When I returned the car they claimed the largest dent occurred when I had the car. I believe this was there before I took possession of the vehicle. They refused to show me their documentation of the dings and charged me and my insurance. To me this was a total scam and I will never use this company again. Then they send a rental agreement with a $300 deposit added to it that was never mentioned. When I told them that I did not want the car and wouldn't agree to the terms and asked that my $572 charge be credited back to my account they refused and further stated that if I disputed the credit card charge they would charge me an additional $100. All this occurred 2 weeks prior to my scheduled rental date. Hopefully my credit card company will be able to make this unscrupulous company honor my request and credit my card for a vehicle rental terms that were never agreed to and a vehicle that I never used.
