We had a great time!! It's a combo of indoors and outdoors. And ground level playing and also climbing of many, many flights of stairs. A little at a time. Great exercise. Love the different scenery. We did the Minotaur side this time. We had done the conch side prior which was fine. But it seems like the Minotaur side has better scenery. (I was scared it might be creepy given Minotaur is a scary mythical creature--but it is likely just a play on words for miniature golf--and is kid (and wimpy parent) Friendly!! I really liked that there are indoor portions. And there are a lot of holes with shade. Mixed in with the unshaded outdoor portions. We were a little disappointed that the shaved ice stand was not operating when we go half way through. We were looking forward to that!! There is a little snack area at the beginning/end that sells all sorts of things including ice cream where you can recover and spend more money. In the past they had photographers who would take your picture and try to sell you a photo package but they also gave you a free postcard sized picture of your group. We had fun on our trip to Mt Atlanticus mini golf. We only had time for the Minotaur Course. It has some great views and the holes are fun. The staff was friendly and they do offer Military discounts which I appreciated. Would've like to sink that 19th hole for the lifetime pass but it's a tough one. There is some concessions (shaved ice and machines) about halfway through. That was nice because it was pretty sticky outside. The squawking parrot was fun to hear. Someone told me this is the tallest course in the world. Sounded cool to me and it definitely was the tallest course I've ever been to. Would highly recommend it if you're into mini golf. I love mini golf and looked through reviews of all the ones in Myrtle and ultimately chose this one. Multi story mini golf with 2 courses to choose from. This truly is a monstrous place and lots of walking and not wheelchair or stroller friendly at all. We chose the upper course but would try the cave next time. They move the holes on this course to mix it up. It has an old school vibe with no windmills. They have a private free parking lot which is a plus. You can get a Minotaur trophy if you win and pay. Excellent courses that runs indoors and out including numerous trips up stairs to treehouse type holes. Not super fancy, but holes are set for various configurations which would change the experience between visits. A few blocks from beachfront hotels we just walked over. $12 for 1 round or $19 for an all day pass. We played both courses and enjoyed it. Mt. Atlanticus is the real deal for mini golf. The holes were unique and kept us guessing on the best way to approach each hole. There felt like genuinely different ways to play and each had a risk and reward. The course felt really thought through even down to the details like places to exit each hole that were easier to step over. Several practices areas were spread out along the course and there were lots of benches and seating to take a rest. Overall, I was really impressed with this course and we had a lot of fun! We really enjoyed our time here. It was MUCH better than another course we went to near by. The holes are unique and have a level of difficulty that makes it entertaining. We did the caves course and enjoyed climbing up the stairs to different levels and playing both inside and outside. There were a few places on the course that needed some repairs, but it didn't deter us from playing. There are extra holes to practice on while you wait for other groups to finish their holes. There were also lots of seating areas everywhere. We went in the morning on a weekday in off season and there was hardly anyone there. read more

This is one of the top rated courses on the Grand Strand. They have two 18 hole courses, we just had time for one and we went with the Minotaur course, cost about 12 bucks each. The course really goes high, there are a lot of stairs to climb, but it has some nice waterfalls and inanimate animals. My family and I went here for spring break a couple weeks ago. Place was nice, not handicapped friendly if anyone was wondering though. There were many steps to go up which wasnt a problem but I was going through a ankle recovery from surgery and it is harder to go downstairs. I saw they had an elevator which was uplifting but when trying it, it was not working. They had no sign saying it was broken or anything. October 2020 - COVID Review: It was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and one of our friends that visits the area every summer told us this was her favorite mini golf! There are two courses and for $15/per adult, it was a pretty decent deal! Especially because you're allowed to come and go as you please until 8pm that day with your receipt. If you only have time for one course, I recommend the Minotaur course for the most scenic view. If it's too hot, then the Conch course has more holes inside the caves. This is the best miniature golf park we have ever been to. My husband and I and my parents went and loved it. There is stair climbing but it is only one level at a time, every couple homes. Holes are fun and challenging for all ages. Once you get to the last hole there is an elevator to come back down if needed . Highly recommend! read more

Aesthetically one of my favorite mini golf spots I've been to and definitely the largest. There's two courses consisting of 18 hole courses each and a bonus one where if you get one shot for a lifetime pass. The courses (cave or lake) both take you on a small journey around the place from indoors to outdoors, back indoors and then to the top. Pretty scenic and relatively well maintained area for the size. The courses themselves do lack variety. There were maybe one or two holes that I was impressed by but other than that most of them did not make an impression. Basically just aim straight. Overall course designs were too simple and easy. It lacked any moving parts or intricate maneuvers to reach the hole. Some courses just looked very busy but the hole was a straight shot and everything else on the course was just unnecessary. read more

We arrived ( 5 ) and were checking out the various courses offered before we decided to play. My husband gave the woman behind the counter his credit card and before the transaction was completed I said " I see you offer local discount" She said it's too late, your card already went through. I am fully aware that once a transaction is made it can easily be canceled and rerun but she was so adamant about it being too late - no apology- no " gee- I'm sorry" ... nothing!!! Being locals to the area in addition to seniors - we take advantage of the discounts offered. A little customer service will go a long way. Shame on you. read more

We went here this afternoon and played the Minotaur Course. It was so much fun! We especially enjoyed watching the ducks and large Koi fish swim around the course. I also want to mention that the lady inside was so sweet and welcoming. This activity was very inexpensive, and something all four of us thoroughly enjoyed. A few tips I want to pass along are 1) Everyone playing gets one ball. If you majorly over punt and it ricochets into the deep water, you're done. You might can pay for another ball, but you would have to ask. 2) Be extremely careful if it starts raining, as the walkway gets extra slick. Trust me, I busted my butt today as I was walking along paying more attention to the ducks swimming nearby than what my feet were doing. 3) They don't sell concessions, but halfway through the course there are drink machines. The machines have Powerade, bottled water, and Coke Cola sodas for $2 each. We each had to have one to give us a few refreshing swigs to finish the rest of the course. read more
