I tried Ubers a few times to and from the airport and fir my guests, but they were not always reliable and 2 drivers didnt speak English and had to have the Uber all translate communication. We are regulars with Brys service as we travel from RI to Venice, FL often. We have never been disappointed. Yesterday was no exception. As expected these days, our late afternoon flight from Providence was delayed and when we finally did arrive in Punta Gorda we were kept onboard for an extra 30 minutes as they determined a "parking spot" for our plane. Fred was in the cell lot waiting patiently and reassured us that "this happens all the time here"... after we apologized for his long wait. So, he was driving us to our condo in Venice after 10pm, which was supposed to have been around 8:30pm. When booking, we have the option to request a certain driver and we will always ask for Fred. Beautiful and clean car and he's a cautious driver. We wouldn't consider using any other car service for our travels in the Venice area. read more

I would like to share how wonderful our driver, Luis, was. Unlike our first experience with our driver, Rick, who was 40 min. late for pick up to the airport. (dirty car) Luis picked us up on time, with a clean nice car. Very pleasant. We left a jacket in his car. He contacted me and returned the jacket to my house!! How wonderful! Thank you Luis! For the lack of good planning we needed to change plans durning the 4th of July annual trip to Sarasota. Tickets to SRQ were soooo expensive we looked into going through Punta Gorda. Worried it could be a bust, and not get us to the airport on time and forget about us all together, held my breath and booked them. I was in a rut and had to find transportation to the airport 1.5 hours away for the next way. I didn't feel confident that Uber or Lyft would be reliable so I did a quick google search local transportation companies and Bry's car service came up. After reading all of the wonderful reviews I scheduled a 4:10 AM pickup. There were tons of available times and I received an email confirmation immediately. Within the hour I received a text message from my driver, Mary Ann. Mary Ann arrived about 10 minutes early the next morning and was so friendly and wonderful. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable. Even though it was so early, we had a great conversation and it was an enjoyable experience. I can't say enough about this car shuttle service to Fort Myers Airport. I was nervous based on the time of day, missing our flight, getting a driver that wasn't nice or drove too fast. Our driver Jason was on time and SO professional. We felt at ease immediately and his driving was awesome (one hour drive). I'm a talker and maybe he didn't want to talk at 4am, but he did because I did! He was such a nice gentleman working a few jobs to support his family. Definitely will use this service again. That's where the positives end. The car A/C was not working and the vehicle smelled so strongly of cats and urine that our clothes carried them smell onto the plane with us. My Response: Book the service to pick me up 2 hours and 40 minutes before flight, he was 20 minutes late. Then he went to the wrong airport brilliant. Then, due to hurricane Ian, I decided to postpone my flights and they were very understanding about my cancellation and gave a full refund.
