Ahh! I didn't post sooner about my service on 11/19 with Marilyn. I did a hack job on my hair after an impulse came over me. I explained my situation during consult. Marilyn was very understanding and relatable. She balanced my short layers and cleaned up my scraggly ends. Marilyn listened attentively to my hair goals for natural styling as my hair is on the wavy side. After the service, my hair is so healthy feeling and looking! I've had some time to see how it behaves in its natural state and I'm in love! The wash was comfortable, the cut exactly as I wanted, and she was gentle drying my hair. This Salon was recommended to me by a friend and scheduled a hair appointment for a root touch up, the staff was nice and friendly, one of the staff told me that I don't need a root touch up just yet since she don't want to damage my hair, she recommended to just tone it, and I agreed so a toner was applied and a simple trim, there was really nothing special with the toner and cut, I felt like i should just have toned it myself, I felt like it was rushed and overpriced I left feeling pretty underwhelmed and a bit sad about my hair. I called to ask if someone was available for a root touch-up right away. The girl on the phone said yes, and that I could come in immediately, so I headed over. When I arrived, all the technicians were busy and there were already two clients waiting. No one greeted me when I came in, which I could overlook, but I ended up sitting for about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I was very disappointed with this experience. If you tell a client that someone is available "right now," that should mean the service can actually begin right away -- not that the client will wait and feel ignored. I was referred here by a friend for hair botox! Laida did my hair botox and I fell in love with the results. I've been getting keratin treatments but the hair botox was a better option especially being formaldehyde free and it still gave me the results I wanted. Laida worked on my hair for a Japanese straightening and she was kind and quick and efficient. The process was a few hours long depending on how wavy or curly your hair is. Jane and the team always checks on you to provide complimentary snacks and drinks during your service They also just opened a nail salon next door but while you're getting hair service you can get manicure or pedicure which is so helpful for those who want to get both The team is so kind. Usually this service takes a long time but they are fast and efficient The Japanese permanent straight hair lasts a year which is great for anyone who doesn't want to flat iron their hair. My hair would take hours to straighten with a flat iron myself but the results from this Japanese straightening will save me so much time getting ready everyday. Hello My experience was superb! I haven't been taking care of my hair in so long! I used boxed dyes to color my hair. My hair was super dry and super duper brittle. I wanted Jane to save my long hair so god she did! She only took off an inch which she shaped my hair wonderfully. She took her time for perfection. First, she took a strand test to determine how to work on my hair. It took some time to get my hair done since it's super long but omg! I LOVE MY HAIR!!! She definitely saved my long hair!!! My hair is now super shiny super smooth! I can now brush my hair with my fingers. I feel so sexy honestly And her assistant styled my hair wavy and it turned out so pretty !!!
