Love this place... was made to feel at ease and at home. I have an upcoming surgery where I needed my long hair cut into a bob. I'm a bit physically challenged and Lily made me feel very comfortable she went out of her way above and beyond to make sure I was ok at every step of the way. READ MY STORY!!! COME TO SKYHIGH SALON! Do yourself a favor and come get your hair done at SkyHigh Salon. Save yourself the trouble of trying to find an "affordable" hair dresser because guess what? You will just end up in Lily's chair for 10+ hours for a color correction. This is a TRUE horror story that happened to me. I was too impatient to make an appointment with Lily and went somewhere with an open availability and that would "work with my budget." WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! I ended up with black boxed dyed roots, red band around my head, and orange bleached tips when I had asked and showed the "stylist" at the other salon for a balayage. After many friends and acquaintances asked what happened to my hair, I had ENOUGH! I messaged Lily in the middle of the night with tears rolling down my face because I NEEDED help or I was going to box dye my hair black and start my hair journey ALL over again. She took me in right away and after 10+ hours WOW!!! Although some things couldn't be fixed (Lily says she's not a magician but I think she's very close to being one) she was able to give me the results I wanted AND repair my hair to some extent. One year later and WOW! My hair has never looked better. I follow a strict hair regimen and go to all my hair appointments. I will never question Lily because 1. She explains the process and 2. she has showed me that she truly cares about my hair. PLUS, she has the best stories to tell!
