, and memorable experience for our family. It's rare to find someone who cares this much and connects so naturally with guests. To whoever is in charge--if you're reading this--he is truly your most valuable asset! That said, your entire team is always fantastic, but Jose definitely holds a special place in our hearts. Everyone was so amazing. We did three escape rooms over the weekend. After the first trip, you get 20% off your next booking, or discounted gift cards for a future visit. After our third room they gave us a game passport and free pins for the three rooms we escaped, as well as a fourth pin for a game we played in the past! They also hand wrote a happy birthday card for my husband and all signed it while we were in the game, so we got it before leaving. All the games have been great fun and the puzzles are a good challenge without feeling impossible. One of the groups we were with had a baby that was upset, so the mom had to exit the game and Anthony let them know that their ticket had been refunded since they couldn't participate in the game. Eric was our (mines and my brothers) guide, to say he made our experience exceptional would be an understatement. Me and my brother had decided to do the hardest escape room (Prison Break) as our first ever room.. we struggled. A lot. Eric noticed our struggle and decided he would give us hints (which we are forever grateful for because we were overly stubborn on doing this on our own). This experience was one of a kind and will forever be a core memory for me. Shout out to Kate and CJ for also helping us out and putting a smile on both our faces as we came in and as we got out. Hunter was an incredible guide. This was the second time we've come (back to back days). Our son turned 8 today, and his one request was to come back for another adventure. We did gold rush this time and just like time traveler there was plenty of fun for everyone to take part in. The team surprised us with birthday decorations and merchandise in our final room and our son was absolutely delighted. No detail was unnoticed. The team remembered our son's name and his love for axolotls from the day prior for a handmade card. The marketing team is on point! read more

Went yesterday with a group of friends and we had so much fun! We joined a few people for a total of 8 and everyone was super nice and worked really well together! We have all done escape rooms before at different places but I really enjoyed how the puzzles were challenging but not impossible. We only used two hints and our game master Charles was super helpful. I bought a gift card (and pin) after we finished (with 13 minutes to spare!) and can't wait to come back and do other rooms (and get more pins). We had a ton of fun with the Cosmic Crisis room! Our guide, Kiarra, did an amazing job at providing hints and the room had a well designed mix of logical and physical puzzles. We found ourselves running from room to room, solving fun group puzzles- which shined even at two players. The Escape Game has always provided a satisfying mix of high quality interactive technology and more tactile set pieces, and this room was not an exception. read more

Came here for a birthday and honestly didn't know what to expect, but we had such a great time! The escape room was so much fun, and the workers were absolutely awesome--so friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. The room was awesome! Our host, Andrew I think his name was, did great, and made the experience amazing! The room was so detailed, and all of the devices to open certain components were so cool! It is pretty expensive and $45 per person no matter the size of the party. Overall great experience and all staff are super friendly and supportive! Will be going again read more

I love the multi room aspect of the escape room. our game host Eric was also very fun, and very helpful when we got stuck! the hostess was very friendly and lightened the mood exceptionally before we even set foot in the room. it was a very fun experienc. we had done timeliber the other day and had to come back to do anothe. We decided to do the depths and it was very fun! we got set with another group of people and it was a little awkward at first but soon it was fine and we had a great time figuring it all out.
