Pam and her assistant actually went into my son's home ( he lives in a group home with 12 others), She knocked on 2 doors until the last person told her my son's room. Knocked on his door, he had overslept thru his alarm, and woke him. She stayed on the phone with me the entire time. Who does that?? Seriously, I cannot imagine any other car service to have that much concern and willingness to help in a situation like above. On his return, his first flight was delayed so long he ended up in a hotel and flying out the next morning. I texted Pam several times keeping her updated on the situation. She answered every text and was right there to pick him up when his plan did come in the following morning. I wish I could give 6 stars because I surely would. Previously: Well my reservation isn't until August 8th for my son in Port Charlotte. But I already feel very comfortable with this service. Pam has emailed and texted and called me to be sure all is correct. Their prices are quite reasonable and they provide a soft drink for the ride. I will write another review in August after they actually pick my son up for both ways but I'm pretty sure they will still get 5 stars from me

He could've easily charged an arm and leg for a last minute ride, but he charged his normal fee, which was surprisingly cheap! No one was available to provide me with transportation to RSW. So I booked passage with Surfside Airport Shuttle Service. My ride , scheduled for a 10:00 a. m. Pickup , arrived a few minutes early. Kimberly was my driver and we enjoyed a pleasant conversation en route to the airport. I was the only passenger as the service is exclusive. I noticed that the van in which I was being driven was very clean , inside and outside. This is a small family owned business. The fare was $56.00 for one person or two. More than two people and the price is increased. But 2 can travel for the same price as one, $56.00. We arrived at RSW Airport in plenty of time for me to catch my flight. If in need of airport transportation I would recommend Surfside Airport Shuttle Service. The service is prompt , clean and dependable. For all of the aforementioned reasons I give this service 5 Stars. Sorry , I forgot to take a photo of the beautiful White Van which is clearly marked with the Surfside Logo. Maybe next time ...
