You could really tell that he's really passionate about his job and really care about he's customers. After seeing both my inspiration photo and my current hair, she responded, "That's totally possible" and said the look would suit me well. I wanted a slightly richer strawberry blonde than my natural strawberry blonde. Before the service, I explained that my hair is extremely porous and that red tones have historically not faded from my hair. DURING During processing, I became concerned because my roots were developing a very bright, "hot" orange color. I mentioned it, but was told not to worry and to trust the process. While blow-drying, Joyce stopped and acknowledged there was a problem. She admitted she should have listened more carefully about my hair's porosity, which I appreciated. She asked me to return the next day so she could research the issue, explaining it was a new color line and that the correction attempts were not working. PROBLEM Unfortunately, even after two appointments, the color could not be corrected and there was nothing further she could do. Anything would damage it even more. And the color couldn't be guaranteed with bleach; it would be unpredictable. My roots are now unnaturally reddish burgundy, while the mid-lengths and ends are uneven shades of auburn and blonde. The color is patchy, the roots remain visibly mismatched, and the final result looks nothing like the reference photo I provided. At this point, correcting the color would likely require bleaching to lift the artificial pigment. Given my hair's porosity, that would cause additional damage and significantly increase the risk of breakage. After the unsuccessful correction attempts, I respectfully requested a refund. It was declined. I would not recommend this salon for color services, particularly copper or red shades. The attached photo shows the inspiration photo on the left and my final result on the right. FYI: The business also operates under the name Heroes & Legends Barbershop.

I have shoulder length hair but no ones knows that. LOL Why? because Terrance does such a wonderful job on my extensions. Yes, this 22, 24, 26, 28 inches (it depends on my mood) of hair is not mine. Ok, well technically yes it is mine and yes I grew it with the help of needle and thread. I have had my extensions done by others, but I love the way Terrance does it Best! It last way longer and look very natural. And that's allot harder to do because I have thick hair, a big head and I want to add 12 oz of hair to my head. LOL Terrance is great at what it do. I call him my hair magician. He listens and do exactly what you want. I have had days where I am very specific and days where I leave it all up to him. Either way it goes, I always leave happy.
