So here is the thing... you can only pay in cash and you sign a contract that you are buying the appliance AS IS (which is states multiple times). There are also no warranties or agreement that they can or will fix it if it doesn't work. So you are taking a HUGE risk but you can get an appliance for 1/3 the cost of a brand new one. Its up to you to choose if you want to risk it. I bought a Washer/Dryer even AFTER seeing the reviews. Its a champ! Downside: The washer doesn't stop filling up. The store offered to pick it up and fix it but I know this is a simple fix so rather than risk damage shipping back and forth, I opted to have a handy man come fix it real quick. Still saved $$$ by buying here. Its like buying out of a person's garage except they offer deliver and removal of the old appliance. RISKY but can be very affordable. You decide. read more

I should have read reviews before I came here. Absolutely would never recommend buying anything from here. I bought a dishwasher that leaked everywhere when hooked up by my contractor. I called that day to see if they would do anything and was told they would contact manager, Toni and get back with me. After a few days of not hearing anything I called Toni. I wish we had seen the poor reviews ahead of time... Spent $700 on a stainless side by side refrigerator and didn't work after they delivered it. Called and they sent someone the next day (as if our coolers had endless ice) and supposedly they replaced the whole computer. It worked for the most part for a few months and then nothing again.. Now they want nothing to do with me. After explaining to them what had happened, they said new management has taken over and they have no receipts of anything sold this whole year, leaving me in the dust. I was in a hurry to buy appliances, I did not Yelp as I usually would. I purchased a washer and dryer, I was really upset at first as the washer was leaking and the dryer wasn't drying, Toni immediately went into action, sent her repair man and now all is good! The hose was not configured correctly for the dryer and the hoses on the washer just needed to be replaced for a few bucks as they were the original. Just needed a little tweaking and now all is perfect! Bought one washer that would not fill will water cause the screen was clogged with crud. No way this machine was tested. We were promised same day delivery and did not get our appliances until the following evening at 8pm - after two days of arguing with them on the phone. Luckily, I purchased a home warranty and had a legitimate company come out to fix my fridge. They had to install a 250.00 part to get it working. We spent $399 on a front load washer here right after Thanksgiving. The problems started right away when the washer wouldn't spin the water out. It got progressively worse when the washer started leaking all over upstairs, causing mess after mess. I called My Sister's Appliance 3 different times the first week (starting on day 4) and at first was told too bad, then was told twice that the owner would call me. No one ever called me back. Purchased a washing machine. Had it home hooked up and running within 45 minutes. Immediately realized there was an issue. Drove back to the store to discuss the issue. all of this was within one hour of handing them the cash. Told the only way they would do anything for me was by charging me $50. I work for a property management company and am trying to get appliances for a tenant. Found out the morning of delivery that the stove was not working, a better one was available, but for an extra $50. Fine, but they don't take CC, we are in Maricopa and they are in Cave Creek...so we had to cut a check, deposit it in their account AND STILL WAIT FOR IT TO CLEAR! The Range Hood was dented and the dude installing it just randomly taped off the wires and said it would be fine. The Microwave was FILTHY and had no turntable. Today I went into the "My Sister's Appliance" store, and trust me it's nothing like "My sister's closet". After seeing the ad on Craigslists for refrigerator's me and my husband decided to take a drive in and buy what we saw online. When we arrived the sign on the front of the store said "50% off", which was not the case. The fridge I saw online was priced at $249.00 which mentioned free delivery and did not specify the range of distance to receive free delivery. Me and my husband saw the fridge we wanted but it was priced at $329.00, and after speaking to the girl at the front desk she contacted her manager who was not in the store to find out if she would take an offer of $220.00 plus a electric dryer for trade in perfect condition. The manager did not honor the online price on craigslist nor did she honor the free delivery mentioned in the ad. After offering to trade my dryer she said the best she could do is $50.00 off which is not what the sign in the front of the store stated. My advice help a local dealer who is willing to help you, this manager had no professionalism and cost her sales associate a commission. I'm interested in giving my money to companies that are willing to gain you as a customer knowing you will come back to do more business. AKA Payless Appliances, I was delivered appliances that were 8 years older than I bought, not working, mud in washer tub, no plug on dryer yet they advertised they check all appliances. I placed an ad on Craig's List telling my story asking others to contact me, I received over 120 responses in less than 2 months, the stories were almost identical to mine. I contacted Attorney General on 3 occasions, all the TV stations and any website I could find. I kept sending copies of the complaints I received from others to Attorney General, I thought no one was listening but on Saturday 12/19/15 I received a check from the AG's office for the full amount I had paid for the appliances-wow what a wonderful surprise. I received the money because the AG's office filed a lawsuit against them. My goal was never to get my money back but instead to stop these people from stealing money from hard working people.
