Perk is that there is Baskin Robbin's next door if you would like to give you kid a sweet treat after a haircut! Thao has her own suite, small but just enough room for parents, baby and Thao. Which is nice in comparison to a kiddie hair salon where there are multiple stations and can get over stimulating due to the noise and other kids. You get Thao's undivided attention and detail during the haircut. She was honestly so sweet, nice and patient with my son. My son was not happy about getting his haircut but she was so patient to work with us, she allowed my husband and I to switch off to hold my son. She also has a TV if you allow screen time to distract kids and you can play whatever you would like on it. It was my son's first haircut so she gave us a certificate, tiny bag of his hair and offered to take pictures of us. Found this place on yelp and tried it out for the first time today. It is located inside sola salon (turn left as you enter the main door and make a right on the first hallway). This place is a by appointment only so make sure to book it on her website. Thao is very patient and knows exactly how to deal with kids who's throwing tantrums. She patiently worked with my son, gave him toys and has a TV to distract during haircut. I am pleased with how the haircut turned out. Haircut is priced at $35 and payment is cash basis ONLY.
