For awhile (months) my PC has been losing video while playing games or video chatting. I swapped out parts in and out and same issue was happening. Decided to take it in to have a professional diagnose the issue. Walked in. Technician was helping someone at the time and acknowledge me. We talked about the issue I was having and provided the servicing cost which I feel was fair (~$100). Gave me a 2-day estimate for servicing. After 2 days the technician gave me a call that my PC is ready to be picked up. So I brought my PC here for a diagnostics. The man at the establishment starts looking at my PC and starts throwing it around all over his repair desk. To the point of one of the USB's plugged in was bent when I got it back. He tells me "GPU and RAM were bad" and thats why my PC wasn't working. I didn't suspect that to be right as he charged me $20 for this service. This man was trying to rob me for the most expensive parts! Like I mentioned, right away I knew what he said was wrong, so I went to another computer place right after, turns out I didn't have a wire properly plugged in and the service was way better. (shoutout ComputerTech Brookhurst) To make matters worse the man at the first repair shop also took my GPU support bracket as well!!!
