We had confirmed that they would have a van for us or worst case scenario...some larger transit van but when we came to pick up the car, they only had an SUV. We took it because we didn't have another option. We consisted for 4 adults and 2 children in car seats and this SUV only had 3rd row seating. We also needed to fit a double stroller in and when you use the 3rd row you basically get no trunk room. After 24 hours we took it back and went up the road to Budget Car Rental to get a minivan. And surprisingly, they were a very competitive rate as well! I just wish they would have given us the vehicle they promised.

Then they send a rental agreement with a $300 deposit added to it that was never mentioned. When I told them that I did not want the car and wouldn't agree to the terms and asked that my $572 charge be credited back to my account they refused and further stated that if I disputed the credit card charge they would charge me an additional $100. All this occurred 2 weeks prior to my scheduled rental date. Hopefully my credit card company will be able to make this unscrupulous company honor my request and credit my card for a vehicle rental terms that were never agreed to and a vehicle that I never used.
