Instead of offering to check the room or ask the staff if anyone had found it, the owner quickly told me they were not responsible for personal belongings left behind. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about bringing any valuables into this business.

I had really bad neck pain that she was able to help with and she was great on the legs! The hot stones and oil combination was my favorite part. I love the atmosphere of this place everything was so calming and clean, definitely am going to recommend to my friends and family.

Pressure was not the best, for me wasn't a big deal but for my partner she wanted a lot more pressure which they weren't able to sustain (after asking her whether to increase the pressure or not). I think one thing that could make the experience better is if the masseuses slowed down a bit, focused more on providing deeper pressure and trying to pinpoint/find the knots in our body. Although I got a 90-minute couples massage it felt like segments were rushed and I never quite felt like I got into that relaxed mode. It pains me to say since the staff were all so friendly, but at the price point ($174.49 before tip) it may be a little while until I return :(..

My mom said when she booked these, she looked at other places in the area and none could fit us all. Once we arrived the team there took care of us individually and explained the next steps. I truly felt so taken care of and not just "moving" to the next spot. After talking with the staff, we learned it is family owned, there is even a mother daughter duo who work there! My hubby enjoyed his hot stone message and head spa while I enjoyed my head spa. The prices are a bit steep and there is a little bit of a language barrier but not enough to ensure I don't come back in the future. This place was pretty clean and the employees were nice. It was very bright and seem to be very busy as well. Please note that it is located in the end of a strip mall so it could be a little hard to find but not impossible. As far as the services go, the head spa was very calm and I enjoyed it, especially for it being my first time. My hubby said the same thing as well; calming and soothing. Definitely a great way to relax. I thought it was really cool that with the head spa the took you to a spot with a camera where they can show you the condition of what your hair looked like before the head spa and what it looked like afterwards. This entire experience was really relaxing and if another day was needed for relaxation, I would definitely consider this place in the running.
