We had confirmed that they would have a van for us or worst case scenario...some larger transit van but when we came to pick up the car, they only had an SUV. We took it because we didn't have another option. We consisted for 4 adults and 2 children in car seats and this SUV only had 3rd row seating. We also needed to fit a double stroller in and when you use the 3rd row you basically get no trunk room. After 24 hours we took it back and went up the road to Budget Car Rental to get a minivan. And surprisingly, they were a very competitive rate as well! I just wish they would have given us the vehicle they promised.
