Pictured here is their "mix over rice" with big, steaming chunks of lamb and chicken, and the hot and delicious triangle samosas they've just recently added to the menu, made to order. 631-507-2618 is the published number and they accept phone orders, although you still need to pick it up yourself. There are naturally times when they're busier, during the peak of the lunch and dinner rush for instance. But preparation has always been surprisingly quick, in my experience. Usually open 7 days a week, late morning until around 9:00pm. Never super late; 10:00pm on weekends, all times approximate. Guy's name is Mohamed, and he and his sweet wife are from Bangladesh; she only works in the daytime. He has kids, lives nearby, and he owns the cart license/ business himself. Super nice people, a valuable part of the neighborhood, a fixture! He's been on this spot forever, and apparently is also allowed to leave the cart there overnight, on the sidewalk. Since it's also his business, sometimes they just choose to close; be aware. But he's open 95% of the time, during expected hours. I took these pictures at his request. But my review is 100% sincere and genuine, and I've been eating there for a decade or more myself. They've kept me alive!
