These guys are the real deal and they live up to their name! Being from Chicago, I assumed I could make a call to some companies I found on Yelp and find a limo from North Port, FL to Tampa airport without issue. Just a matter of finding a service and giving them a call. It would be easy. Not so. Turns out getting a ride from North Port to Tampa is not something many car services are willing to do. At least those on the front page of Yelp. Feeling in a pinch, I called a national limo service and they said the trip would cost me over $400. I thought, maybe a taxi. Over $200. So then I clicked through to the second page of airport transportation listings on Yelp and see Always Reliable Transportation. Turns out they DO go to Tampa airport. Bingo! And their rate was fantastic! Unlike the other limo companies I tried to call where I got a garbly-recorded voicemail, I got a person on the line the second the phone rang at Always Reliable. They were friendly, helpful and gave me the confidence to know they were the right service to get me to Tampa. They confirmed with me the night before so I could rest easy knowing they'd be there in the morning. Did I mention they picked me up at 4am? Sharp. Just like they promised. Mike the driver was great. He drove safely and we had great conversation. He's the kind of guy that you feel like you've known him for years when you first meet him. Absolutely top notch. Between my wife and I traveling for business over the last 10 years, we have taken hundreds of limo rides and have used multiple transportation services over that time. I can honestly say that Always Reliable was one of my best experiences. My mom is 76 years old and lives in North Port. We can now rest assured that when we have her fly to visit us in Chicago we can book her through Tampa knowing we've got a stellar service to get her to the airport. These guys are aces. read more

I cannot say more great things about Pam and the peace it gave me to know she was picking up my 18 year old daughter. My daughter was invited by a friend to spend Spring Break at her grandparents place in Naples. She bought her own ticket to Punta Gorda not realizing that it was too far for them to pick her up. I was so worried about what kind of transportation she could take on her own to get there safely. I did not trust Uber for her alone, especially after some horrible stories I had heard. When I started calling places, not only was I shock by the cost, but I did not get a good feeling. After reading reviews about Always Reliable Transportation, I decided to call. Talking with Pam gave me immediate calmness. She could empathize with me having a teen daughter herself, she explain how she would send a picture and have her text me. She also describe the town car and that they would have water or soda for her. And to top it all, it was the most reasonable and affordable price. Unfortunately, she could not pick her up from Naples and back to Punta Gorda airport on the return, but Pam then recommended Lori who owns another independent transportation business to get my daughter. Thank God that worked too and she honored the same price Pam gave me. My daughter told me they were both wonderful and she felt comfortable the whole time. What an amazing couple and corporation! They are doing it the right way! When our 18 y/o high school senior decided last minute that her and a friend wanted to go to Florida for spring break, I was reluctant since they are unable to rent a car in Florida because they are not 25. Since the hotel was an hour away from the airport, how were they going to get there. So I tried to look up cab companies and even downloaded Uber for her. Luckily I found reviews for this company. I contacted Pam and put my mind at ease! Pam and her husband themselves picked the girls up at the airport at baggage claim and took them to their hotel. My daughter sent me messages that they were ok and loved the couple that picked them up. She was so appreciative that it wasn't some weird cab driver! They then arranged a time to pick them back up to make sure they would make their return flight home. As a parent, I really appreciate the value that this couple has in their company! They took excellent care of our kids and made me feel at ease that they would be taken care of as if they were family picking them up! Pam returned my initial call within hours so I could make a reservation for pick up in Englewood going to Punta Gorda, FL - an hour's drive. Pam called me again 24 hours before pick up time just to confirm. The day of pick up, both Mike and Pam arrived precisely on time. The safe and relaxing drive was superb - from the spotlessly clean Town car, to the ice cold refreshing beverages, and the comfortable conversation we shared. I had never used this company's service before nor even met them, but by the time we arrived at Punta Gorda, I felt like I was saying good-bye to 2 dear friends who I had known all my life! I recently arranged transportation for my parents trip out of town. Pam was awesome in communicating with me about the entire process. She notified me that while the original return date was full, she kept them on a cancellation list and called a few days later to let me know that they could be accommodated. The driver was prompt (even early!), courteous and very helpful in bringing them to PGD for a very early flight on Christmas Eve. The service continued with making sure they were where they needed to be. The pickup was also flawless. They tracked the incoming flight and were waiting at baggage claim without any delay. Outstanding service!! Mike was at my door with umbrella at 4 am for my trip from North Port to TPA. Great, comfortable and stress-free ride to the airport, arrived early. My flight home was diverted due to weather, but Mike and Pam were there to greet me when I finally arrived. Mike even got a wheelchair for me since my ankles were so swollen it hurt to walk. Love the personalized service, attention to detail, ice cold water, and plush town car waiting for the ride home! I will definitely use their service again. From the first phone call, Pam was honest, helpful and incredibly professional. On the day I would have used the service, Pam contacted me first thing in the morning.... I just recently used Always Reliable Transportation, and they were great! Due to a family emergency, I was unable to travel to Florida with my kids over spring break, but Pam and Mike were very accommodating and picked up my 16 and 13 year old boys from the airport. They made sure they got to the boys grandmas house safely in Englewood, and picked them up at the end of their vacation(my mom went along this time also), and dropped off in Fort Myers. Mike was great last Tuesday. He helped drive my Dad and I from Tampa to North Port. My Dad was coming from California after a quintuple bypass, and Mike was great helping to navigate through the airport, carrying luggage, oxygen and everything.
