My wife is a nervous passenger and I usually have to say something to drivers, but Doug was slow, careful and cautious. And the fare was reasonable too! I highly recommend Kathy's Taxi Kab. They are 'Klearly' quite 'Konsiderate', 'Kapable' and 'Karing'!

Driver had been on shift for over 36 hours, mentioned how tired he was. He talked on his cell phone while driving in the dark. Car was disgustingly filthy. Seatbelt was missing. Car was sooo gross I was afraid I might stab myself with a drug syringe possibly stashed in there if I put my hand in the crack to see if I just needed to dig it out. This driver and vehicle should not be in service. I delayed in posting this, the business was not on yelp, yet. I wish we would have had time to call for a different taxi- this was soo gross and disgusting I washed my hands and wanted to change clothes at the airport.

Pam and her assistant actually went into my son's home ( he lives in a group home with 12 others), She knocked on 2 doors until the last person told her my son's room. Knocked on his door, he had overslept thru his alarm, and woke him. She stayed on the phone with me the entire time. Who does that?? Seriously, I cannot imagine any other car service to have that much concern and willingness to help in a situation like above. On his return, his first flight was delayed so long he ended up in a hotel and flying out the next morning. I texted Pam several times keeping her updated on the situation. She answered every text and was right there to pick him up when his plan did come in the following morning. I wish I could give 6 stars because I surely would. Previously: Well my reservation isn't until August 8th for my son in Port Charlotte. But I already feel very comfortable with this service. Pam has emailed and texted and called me to be sure all is correct. Their prices are quite reasonable and they provide a soft drink for the ride. I will write another review in August after they actually pick my son up for both ways but I'm pretty sure they will still get 5 stars from me

I was visiting my parents for a long weekend and called to schedule an early morning pickup to the airport. Knowing that I would need a cab at 5am I called two days ahead of time so they could schedule it and thus reduce the inconvenience. Ironically the dispatcher made a snide remark about being sure I was going to be there because "her drivers were getting tired of no shows". Fast forward two days, I'm sitting on the front porch at 4:45am with the porch light on, bags beside me, ready to go. 5am comes and goes. At 5:10 I call the taxi service and it goes straight to voice mail. At 5:15 I finally woke my parents up and they ended up driving me to the airport. I made my flight but no thanks to Mary's Taxi. No call, no show and very unprofessional.
