Went in for some pho for break and I sat down. Look through the menu and they never came y even with water. So I sat for 10 more minutes and the girl serving never ask me what u wanted. My favorite pho place in Orange County. I've been to quite a few pho places in Santa Ana, Garden Grove and Tustin. This is by far my favorite. The broth is clean and lot of flavor. Pros: super fast service even tho the place was very crowded (8:30 pm on a Saturday night, popular place!); the pho is of good texture, not too soft not too hard; servers are friendly and attentive; interior is very clean (have not seen a cleaner pho place in Orange County, keep up the good work). What to improve: the sliced beef in the broth was a little tough, might have something to do with the temperature of the broth, which was very high. Great phõ! I've been here several time and they are very consistent. I've ordered the beef and chicken phõ and enjoyed both. The beef in the phõ isn't as tender as the beef I've had in other places, but still very good. The chicken is excellent and comes with more than enough chicken and noodles! The service is also great! The servers help you instantly and are always polite. The food comes out very fast and already tastes great! If your in the mood for phõ, this is a great spot! read more

Not good. I do not recommend this place, I went there for lunch and ordered an egg roll and their #13. The egg rolls were disgusting, but maybe that is just because they combine meat and shrimp inside and in my opinion those do not go well together. Their pho bowl had the noodles in a ball at the bottom which takes a good couple minutes to separate. The meat was gross, the brisket and other selected meats were all very small and were mostly made up of the fat. read more

The pho is really good and so are the spring rolls. I love that they have vegan options. However, there were two flies in the food. It sucks because I couldn't finish my food. I came here today for lunch with my mom. We ordered two bowls a pho and an order of veggies on the side that we were going to split and put in our soup. When the order came, all the veggies were in my bowl. The woman who works at the counter said we could take some of the veggies or if my bowl and put them in my mom's soup. We asked for some on the side for my mom and they said they would charge for another order. We said we didn't want to be charged and the lady who works at the front (maybe the owner?) hastily took my bowl off the table and said she would get another one. Mind you this is after I've put everything into my soup already including hot sauce. This place was amazing. First time trying a new pho place since covid started and immediately when I picked up the smell of the broth was so complex. I could tell before eating it that I would love it. I ordered the rare steak pho. The pickup was also covid safe! They had hand sanitizer at the front table. Really great service and some tasty pho! I go there any time I want Vietnamese food! The staff are all very friendly and I was a regular for awhile and then I had to go away for awhile for school. When I came back they immediately recognized me and asked me where I've been! Rare steak pho with a little lime is my favorite but literally anything on the menu is worth trying. read more

Tried this local place for the first time and was VERY pleased. We had Chicken Pho, Grilled Chicken Pho, and an order of Crispy Rice Flake Shrimps (unique type of breaded shrimp that is incredibly delicious and very crunchy). Everything was excellent, super fresh ingredients, delicious flavor balance, large portions, decent prices. The menu is quite extensive for essentially a "fast food" type of restaurant, but not really sure I would technically consider it "fast food" because you are seated, given menus, and served. Very clean and nice facility, great staff. A side note is there are signs posted asking customers to pay cash, if possible, but really no big deal. We will be back, OFTEN!!! read more

Simply stated, WOW. The ambiance is very nice. Spotlessly clean. Very roomy, lots of space and lots of tables. The food is mind blowing delicious. Very fresh and hot when they bring it to you. This is not fast food. It's a full service restaurant. I had the Thai iced tea, which was fantastic. I usually don't like tea as it's way too bitter, but I've always liked Thai tea because it's very sweet and flavorful. The fried rice was fluffy and flavorful, and the chicken was so tender and tasty that I savored every delightful bite. Though they give you forks and spoons, they also bring chopsticks in a container with instructions on how to use them. I used the chopsticks for the experience of eating. Pretty soon I'll master them because I will be coming back here often. I usually don't tip unless it's automatically in the bill. I tipped $5 on a $20 order. They earned it. Totally worth it! The pho here is great, the #12 is what I always get and it never disappoints. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the drinks here are sold in cans...no refills. 2 bucks a can and anyone who has been in a grocery store knows that 3-4 bucks gets you a 12 pack. 1$ would easily make their money back and then some. read more

I'm a huge, huge fan of My Pho. The staff are super friendly, and the food is just delicious. I love their Pho!!! #13 is my favorite. I have eaten a lot of places in different states but their Flank and Brisket Meat is absolutely the best!!! That's what I would call authentic meat for Pho!!! So yummm What I love most about this restaurant and will keep me coming back is that their superb customer service. Sometimes when I come in craving for something, and if it is not on their menu, they are willing to make it for me. Where can you find that kind of service? I travel around a lot, but whenever I get into town, I never fail to stop by for some yummy, hot, and tasty Pho! So if you haven't tried this restaurant, give it a tryYou will get to taste a very home-made, authentic food that is not like any other restaurant. And somehow you don't like this as much as I do, let them know so that they can fix it for you. I have to tell you their customer service is awesome.
