Please be very sure before use this company for your Wedding needs. They are not detail oriented nor do they follow through with checking or confirming destinations. Do not expect them to come through and help in a situation if you have made the mistake. The company is however very good at throwing in your face your mistake. This situation happened to us this weekend. The interesting thing that I discovered was that when the driver reaches a hotel to pick up a Bride/ wedding party or guests , the driver does not confirm with the front desk to notify the party. The driver instead waits until they come out. This was the case this weekend for us. We were all waiting for the Bride, bridal party and the guests. It was not until the Bride called to find out where her transportation was that it was realized that they had gone to the wrong hotel. The cars had to be rerouted. The Bride arrived first. The Bride had to wait about 15-20 minutes for her guests to be picked up and brought to church. Prime time was aware that there was going to be at least a 45 min. delay. It was disappointing that they did nothing to expedite or help the situation. All I heard was lip service and the mistake I made. Yes, I did make a mistake. I had said in my email the hotel was the Courtyard Marriott University Park. I did not know there was another Courtyard Marriott by Sarasota Airport. If feel as a transportation company they should have verified as they did on other things via email which Courtyard Marriott on University. Even though I was explicit and said University Park Marriott. So beware when you book this co for a complicated Project . They can not handle it. read more

I went down to Florida this past summer (July 2014) for a family reunion and wedding. I hired a different limo company for transport to and from the airport and they were a no show. After doing a search of yelp I found Primetime Limousines, Inc. and they moved mountains to accommodate me. They really understood that I was in a tough spot and needed transportation. I called them up, the woman who answered the phone was very professional and understanding. They happened to have an available car and they came to the airport within an hour to pick me up. Primetime's customer service and limo driver was FABULOUS!! I was so thankful they were able to help me out at the last minute and provided superior customer service on top of it! Thank you!!! I used Primetime Limo as recommendation from a friend just to go out on the town, and better then a DUI. I didn't know what to expect. Well dressed gentleman, and clean Town car arrived, 15 minutes early. Very cordial, and professional. He provided a cell number whereby i could reach him in a minutes notice. nice way to end the evening. This company did an outstanding job from the moment I called the office. The reservation was accurate, I was given an email confirmation, then they showed up in a beautiful stretch limo that was spotless and smelled like a new car. Our driver was very attentive to our needs and he new how to drive a limousine. He was smooth and we didn't get bounced around.
