We had a great experience at Campbell RV. We took our A class in for potential brake pads. They were able to check it out right away and let us know. Our contact was Sean and we felt he was kind, professional, and honest. Definitely recommend Campbell RV and we will be using them if the need were ever to arise again in the future. Thank you!

what a wonderful experience we had purchasing our "new to us" travel trailer. we were treated like family and it was so appreciated.

We wish we could have added more stars!! We urge you to go to Campbell RV in Sarasota, FL to look, compare and buy any RV. We bought a Flagstaff in the summer and stored it a couple miles away from Campbells. First thing you do is to ask for Dan Ali !!! He was amazing. We went through two new salespersons at Campbell because we didn't have the name of a sales people. The first two were nice and all but the third one, Dan Ali wasn't new at all and Dan was amazing! After Hurricane Milton, they helped us get the new camper out of storage place with a lot with trees. The truck got stuck in the mud and it was a mess. The camper had a gouge in caulk and a small hole in only the top part of the roof. Their service was 3 weeks out but they plugged the hole and cleaned the whole camper in 24 hours so we could get it to the RV park. We told them all along that we came there because they have the best "reviews." And, now, we hope others will go there, too. You won't be sorry

We visited several RV companies and chose Campbell RV in Sarasota. Our salesman, Derek, couldn't be more helpful. He was knowledgeable and patient, showing us the campers in our price range with the options we required. We are seasoned campers and Campbell RV made it an enjoyable experience.

From start to…read morefinish they make you jump through their hoops and they are unwilling to be even remotely flexible. I do not recommend Pops. Driving 2.5 hours one way to look at a motorhome? Well you won't be able to test drive it. Nope, you need to drive 2.5 hours back home, negotiate a price, sign a contract and then drive back another 2.5 hours to test drive and then decide if you want to proceed. And then wait for them to refund your $1000. I was told it was unfair for me to go test drive on the first visit, as though it's a waste of time, but if you talk to the owner's they are happy to have you drive it, they want to sell it, not sure where the disconnect is but definitely not friendly for the buyer. In addition, they sent me a form to sign online, when the form didn't work they were kind enough to offer to 'dumb it down'. They clearly don't know the rules of my state (Massachusetts) for registering a motorhome and talked down to me about the process when I said I needed the Title to register it ("The way these things work is..."). Now, even though I own it, it sits in someone else yard while Pop sends the Title back and forth across the country before I can register it and bring it home. Pops wouldn't help, they blame the lender, the lender blames Pops, no one is accepting responsibility or offering to make help make it right. Save yourself the headache and heartache and sell or purchase your motorhome elsewhere.

They offered me a very fair rental rate and a primo spot I was able to access 24/7....a rarity in many places! I was thinking about possibly doing a consignment deal to try to sell my 2015 Winnebago Era 170 while I was there, so the guys went through my unit thoroughly and gave me an idea of what it was worth. No hassle and they let me think it all over for a couple of weeks. No pressure. I decided against a consignment sale and opted instead to continue to drive it for another year. I'm headed back in a month for my annual trek. I wouldn't consider storing my unit anywhere else. Great guys who make customers feel like family. Who knows, I just might do that consignment deal this year!!

I bought a 2004 Jayco Greyhawk class C RV from these guys. I did what I thought was a pretty…read morethorough inspection prior to buying it and it was bought "as is" with no expressed warranty. I was happy with the final price and they did a very thorough walk thru with me showing me how everything worked and fixed any of the things I found wrong which was mostly superficial broken things like trim molding, plastic parts, etc... after getting it home I started encountering more issues that my test drive didn't reveal but I don't really think it was intentional on their part. I did the needed repairs and got it ready for a trip to Montana. I bought it during the dry season and about a month after I purchased it, we started getting very heavy rains everyday. About 100 miles into my 6000 mile trip out west while filling up the gas tank I noticed a very small deformation on the front side of the nose cap. There was a stick on reflector where it was protruding and I pealed it back to reveal a quarter size hole in the fiberglass right at the seam. I put a piece of tape on it and kept driving. We made it to GA and the tape had pulled off and the side panel was swollen and pulling back from the corner seam. I bought some incredibly strong "as seen on TV" waterproof sealing tape and taped over the hole and the seam. We did not want to cancel the trip over this but it was extremely nerve wracking because I was afraid that side panel was going to start ripping off. We kept an eye on the tape and added more as needed but the air pressure was causing the swelling and delamination to get worse. By the time I got home it was swollen all the way back to the bunk window. I called a delam repair company and they told me it would probably cost 5-7 grand to fix it! I was completely devastated as I still owe 22 grand on this thing. After further research I figured out that the stick on reflectors were added to cover the hole as they were not on any other Greyhawk I saw for that year. I brought it back to RV World expecting them to tell me to kiss their ass and that it was sold as is. They were very calming and said that they would try and fix it for a lot cheaper than what I was quoted and only charge me what their costs were. They had my RV for a month and when they called me to tell me it was done I was expecting them to say it was thousands of dollars to fix. The water damage got into the overhead bunk and all behind the panel. They had to replace a lot more than we originally thought but they fixed it right. They replaced the bunk, had to pull the bunk window and replace the panel behind it. It was a major repair and they did a great job! I couldn't be happier and they didn't try and rip me off or even charge me what the repair was worth. They took great care of me even though they had zero obligation or anything to gain.

I have had nothing but problems. I was repeatedly told that my warranty on the total vehicle started the day that I purchased it. Surprise, first time I went to RAM dealer I was told that I did not have a basic warranty so I got to pay for it myself. Gerzeny's , David Hekes, told me that he would get the warranty in place and pay for my repair bill. A month and a half later neither has taken place. I am going back to the RAM dealer and again I will get to pay for it myself. Gerzeny's are either incompetent or a bunch of liars. I believe a bit of both. Had I known that it was a 2022 vehicle I would not have bought it. The service department does not return calls. I left a message Friday, Saturday and Monday. No call back. I actually had to drive down on Tuesday, from Bradenton since they would not return a call. I have a ceiling leak behind the microwave. After 8 days they said they could not duplicate the problem.
