I had a great experience with Chris at Salon 25. This was my first time with him, and he was very professional, friendly, and patient. He started by washing my hair and gave me a very relaxing head massage. I showed him a photo of the textured haircut I wanted and explained that I swim almost every day, so I needed something easy to maintain. Chris understood exactly what I was looking for. He used scissors to carefully create the texture on top and clippers for a soft taper on the sides. He also took time to show me how to use hair paste and how to style it myself at home. The haircut came out exactly the way I wanted. I really like it and will definitely come back to Chris again. Highly recommended! read more

Vanessa took me as a walk-in yesterday and transformed my hair. She was quick to show me inspiration pics after I told her what I wanted and so thorough in making sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it. I sent my hair inspo (there was about 4) prior to my appt and she acknowledged and remembered all details from the image. Since the inspos were slightly different with face framing on some and not others she made sure to ask if I wanted the same face framing trim. I requested for about 4 inches off the back. Not only by her excellent expertise with the beautiful color of my hair that I absolutely, love but by her excellent customer service to make me feel so comfortable and relaxed. As I waited for the 20+ mins to let my color sit, I used the massage chair and foot massager and was blown away by how relax I was.
